Hello,
I got my Galaxy S from eBay with a T-Mobile contract. The Galaxy S was a unlocked Vodafone one (Vodafone Apps, Vodafone Bootscreen but I can use it with all SIM-cards). So if my SGS would suddenly have a problem with don't know what could I still use the Samsung Warranty Service to repair it? Or do I have to go to a T-Mobile store? Because at Samsung they asked for a bill but I buyed it on eBay so I'm not sure if they would accept the bill.

Are the USA TMobile versions(1700 band) of the Samsung Nexus S discontinued? I just bought one from Amazon. I thought it was brand new but on the label in side the case it saids remanufactured.
If so, are the Sprint versions still being made brand new? *Don't want to pay ATT prices.
Best buy.....

At full retail price!! lol
if you're paying retail why not just buy the galaxy nexus for $399 straight from Google.
Best buy shows Nexus S not for sale anymore.
I don't want the Nexus because it doesn't have the Wolfson chip.
Yes it does....Unless of course you mean the GN.

I'm not sure about all Best Buys, but the stores in my area no longer carry T-Mobile.
I found a cheap Galaxy S the phone and touchscreen works but the glass is cracked...
a new replacement screen cost just as the phone (I'm from Romania)
or a Galaxy Nexus same price same problem
and I also found a Galaxy SII with no sim card slot on the board, brought from America on Sprint network (I'm from Romania I need a gsm/3g... I don't know if I can use it) and cost just as Galaxy S with the craked screen
I want to buy a better phone cheap(I have a Lg Optimus Net)...
what do you think?
I'll take that sprint galaxy s3 off your hands

S 2 not 3 but I found a Galaxy S in exchange of my Optimus Net and 40$
Your only options:
- try to find a local service center that can order a cheaper part
- or even better, hit up eBay or chinese sites like dx.com and order the screen yourself, and then search for a service center or install it yourself.
It's still not cheap, but much cheaper than the official route.
Try ebay.om for parts..

I second ebay, it's usually not that hard to fix things yourself. Watch a few videos on ifixit and order the parts on ebay. Alternatively you could just try to sell both phones and order a new one
I know how to change and stuff like that...
today I found 2 guys that need money quick bc they leave the country soon and one of them sells a S3 with 160$ and the other one a S2 with 190$... crazy right? I'll call them in the morning to see if the ads are correct and maybe I'll go to meet and see the phones if they are fake or something... I'll let you know
Well I'll take the S2 off your hands

Have just recieved my P6200 back from Samsung UK who are refusing to repair or replace the main board as it is of non-UK origin.
I originally bought it from ebay and it was the P6200L model, (Brazilian I think). They are advising me to return it to the supplier (which I cannot do as it was bought off a third party on ebay).
Can anyone offer an advice on how I can get it repaired or do I now have a £300 paper weight!!!
I've had great success with mobiletechvideos.com repairing Samsung devices for about $50.

I just bought a galaxy s3 2 months ago (t mobile) in contract 2 years. I don't like it. I have my old phone as well. I put the sim from galaxy into my old phone activated it same number and all and it works fine. Now I have a new galaxy s3 here that I am not using at all. Can I sell it without the buyer having any problems activating it? Will it still be attached to my account. Not sure how this works. I have never did this before
I know this is prob a dumb ? but i just wanna make sure before I sell it.
The phone would be carrier-locked to tmobile and probably to your account. Im guessing you paid a subsidized price for it, like $100, and it's so cheap because they intend to recoup the actual cost over the life of your contract. Contact them and see what they have to say.
I have AT&T. I had a galaxy s3, loved it but wanted the note 2, so I bought a note 2 for full price. I then sold my s3 to someone who was also on att and everything was okay. I just wiped the s3, factory reset it, and took out my sim.

Full price, meaning several hundred dollars? Sounds like you would lose the subsidy on a second phone?
I would like to buy this phone without a contract. What is the best place to do this without paying a ridiculous price. I need a Verizon Carrier phone.
I have a great contract and do not want it to be voided. Do Verizon Phones come with 32GB
