Automatic shutdown in 2 minutes problem. - JASJAR, XDA Exec, MDA Pro ROM Development

i have posted this problem of mine almost in everythread but no one addressed my problem.i successfully flashed my universal with Tomal's V8.9 W.M.6.1 ROM.
the ROM works great but just 2 minutes, the phone shuts down.its like, the backlight goes dim, then more dim and finally shutdown.the only way i can restart the phone is to connect it to the computer via usb cable and then start it.i have a G3 device.and not just this rom, even after flashing W.M.6.5 roms and shadow_Nuxus's roms the problem persists.
Current ROM : Tomal's V8.9 W.M.6.1
Current Radio: 10.03.03
Im not able to use my device more than 2 minutes.
Somebody please help and guide me.

if you can turn it on again with external power i think you got a battery problem.
every time we do reset or hard reset can make a bad battery down.

PDAMobiz Prophet WM6 V1.00 is easy to turn dead?
In the first half day of using it, it is excellent! But after that, it is easy to be "dead" while running some program, say while searching for contacts! And even after soft reset, it can't be opened smoothly!
后来我发觉,开机很容易死机 [/quote]
我也发现存在这个问题!是不是与自己安装的一些软件冲突啊!我正在查找联系人时死机了!半天起不来!:ma d:

ok... get back to aku 2.2... install step 1 and step 2! and after tell us something! i have made in that away!
From my experiences up and down my ROM , I would suggest this.
1) Downgrade to 2.15 NVID everytime!!!!! No matter what u r using is already 2.15 or not.
2) Format after reboot. Press Camera + Comm, hold them, press reset, still hold Camera + Comm, wait for the white fonts informing u to press a button to do Format, press to Format.
3) Never unplug USB cable during the processes. Not just keep the cable only during flashing!!!!! Do not unplug even when ur device is just installing CAB files from ExtROM (after flashing). I sometimes experienced that the power supply through USB port (from the motherboard of ur PC) may not sufficient and will result u unstable device after flashing. I had ever tried 2 different USB ports of the same notebook and got different results; my device from one USB port is not stable at all, while work perfects from the other!!!!! SAME NOTEBOOK, gentleman (WM5 AKU3.3 clean ROM from PDAMobiz's Chan).
Unstable = clock skew detected, worldtime.exe error, device lock-up, un-aligned screen, etc.
4) Be very very careful in every single step u do.
Good Luck.

XDA Orbit 2 stuck in reboot-loop

Hello Guys, I've got a problem with my Polaris200. (XDA Orbit 2)
I already searched for the same issue on the polaris forums but didn't find someone who has the same problem.
Problem description:
5 days ago i flashed my XDA Orbit 2 back to the official O2-WinMobile-6.1-Firmware (GER). I had different cooked roms on it, M-Amine 2.0 was the last before this. Hard-SPL is installed of course.
At first everything was fine after flashing to o2-firmware but after a soft reset, the following happened: my phone is stuck at the o2-splashscreen, then restarts again and again every 20 secs. Maybe it helps that I can say that there is no status shown in lower-right side which usually appers ten seconds after soft-resetting the phone.
I already tried a hard reset via Bootloader Mode and a reflash of the same firmware, but the issue remains
Any suggestions what I could do?
Thank you in advance.
EDIT:
Finally I made a big mistake using mtty. The execution of task 2a erases the whole NAND... unfortunately my device isn't security unlocked so far, so that it seems to be bricked!
Do you really have no idea? Maybe there is a way using mtty.exe?
I think the main problem is, that the R+P+R (Radio+Protocol+Rom) isn't displayed at the splash-screen when booting.
Next problem is, that I can't use my guarantee because I can't reflash to original SPL due to the fact that I can't get an active sync connection because windows mobile 6.1 is not booting.
I could really need some help

Try the Recovery procedure. Remove the battery wait for at least three seconds, replace the battery. Flash again. Keep fingers crossed.
I did this before the "hard-brick" via task 2a...
I even removed the battery for 48 hours and replaced it... but same issue as before!
I m having 100% same problem. Tried installing different roms, even original orbit2 rom but nothing works. U r all requested to pls. Help me in this.
Thank u in advance.

Stuck - Don't want to boot

Hello,
First I spent my last 3 hours searching on the net and on XDA forum to find a solution...
I explain my problem now.
I uprgraded my HardSPL to 3.29 recently, and my radio to 1.71.09.01
Then I upgraded my rom Ultimate-X V8 to V9
It worked perfectly until tonight were my battery went empty and my phone turned off... now my phone don't want to boot anymore, each time I do a reset or put my battery out and back, it start and then it's stuck on the PDA corner ultimate logo...
I don't know what to do.... do you
Sorry I finally as a lot of person find by myself the solution... I pushed On/off + Camera and I reached the bootloader... so I flashed again my phone and it worked...
Congrats
I'll close the thread, it's best to ask these questions in the existing threads (see the sitcky) in the future.

Phone enters recovery mode when I connect to DC charge

Hi all,
I searched the forum but couldn't find a related problem.
My case happens like this:
I close (shut down) the phone properly. Then I connect it to DC Charge and it enters the recovery mode. Is there any reason and solution for this problem?
I'm using TheFrankestain Mod (on original DDLF2) + S3 Theme by Androman1507 + Bam bck kernel fix 14.
I have been using this rom for 1,5 weeks and unfortunately didn't realize if it was happening from the beggining.
I will be grateful to any help...
(Edit:Correction)

Sorry but this started to happen again. I realized that it happens just after I take a cwm backup... I'm using Bam kernel 14fix. Is there any permanent solution for this? I don't wanna remove the battery everytime...
try custom roms.
I dont think its related with rom, because i tried another alarm app and it worked fine. My problem is with stock alarm app..

[Q] My Tab 7 Plus is possibly hard bricked after JB ROM flash

I flashed the JB ROM on my Tab 7 Plus. After the "succeess" of the flashing as said by Odin v1.85, I tried to turn on the device, but it didn't. I tried to access download mode or recovery mode but it didn't work either. I tried to hold the volume down button and connect the cable to the tablet. That opened the download mode but the screen was "flashing". The rate at which the screen "flashes" keeps increasing until it becomes very fast and the device turns off. I tried to flash a ROM, but Unfortunately it turns off fast that there will be no time for the flashing process to continue.
Any idea what should I do?
what model device do you have and what exact ROM did you flash? and which ROM did you have before flashing.
If you say I dont know to any of these.....

My Device is GT-P6200 and I got the GT-P6200 JB ROM for it.
______________
I left my device to charge all night. When I woke up I tried to see if the 'flashing' of the screen still occurs, but it didn't happen. I think I can flash a ROM now
I tried to flash the ROM again and it worked, luckily it was not a hard brick. Problem solved. It is weird that the flashing didn't succeed the previous time. Maybe the battery level was low (about 20%) when I flashed the ROM the previous time, can this be the problem?
yes, also a faulty or non-OEM cable would be the culprit.

yess. flashing(blinking) screen is how download mode tells you that your battery is low. probably less than 10% since it even turned off by itself.
This Happend To me and I got it BACK
Hello... I totally understand your frustration... This exact same thing happened to me after my battery went dead just after I installed JB...
well here is the kick and it's kind of tricky...
If you want you can call me and I can tell you the instructions, it's complicated but if you follow the steps it will work...
I can also take the time to write it down, but i'm bad a typing.
let me know if you are interested...
Sorry for the late reply. It was fixed after less than a day from starting this thread.
