I'ev been trying to find a case for my Z but I only find Z1 cases.
I know that the Z1 is a little bit larger than the Z.
But would the Z1 case fit on the z?

I don't think so. As you've said previously, it's a little bit bigger than our loving Z. That's mean, the phone won't fit correctly as it should to. Therefore between the corners, screen, back may be spaces left, and due to your phone will be like in some shaker, mixer or sth, I guess.
And there's a lot of cases for Z. You can surf the whole net and e-shops, in that list including : eBay, aliexpress, amazon, dx.com, tinydeal and many others.

Nope & they have different their camera position are different.
Search for "xperia z -z1" to exclude Z1 results. I usually end up going -z1 -z2 -z3 -ultra -tablet
On sites such as eBay you can also search for L36i or L36h, the Z's model number.
is it possible to makre scr26 working with z1 compact? I bought it buf after nnfc parrying I can see only new tag found

Have you been able to get the cover display working? How does the Z1C fit into the cover? I was wondering if I dare to order one as the Z1C is ~10% thicker.

It can't be found, so how do I repair my defective vibration unit? For the Xperia Z, Xperia Z1, Xperia Z Tablet and such it's just buyable everywhere! (e.g. eBay)

Vibration motor is merged with flex so you have to buy the whole flex for you to repair it. (flex for the power volume buttons)

My xperia m2 has gone back under warranty cos I can't turn it on or charge, I have just realised that I recently removed the rubber speaker cover to give me some volume.do you reckon this will be classed a modification rendering my warranty dead!! Thanks

Rubbers from speakers should not interfere with charging the phone...

If they will find water inside or rusty parts, they will not give you the warranty. Especially that you removed the rubber... IMHO
