Hey what is the best screen protector for the g2? Are the ones at tmobile any good? I had a invisiablesheild and it is already coming off after 4 months or so

Realook is good. Been using it for months and hasn't came out at all. Also washable. You can wash and reappply as much as you want.
Search on amazon.
Realook g2
[G2/HTC Vision]
Well I ended up going with clear protector cause a friend recommended it
Sent from my HTC Vision using XDA App
you know that invisasheilds have lifetime warrantys so you can get it replaced for free. just go to your nearest mall and take your old 1 and ask for a new 1
i always bought the cheapest one, they worked very well.
I had GhostArmor on my TP2 and it was awesome. I have the tmobile screen protector on my G2 and its a little fuzzy, but it works. Might have to ghost armor my g2...but its $15 for the screen and $5 to install...blech.
I'm using the Skinomi protector. Works excellently and it doesn't orange.

Most Screen protectors are not yet available for the Inspire 4G. Anyone knows if another screen protector is compatible with the Inspire 4G? The Evo maybe???
Thanks.
AT&T stores have screen protectors for them.
Yeah, should have mention. They have the antiglare and I find them to be bad. Hides the screens color. Im looking to get the "clear" screen protector.
I got my inspire from the radioshack preorder and they didnt get ANY inspire accessories in. Normally would pay their prices but since I got a $30 store credit I spent it anyway. I got the "invisible shield" protector for the EVO. It doesnt quite fit, had to trim a tiny bit of the top but worked fine after that.
my captivate ones work ok till i can find the inspire ones
best buy had screen protectors a week before they came out. theyre the invisishield or whatever. its what i have.
You guys can buy the ones for the desire hd online. That's what I did

I'm using the AT&T screen protector. As mentioned, they're the anti-glare protectors. I wish I had known that before purchasing it, otherwise I wouldn't have bought it. The AT&T screen protectors for the Aria and Captivate were the clear protectors, I wonder why they decided to switch it up.
I'm not a fan of the ZAGG invisible shields either. So I guess I'm just gonna have to stick with the anti-glare screen until someone releases something better.
Sceen protectors at ATT stores around dallas have been sold out today and should take about 2 days to come in.
I have ordered one from ZAGG, selecting the Desire HD.
I ordered these on Amazon LINK. Should be here by Friday.
Only 4 left in stock
Sprint EVO
I got one from 5 below which is for Sprint EVO. I does not fit perfect but till I get Better hard case with screen protector I decided to spent $3.00 for it.
I ordered the zagg for the desire hd on ebay for 13.98 on ebay with free shipping. No need for a link just go to ebay and type desire hd invisible shield
Is there a big need for screen protectors on these phones? I haven't had a SP on my Captivate since I got it and it is still perfect. Will this phone be more likely to scratch?

I believe the Captivate has Gorilla Glass, and the Inspire doesn't.

Good stuff. I was about to get the same ones, but I read that they have a slight rainbow effect. So I decided to go with the Boxwave Crystal screen protector. I used them with my Tilt and Fuze, and liked them a lot.
Clear-Coat makes the best one I have used. The original one I bought for my Hero is still on and in great shape.
I just ordered it for my Inspire.

Bought the 3M Vikuiti from here...http://www.protectionfilms24.com/article/vikuiti-screen-protector-dqc160-htc-inspire-4g-49025.html. It got pretty good reviews. Installed it today and am super pleased. Nice and crystal clear. Shipping was three days. Cool thing is if you buy two you get a third free. It installed easily.
I got my Case-Mate Tough and I am really liking it.
The hard outer shell allows for easy removal from pockets, which is huge for me.
Overall, I like it a little more than an Otterbox Defender I had for the iPhone. I feel like it will protect just as well and it is simpler and less bulky. I feel like a normal drop, from a normal height, it will hold up just as well as a Defender.
I would definitely recommend this case.
I ordered one last night. I had it for the Nexus One and loved it. Can't wait for it to get here.
Where did you buy it from and do you have any pics of the case.
Any comments on the included screen protection? I am trying to decide between ordering one of these and waiting for an Otterbox commuter or defender.
Screen protection?

most screen protectors that come with these cases are garbage, you're better off shelling out a few extra bucks and getting a zagg or clear coat.

Don't guess you looked very hard. My first Google search brought this up:
http://www.case-mate.com/HTC-Desire-HD/Case-Mate-HTC-Desire-HD-Barely-There-Case.asp
$19.99 direct from CaseMate. A little cheaper than on the AT&T site that had them for 24.99 but I don't know about shipping costs.
Got one for the Inspire and one for the HD2, $29.98 total shipped.
Case-Mate site has free 4-6 day shipping.
Thanks for the heads up OP!
i picked one up at work today and it really nice, color me impressed. Still thinking about getting the pop! case from them as well.
Screen protector that came with it is not great but it works. Had a zagg on my first inspire and I didn't like it. I couldn't remove it and reuse it so AT&T has it now, but the spray you put on the film leaves bubbles underneath and that bugged me.

I thought the case mate tough didn't cover the buttons?
and mine didn't come with a screen protector?

Hello!
Does anyone with a Ballistic SG case use a screen protector, and if so, which brand/model do you guys use, and where did you buy/how much? I just need to make sure its compatible and it won't get pushed out by the case. Thanks alot guys!
I've been using the Ballistic case with a Zagg Invisible Shield for a couple months now with no problems.

I bought very nice, high quality screen protectors from Amazon for 20 cents each plus the USPS postal charge (~.50 cents). They come each in packages or lots of 5.
The screen protectors are for the HTC Inspire and fit very nicely on the Infuse with or without a case.
http://www.amazon.com/Inspire-Premi...VNV8/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1311891820&sr=8-1
These are high grade screen protectors.
Everyone should know about this... Premium Screen protectors for 20 cents each.

I use the anti-glare anti-fingerprint Ivisor from Att with Ballistic case. Works great so far.
I use ishieldz, its a lot better in my opinion (Same as invisibleshielf from Zagg). The ishieldz seem to be less thick on the phone and you can run your finger along them better than the zagg in my opinion.
Corning Gorilla Glass... Screen protectors aren't necessary. A ran over my captivate with a 11000#(eleven thousand pound) forklift and nothing happened; not intentionally. I used the phone for another six months and sold it for a couple hundred bucks. I expect the same quality out of the Infuses.
Enjoy your 4.5" screen-protector free... And save a couple bucks.

Haha let me know if i got it right....
you drove OVER you captivate with a 11 thousand pounds machine(idk if thats the weight of the machine or the max lifting weight, yet thats gotta be heavy)
and the phone didnt craked open INSTANTLY??
I damaged badly my previous infuse screen just by stepping over it by accident a few times... and im not even 160 pounds
:O not only good screen quality that phone is undestructible!
But.... i DO agree on the NO need of a screen protector if you dont want your screen " scratched",you would need to apply a great and unnecesary force to get the corning gorilla glass scratched.
The Skinomi screen-only protector for the Sensation is 3.95 right now on Amazon:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004ZGR6UM/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?ie=UTF8&m=A127GCSIQ9QZ6G
Definitely worth getting as a backup if nothing else!
Bought. Thanks.

I just recently got my sensation, thanks miro, had to get one myself!
Skinomi is tacky, not smooth, makes the screen look fubar, imo. Also they are a wet application that i won't risk on a Sensation, too much risk of moisture getting into the circuits. After a week they get a yellow tint. I had them on my Captivate and they really looked bad, the corners lifted within a day of use, they sent me 4 replacements and the same thing happened to each of them. I finally gave up on them.
I ordered a bunch of the cheap protectors linked on the forums 8 pack for $4, they fit the screen perfect, even the curved edges. I love these over everyone I tried.
Sent from my HTC Sensation 4G using Tapatalk
Unfortunately those cheaper ones scratch easily and make the screen look bad after just a week or two.
Sent from my HTC Sensation 4G using xda premium
All screen protectors scratch, @ $.50 each I plan on ordering a ****load of these. I don't care if I put a fresh one on every week. I like that you can't tell there's anything on the screen. My phone is never in a pocket with anything, so it can't scratch there. It's my "precious" so it is handled with care. My Captivate was all beat up with dings in the plastic casing and it was clumsy in my hands and i dropped it often. Not my Sensation, I'be had it over a month and haven't dropped it once.
Sent from my HTC Sensation 4G using Tapatalk
Nothing can beat the Zagg screen protector. Top of the line quality, nice and smooth and fits perfectly. Easy to apply with very little risk of moisture damage if you follow the instructions.
Had my One S since last Wednesday and although I'm not in a hurry to get a case for this sexy beast I DO want to get a screen protector on it because it's a bit too glossy for me, I'd like something to tone it down just a bit and also protect it a little.
So, any recommendations? I've seen several good comments about the official HTC screen protectors but was wanting to get feedback from those who have actually purchased, received and are using a screen protector.
Thanks!
I am using the Zagg Dry (the ones that u don't have to spray stuff everywhere) protectors that come for a front and back protector. Seems to go very well and gives good grip.

I always go for HTC official protector, reason is very simple, it fits perfectly. I mean perfectly, literally, perfectly.
And they are very clear and not easily damaged.
Only down side I can think about is the installation. Cos it fits so perfectly, it makes the installation bot difficult, you have to be very patient to do it, but definitely possible.
BTW, yes, I have official one on my one s, and I love it.
And, no need to go to Expansys or other websites which are really expensive, eBay will just do, less than £5.

Do you have any type of case? Was thinking of getting the Cruzerlite clear case and using it with the official HTC screen protector but I want to make sure both fit correctly together.

it fitted perfectly.. Its so cheap and it does the job
well worth it
htc official protector for me as well. More expensive but you can really slide the fingers on it and it fits ideally. No cheap stuff

Yes, have normal tpu case on. They work well together. Never had the Cruzerlite one but it should be ok I assume. It's a normal shape tpu case right?

I'm waiting for the otterbox myself... I hope they can send in the UK directly.

i bought the one like "azzledazzle" too.(sr first post and can"t post other links).I am in Berlin now, at ebay.de they said the good is in Berlin but i waited for 4 days till it came.and on the Bill it says come from UK lol.
btw this one is good, cheap, but hard to press (power and volume)
the screen protector ist good too.
I was using the one they sell at the T-Mobile store and it worked quite nice. Only complaint is that my D30 case peeled it up in the corners so I took it off. That was most likely from me putting it on weird though.

I have the same combo and initially had the peeling problem, too. Try pushing the screen protector away from the side where it's peeling. That worked for me.

does the t-mobile screen protector offer a smooth surface to touch? I am used to SGP's screen protectors which smooth as hell. Right now I am deciding on the t-mobile ones or the Realook ones

Smooth as the original screen...I don't experience any difference.
$30.00 Zagg dry for me. Watch out when you put the front protector on. It needs to be done withe the phone sitting upside down, your ear piece needs to be facing you. I recommend you do this with your phone off.
When I did mine and answered a txt while doing the front and ended up setting the phone down on the desk right side up. And now the front screen protector is on up side down. Still works though.
