Any one use BatteryBooster on Hero - Hero CDMA Themes and Apps

I just got my new Hero, BatteryBooster works great on my droid incredible. My battery usually dies within 3 or 4 hours but this lasted me a good 12 hours. Now I want to know any one use it on Hero? Does it works? Thank you in advance.

I use Juice and get about 16 hours of regular use (texting and phone calls throught the day, maybe checking fb from time to time, and hour or so of music played). You have to give it a week or so to work, but once it gets your habits, it works well.

use either Collins or Darch's Tweak. 12 Hours HA!

Im getting over 36 hours on Collins Tweak. Regular use also...

yeah well i use collins Tweak and i get maybe 12 - 18 hours but i have horrible reception where i am like maybe 37% without signal so check that also it kills my phone battery

Or you could just get on ebay, get 2 batteries and a charger from Hong Kong for $10 and I'll get 3 days....hah .

What customization settings on collins are you using to get battery power like that?

4G and battery drain

I'm currently running CM7 nightly, LordMod UE, radio 26.06.06.30_M, and Ril 2.2.0018G.
I'm losing 5% battery every 5 min while using 3G/4G for Google Music with the screen off. On wifi it's tons better but on data this is awful.
Is this standard or is there something I can do? I don't have access to wifi except at home.
Sent from my Desire HD using XDA App
Lordmod UE 7 and above were having battery drain issues. Not to downplay the Lordmod kernel because I used it for months and liked it. But try TalonACE kernel and see if the drain persists. Or downgrade the Lordmod kernel. TalonACE is made for the Inspire. Lordmod is made for the Desire HD and works on the Inspire. I've become a TalonACE fan.
I switched to the Virtuous Unity rom, and I LOVE the battery life, I run juice defender too, which helps.
I'm having trouble on MIUI while using GPS but its to be expected

There is a page towards the end of development section where the guy shows you how to do a clean install of your ROM and battery calibration. I'm on CoreDroid and my battery life was at 50% by 9:30 am when I had a full 100% charge at 7: am. After doing this guys method I had 100% charge at 6: am here it is 4:15 pm and I'm at 72%. I'm also using juicedefender.

There is something going on like a stray program or service. What are your top programs in Spare Parts or running diagnostic *#*#4636#*#* on dialer. Look for Partial Wake usage on battery and also look at total usage.

There are apps that don't work on the inspire but you learn as you install and uninstall. Usually I read the reviews on them before installing but most have been great. I use easy installer from mrket to load them just create a folder called download on root of SD place apk there and easy installer will find them after install delete apk from folder. Only issue do not put new apk's in folder if there are still some there not installed yet, easy will not see them till old ones gone.

Stop pirating apps dude. They are like $1 or $2 and if you can afford a phone, you can afford a few apps. Stop cheating the developers and don't post the link!

Hi.
I think that if you want so good batterylife as possible, it all depends on what ROM and kernel you are using together.
In my opinion Matr1x and GlaDOS 2.9 are probably the best, and you should try one of them, or why not try one for a week, then try the other and then deside.

I'm very surprised at this, given Pete's propensity to tweak the baked in kernel dramatically to improve both performance and battery life. I'm getting great results of both using his kernel.
Saying that, Steve Garon's plays very nicely with Pete's ROM. Either leave ondemand and deadline scheduler.
Matr1x is also very good. Same there, or use lazy for decent battery life.
As for what settings. It totally depends what you have going. If you got 25 different news widgets sucking data like there's no tomorrow, then yes, you;re going to see crappy battery life. Tell us what you;ve got going on and we'll try and help.
Well I just turned sync off most Google stuff aside from Gmail and twitter sync is off and other stuff I am not all sure what is and isn't off or on
I can almost sit back and watch my battery tick down ward
Is there like maybe an extended battery aside from the one in box can buy to assist n more juice

You really have to keep an eye on the CM github and AOKP github to get specific changes.

I am one of the biggest complainers about battery life you will ever hear of.
I'm at %64 since 6:20am with 3hrs 2 mins screen time and 41 minutes of phone calls. I'd say that's pretty damn good IMO.
Best battery I've experienced on AOKP to date and it's only been 5.5 hrs. After a few days of settling in it should be even better.

I like the notification lights but is there a way to make them blink every 10 seconds or so instead of being on solid until checked? They are very bright and I'd prefer a slow blink. I didn't see anything in the settings.

As of now, only with the BLN control app from the market. I think you need the paid version for blinking. Also, blinking consumes more battery according to the developer of the app.
