Do you have a SD memory card installed or is it just running with the default 8 gigs of memory?

No, the phone is running with the 8 gigs of memory by default , I'll put it a SD memory card after the flash process, but....the phone isnt work yet.
Try to flash another ROM on it... maybe the 2 you've tried were not appropriate for your phone.
Was this originally an AT&T phone?

The ROM I flashed was Samsung-i917-Focus-firmware-UCJK2-ATT-USA (and then I try whit Samsung-i917R-Focus-firmware-UXJL2-ROGERS-CANADA), this 2 ROMs are especifics for my phone rev.(1.3), I found around here the same ROM for my phone rev, ...also, i try too with other ROM for rev 1.4 and the flash process show errors (no compatibility).....

Hi, I just got the 4g modem installed in my Xoom. I would like to upgrade from honeycomb to ICS. There are many choices/techniques. I tried this one: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1484770
Got to step 4 and could not do the, "...factory rest within recovery" I can reset all day via Apps-Settings-Privacy-Factory Data Reset. The Android Recovery option starts but seems to lock at the Android dude (exclamation mark on stomach). I would like the unit to perform quickly so I assume rooting is the way to go. I have a sd card installed as well. Please advise. Thanks
Hi, is it possible to extract fully working installation of Android from one device and then install it to another? The devices are similar, but the another one is apparently having some issues because it cannot finish factory reset. No need to preserve data files (downloaded software, pictures etc.) but just restore the device to working condition.
Device has ATM7021 CPU, 512MB, 8GB, 10.1" display and Android 4.2.2. Model number is P706.
A device branded GD IPPO looks similar but these tablets I have are not branded.
Hi, I know that it's a post long time ago.
It's possible to do it by making a full nandroid backup of your device firmware if your device has a custom recovery installed.
Unfortunately, I haven't found any custom recovery for ATM7021a yet.
Anyone have any idea how to install CWM or TWRP on ATM7021A? Thanks In Advance.
I have a rooted Wondermedia WM8880 tablet, 512mb ram, 4gb storage, android 4.2.2
It seems a bit laggy
I was wondering if i install another OS on it so it may run faster a linux based or something like that.
Just one more thing if i install a OS and fails then if i hard reset my device will i get my android device back
Looking for quick response
Regards,
AB

Well if it fails installing another rom I don't know if your stock rom would remain intact, so a hard reset would not help you. Flashing stock rom would, but its not always guaranteed.

A device with that hardware is going to be laggy no matter what you do.
Also, android isn't like PC, you can't just install whatever OS you want.
It is "possible" to install linux on android devices, but thr method to do so is different depending on the device.

Hi all,
I wanted to try out Ubuntu Touch by UBPorts so I went ahead and installed it. After a while, when I wanted to switch back to Android I tried to flash the stock image from the official website, anything newer than 5.0, (6.0.1 was the first one I tried) got stuck on a bootloop. 4.4.4 seemed to be working but my device started nagging about low free space, as I only had 128 mb of total storage. I looked it up and it said somewhere that the hardware is basically fried and my phone is done for. After this point there was nothing I could lose so I reinstalled Ubuntu Touch, but then it started working normally and I now have 11.5GB of free storage? Does this mean that my device isn't fried? Is there a way I can go back to Android?
UPDATE: I flashed TWRP with fastboot and installed the ROM of my choice from there. Everything works like a charm now. Kudos to Aron from the Telegram group!
