that was my message earlier but now its sorted ( post 3) thanks to Inando84 (huge thanks man, your a star). "conan" was waiting in the shadows (top man). the original images are from "wildcatcmc" who i have tried to contact but got no reply, but "respect", (hope your cool). i know there were a few guys who, like me, were after this little mod ages ago, so here it is. i'll post this link in another thread and hopefully they will pick it up. anyway, thats enough gassin from me, thanks an take it easy...

Your welcome buddy, glad you like em! I add that "original grip"effect to almost all of my lockscreen sliders. If there are any other images, colors, or ideas for sliders let me know and I'll make them for you guys.

well, you're just a little bit of everywhere aren't you? If you have some spare time I would love a ferret lock slider made from any of the pngs that were used to make any of MWC cursors. Come to think of it, how would I need to rename the pngs to have them work for a lock screen slider?

LOL yup u caught me! Well its just that I like switching it up every once in a while and work on different projects, hence all the dialers, clocks, waitcursors, etc, etc..
This way I keep coming up with newer and better ideas without getting bored working on the same thing for too long a period of time. I'm also getting better and better with everything which is a huge plus.
Ok back to the ferret lockscreen slider.. I went ahead and made a set using the image you attached for me a while back when making your dialer. The images associated with the sliders that you'd edit or rename them to are: "htc_LS_LockSlider", "htc_LS_LockSlider_Dwn", "htc_LS_LockSliderLong", and last but not least "htc_LS_LockSliderLong_Dwn". Let me know what you think of this set. Enjoy..

Hey guys, I've finally got around to updating this. Enjoy!
This was made on damagecontrol2.0v7, but should work on any of the new time with the 2,1 framework.
I have included the wallpaper in the zip, it is on the sdcard in a folder called wallpaper. it will show up in the wallpaper selection screen if you press:
menu-wallpaper-photos-wallpaper
I also included the standard font (in a folder called font on the sdcard) should you decide you don't like the one I included. (there is a whole thread on how to do this, so use the search function and we'll all be happier )
I don't intend on modding this for individuals, but if enough people want something changed, I can probably be influenced.
This should not interfere with LWP if you use them.
As always, flash at your own risk. ALWAYS NANDROID!!! I take no responsibility for bricked phones or any questionable children your wife may have conceived while you were away on business.

That was the easy part. Animations are in framework-res.apk. Just make sure you know what you are overwriting.

I never checked out the Darkstar theme, what animations are from there? BTW, full page weather animations are working fine with this too.

Nah, I've got thick skin when it comes to what others think of my work. I just love a good joke.I really do appreciate all the feedback, too. I was trying to step outside of the box a little and go a different direction than what I'd seen previously. I also wanted to really make the launcher my own. I think the way it turned out may be what I'm most proud of. I actually started from a clean, transparent for it, and every pixel is mine. I do happen to agree with Mike, in that the screen shots really don't show it off properly. I actually LIKE the lockbar on this one.

Probably a stupid question (please don't flame me if it is) but do you think this would work on RegawMODv1.3.1? His is based on Damageless Rom.
No flames here. But I really don't know. It SHOULD work on any of the DC2.0r2 mods, as long as they kept all the same framework. But I don't know for sure. Only one way to find out, eh? ;p

Hey, my phone was awake 100% of the time with your rom, I put the full version on. Anything I could try to not have it at 100% awake time? Was draining the battery like nothing, so I had to go to a backup because I was at work with no charger.
HOWEVER, I did get my phone setup how I liked it with your rom, and just waiting for some advice on the awake time to revert back to it! Thanks in advance.

As far as having info on the battery situation, honestly, no. I did not change any of the functionality of Damageless' Rom, no memkiller settings.....nothing. I was working directly in the download from the main thread. The only operational difference between this and dc2.0r2 are the animations (which must be turned on manually, BTW). Check the main thread, cause I think I remember others talking about the same thing. Unfortunately, I haven't gotten more than 8 hours out of a battery w/o charging on any Rom since February, so I'm not the best judge. (i'm also online on my phone roughly 6 solid hours a day, so there ya go, mystery solved). I'm not trying to be flippant or blow you off or anything like that, I just don't know. But I also can't think of anything I did that should effect the battery life.
*just checked my battery, I'm at 9.5 hours up, 4:15 awake, which is probably accurate, since I was on the net for over 2 straight hours this afternoon.

As far as I'm concern, nobody asked for an opinion. Just share your themes with the members, and if you are interested in a theme, just download the cab(s) and walk away. It is not too much to ask for.

Great Start on this theme..
I do think that the red is a bit too saturated on the homepage (especially the clock background). The icons are spot on though.. Perhaps an option of different red/black wallpapers might suit those not looking for a bear junping out of the screen.

Ok cool, duly noted! It's weird though, because on the phone itself, the res is a LOT brighter on the homepage than it is in those screenshots. I really don't udnerstand why it's doing that... the bottom taskbar red though, is about right.

Okay, give me one second and I'll find it for you. I'm 99% sure I know where it is..
Okay so I found it!! That bottom launcher with the phone icon is located in /system/app/Rosie.apk. I'm sure you know you have to extract Rosie.apk so after you've extracted it open up the Rosie folder and navigate to /res/drawable-normal-hdpi the phone icon is "icon_p_phone_on" and "icon_p_phone_rest"
I hope that helped. For anything on that bottom bar, definitely look in /system/app/Rosie.apk. For status bar stuff and UI images, you'll want to edit files in /system/framework/framework-res.apk and /system/framework/com.htc.resources.apk. To get a good idea of theme structure and where specific files are, I'd recommend downloading DetoxBlues Theme or Aloysius. I use those for reference when I want to make my own flashable theme.
Perhaps this is worthy of me getting that amazing wallpaper a tad early haha just playing

Ive never gotten a PM from you. I dont erase anything from my inbox so I know this. And I always try and respond to PMs because I dont like it when people dont respond to me. Anyways, all you had to do was ask, and give some credit. Thats prolly what actually pissed me off. Even if you changed some things, you didnt even give me any credit although I did almost all the work. Go ahead and use it. I dont care anymore.

Again, I'm sorry for not giving credit. I looked at my sent box and I actually sent the message to GODZSON by accident.. which I guess explains the no response part of it, since it wasn't his to start with.
So I was confused, but you will still get credit for your work. I was still editing the OP and seeing what stuff looked like.

Lmfao me thinks someone needs to check there tampon and or get the sand out at the same time.
No need to blow up at someone for using ur work. A simple hey that's my work and u don't mind if u use it just give credits would have worked and been nicer.
Plus if it's one of ur dark themes then its prob a port of someone else's work anyways. So he would need to give credits to u and the original Creator.
Also pm's work both ways instead of calling him out in his thread a pm to him would have worked.
All in all stop acting like a little cry baby and be an adult. Unless urs teenager them just grow up

but seriously I agree credit needs to be given but this should be resolved behind the scenes, if there was a problem. Then if the problem isn't resolved after that by all means call them out on it in open. Just my opinion and they are like asshole's everyone has one........

P.S., I dont really value your opinion, so I usually dont respond to you. But, in this case I will. I havent ported anyone's themes, and if I did it would say so. I have used a few images from other themes and their original creators are both credited and thanked in the OP's. So climb in your PTLoser and gtfo.

everytime I try to install any of the themes, it comes up with an error. Is there a direct download of your themes that i can just flash in recovery? Says e:signature verification failed, aborting.
Sculpted Theme now available in updater. Also figured out how to edit 9.pngs so the lock sliders look much better.

This can happen if you are using the ROM Manager recovery. It seems to be problems with smaller.zip files, like themes and patches.

Hey guys....WICKED ROM!!!!! FAST and SOLID with EYE CANDY LOVE IT! Quick question....how do I apply the themes? I go to cSrOm updater download the theme and click apply and it reboots but still have same theme...I've rebooted manually in recovery but the files aren't there to flash...please advise.

Now that the Froyo development has entered final status thanks to DarchStar, we need to be getting some high quality themes up on here for it! So if you all will be so kind as to reply with high quality very well made and modern good looking themes from any ROM 2.0+ and I shall port them to Froyo or try my damn hardest to do so! Lol well they aren't getting paid, and the themes available now are pretty nice. I appreciate your attempt to rally up some enthusiasm for theming, but you kinda came off a little rude. Just saying.
My intentions were to rally up themers nothing more sorry if i did come off as rude. Didn't mean to disrespect anyone. The themes out are great... I just like to have a wide variety of them . Most of them out are either too dark or too bright for my taste though. But that green theme is badass. Currently using it right now. It has a nice balance...

Personally I think the Hero could use more themes for CM6...
I started creating a theme myself specifically for the nightlies but i've been too busy lately to actually turn it into a full flashable theme.

To create a decent all around theme takes days. It is very time consuming. I have started on so many different ideas, but get tired of staring at my screen that I stop and then in a couple weeks I start working on something else and just keep repeating the process. The only thing I am looking into is doing right now is ADW themes. If anyone has ever looked in any launcher app, there are hundreds of images to be changed and all the 9.pngs need to be fixed or whatever you want to call it. Maybe once I quit one of my jobs I will have a little more time off to mess with some things.
