Need some software

Can anyone let me know of a program in which i can use on my pc with my jam connected that will enable me to type text messages on my pc and press send and it will use my phone to send them. Will just make sending long text messages easier and also stop me getting told off by the boss for using my mobile at work lol.
Have a look at Jeyo Mobile Extender for Outlook
See http://www.jeyo.com/extender.asp
There is a remote control client in the Microsoft power tools if you go here you will be able to download it and control your PPC from your desktop.
If its WM5 there is a program you need to run on the ppc the first time you use it to recognise the new platform.
EDIT: and its free!

WM6 Sync with Linux

Hi, all
I've recently switched to linux from windows and the only thing i had left keeping me on windows was my phone (Prophet).
Well i got SynCE to work so i can transefer files and i used GMobileSync to sync my calander with google calander. I dont use email on my phone and i was just wondering is there any way to sync my contacts and my tasks.
You don't specify what flavor of Linux you're using, so I'll assume Ubuntu.

You already have SynCE working, so go down to the Multisync section.
yeah I solved it now thanks any way
Just for interest sake, what distribution of Linux are you using?

Try Jeyo Mobile Extender 2.5 for Outlook...
www.jeyo.com
I use it and it's ok!
I´ve try a lot of programs. Unfortunately they won´t connect the phone. I´am using Windows Server 2008 64bit as OS. I´ve checked with Jeyo, PocketSMS 2.02. Anyone have alternative programs?

Well, i have same situation in my office, my desktop computer runs Windows 2008 server, and the only way i found to connect my PDA was install VMWare Workstation and use a guest OS with Vista or XP and connect the PDA to the guest OS instead to host...
Cheers
Why don 't you try MyMobile software (freeware)? Then you can see (like remote desktop) your mobile 's screen and use your PC keyboard and mouse to write SMS. You don 't even need Active Synch. Use IP connection.

I use mymobiler and it works, but its very slow (USB).....(I´am writing
10fingers.....) If I type too fast, the phone doesn´t become the input....
I use Pocket Controller Pro, and it's awesome!!!(fast, includes explorer, regedit, skins, etc..), it's not free but worth it.

dashwire
Use a website called www.dashwire.com. I just registered yesterday and it is awesome.
Basically, you register on the site, install an app on your touch pro, and then the app backs up all your contacts, sms, etc (you can choose which) and sends them to the site, where you can read and reply. If you write an sms on the website, it sends the details to your touch pro via the internet, then sends the sms from your touch pro. Cool eh?

Very cool indeed....except that hopefuly you realize that you are deliberately providing more than personal information to a company you probably don't know at all. Ever wondered why it's free? No ads, no nothing? No way anybody makes any money from this service...but most likely is resseling all the info you share...just read the disclaimer of this shady company...anyway, if I were you I would immediatelly shut it down! Am not sure how much you are familiar with legal lingo, but the wording of terms of use is leaving more than enough space for them to do pretty much anything with your information.
Call me paranoid, but this is NO GO for me. Just like "wonderful" Facebook, which I personally call the biggest privacy scam in the history....
Just saying...
ahh, without the option "USB to PC" fast sync Jeyo works fine also with Windows Server 2008 Now, I´m happy Thanks for help!

No...
Windows Phone Device Manager + TouchXperience
allows you to send sms, add notes directly to the phone. but not that thing, hope this help somehow...
Is there not an demand for it?
I meen WP beeing a "corporate" mobile OS. There must be an interest for this to integrate windows phone in to outlook and further like skype has done in webbrowsers..
