Is there a port of the Moto Droid's Multimedia Dock application? I don't really care for the built in HTC deck clock.

I know these are totally diffrent animals.
Every one like Smart phones as they are convenience, but they are suckers of the battery. For them Razr Maxx become a best solution. Now i found battery life is more important than fanciness. Presently i use HD2 and i want to change to a new mobile for Battery life. Mainly used for Communication. Given that aspect Which one perform better Nokia 111 or Razr Maxx. (Consider Razr Maxx used same as Nokia 111 only for messaging and talking)
There are some phones like philips xenium with larger battery but they are too old or doesn't have camera. I don't inspire photography in camera weathr is cheapy or smartphone. But having a camera is so better than pen and paper. This is only about battery life..
So tell me which battery will last longer?
I don't think there is anything in the Android market that has a battery life anywhere near the RAZR MAXX series. I went into the MAXX HD reluctantly because I needed battery life, leaving an HTC DNA behind. After adding the Nova Launcher, I am able to customize this phone, and I really like it. Takes decent pics too!

Looking to spring for a IPOD Custom 5.5 240G..very nice...
Question: Is anyone out there modding android phones with a similar 240 GB harddrive?
I know the wolfsson are really nice DAC's,but would love to have a similar unit with a nice HD display for video...
Spec wise, there's very little difference between these two phones. If you take out the hardware customisation side of the Moto X. Both have the X8 processor, software for always listening and gesture controls such as flicking wrists to start the camera. I'm not sure what the real advantages are of the Moto X over the Droid Maxx? I'm really liking the huge battery life of the Droid Maxx though.
Having said that, I'm in the UK and it looks like Motorola won't be bringing either of these devices in their current form to the UK (big boooooooooooooo to Motorola).

There is a device comparison thread....Here
I've had the phone since August and just started to use the HDMI to stream Skysports (Orange swappable) to our TV and it will not display in widescreen all ways square.
edit the picture is cropped to square
I've tried gallery photos (which are stored on SD card not phone).
I have a xperia T and using the MHL cable it displays full screen for stream and gallery on the TV, likewise tried a xperia P which like the Razr has a hdmi port (I'll not call it HD until proven otherwise).
I've also tried different browsers Chrome, Boat, Opera and Firefox with same result (Orange swappable runs via a browser)
To me this not a HD phone, I've not found a app to output HD full widescreen. Currently on stock JB 98.26002.XT925.Orange.en.GB
Does any one have similar experience or solution?
Never mind no need to respond with an answer.
Going to buy the xperia P I loaned it's a better phone as the HD output works, will wait for KK update to see if that fix the HDMI output and if doesn't output widescreen I'll will dispose of to the waste bin.
My first Motorola a Razr I got hot after 3 months from new which I scrapped and looks like this Razr HD will meet the same fate, can't abide bad design/workmanship.
As the Moto X is not available in the UK and the Moto G has not got TV output features I'll probably not bother with another Motorola, looking like it'll be a Sony or Samsung from now on.
Happy Festivities!!!!
I've recently switched to a Nexus 5, and like most phones these days, LG hasnt provided decent enough headphones with the phone.
I used to a have a nokia N81, and I still the nokia Ad-54 attachment with me (images below)
I've never used a better remote to control music all my life, and was wondering if it would be possible to use this attachment with the Nexus 5 perhaps ??
Are there any apps that will let me do that? Or is there a something that works with android that provides the same amount of controls and flexibility ??
