I have HTC Hermes locked to Docomo Japan network, I run AUTO_Unlock_v3a for CID and SIM unlock , it went well so i was able to flash the device with and english window 6.5 custom rom , but when i inserted another carriers sim a message displays on the screen that ( you have tried 10 times , please wait until timeout)
I run RUU_HERM_Unlock_v3a and copied Herm_Unlock_v3 to the device and run it but still same message that ( you have tried 10 times , please wait until timeout)
What should i do please?

flashing was successfull... but after reboot i can see only boot screen reed green blue..
i try to connect to phone with tera term.. but i have only alert named "cannot open"

hi everyone. I have strange problem.
I bought in Thailand a DOPOD C500 ... same of S710.
I bought without sim card I used there with a DTAC (thai operator) sim card even i see under battery is selled by TRUE (thai operator). Worked ok while i was there ... just had some crash probelm sometimes .... every application blocked cant do nothing .. only detach battery and reboot. this happende only few times.
I back italy i changed SIM card with italian operator (TIM). Still have that problem that sometime crashed and blocked .. but the biggest problem is when i turn off mobile and then on ... he reboot after windows mobile screen appear, and continue to reboot till i detach battery ... wait some mins without battery, then turn on ...
after this mobile tunr on normally and work.
just an allert windows tell me that operator is not supported by device.
I never try with TRUE sim card ... and no able to try till i'll back to thailand.
what's the problem?

Upgrade from Dopod C500 to HTC S710's latest ROM
I also have the Dopod C500, and I flashed HTC S710's latest ROM on it - and it looks and feels amazing!
Software needed: Active Sync, SDA_ApplicationUnlock.zip, Vox USPL- CID BYPASS.zip, Vox-USPL-RUU.zip, and RUU_Vox_HTC_WWE_1.34.405.1_4.1.13.54_03.10.90_Ship.exe
This is what I did (please correct me anyone):
1 - SDA_ApplicationUnlock.zip - unzip and run to unlock the phone! I thought mine was unlocked, since it worked with all operators! The thing is that I found out it was locked whrn I tried to flash it!
2 - Vox USPL- CID BYPASS.zip - unzip the entire folder. From within the folder, run the uspl_116_jockyw.bat file. Follow the instructions. When it asks to copy files into your Vox, it will do that for you - you do not have to do it manually.
3 - Vox-USPL-RUU.zip -unzip the entire folder. From within the folder, run the ROMUpdateUtility.exe file
The screen will blank. DO NOT DISCONNECT THE PHONE FROM ACTIVE SYNC. Simply run the RUU_Vox_HTC_WWE_1.34.405.1_4.1.13.54_03.10.90_Ship.exe ROM file to upgrade your phone.
ADDITIONALLY, I sugest you backup ALL THE CONFIGURATION AND FILES FROM YOUR PHONE, ESPECIALLY WITH REGARDS TO GPRS (INTERNET, MMS - MMSC, etc.).

When I try to create an SMS or access the phone settings on a HTC Touch 3g (T3232) CLONE I receive a message saying:
The phone is not ready. Wait 15 seconds and try again.
No matter how long I wait nothing works. Rom version is 01.001.1 CHS dated 9/30/2009 and radio version is 1.07.9291.
On a search of this forum I found mention of a similar error but on a different device:

However I can't find an updated rom for my device anywhere either radio or ROM itself.
Can anyone help with this or is there no clone device help on these forums - if so please let me know and apologies in advance.

Hi, I have XPERIA X1, i have been using it confortably till i changed my sim card to other operator, now i have the same problem "The phone is not ready. Wait 15 seconds and try again" when i try to enter Phone settings or try to send an SMS.
If i insert my old sim card back, everything starts working fine.
Also the operator is not listed in the connection setup wizard.

hello, i am new to x developers ...
i have been trying to hspl and rspl my htc 7 trophy to get android on it, and during that process sth went wrong (i am not that expert in this issue) sth went wrong and the process didn't complete, well the phone is still running and i can update it and use it in windows mobile 7 mango, but the problem is that in the boot-loader screen ( the tri-colored screen )i cant see any serial or usb written at the bottom, that means i cant install any new rom , can any one help me in fixing this issue, i have posted 2 images showing the the problem and the info about my phone .

couldn't unlock bootloader
its showing, the phone has not been used for the specified time and cannot be unlocked..
i am already unlocked this (mi note 3) phone 6 month ago.. and today i'm flashing the phone and again unlock bootloader.. and successfully done... but after sometime again flash the phone.... and now i cannot the phone unlock bootloader... 99% suck and this error showing (couldn't unlock the phone has not been used for the specified time and cannot be unlocked) Error showing language on china.
help me how to unlock again my mi note 3 jasion?
You should wait 72 hours after you bound your Mi account with the phone - else it will show an error.
