this happened while upgrading htc_wwe_05 of collute.
Upgrade continued till 20% ....then i got error on pc it says please reset the device and start the upgrade again ......
Then i did it so ...but no use .it starts upgrading process after 2% it stops.
please some one help ....
I'm also not sure what needs to be done on your case..but was it fully charged before upgrading? try to remove the battery then put it back on after 30 minutes..or try flashing a different rom before flashing cotulla's rom..and be sure that the radio rom is 1.12..

HELP !
I just upgraded my I-mate JAM to the Shipped 1.12.550 ROM from the FTP and all went well.
Afterwards I wanted to do the radio update to 1.13 but this one failed miserably leaving the device at the bootloader screen (USB v1.02).
I then disconnected and tried again to no avail .. Next steps were soft reset/hard reset/remove battery etc ... levaing me in the end with the phone being dead, only giving a tick when I trie to turn it on or to hard reset it ...
Now it is laying there with the battry removed as to discharche the backup battery.
Is there anything else I can do ?
I just hope it isn't dead !

fixed ... I had to reset into the bootloader (camera/power + reset) and reflash from scratch
Try to download different version of ROM, Then try to install again from begining.

I got one Qtek S100 phone with rom version :1.03.04ITA.I tried to upgrade it for english rom but upgrade wizard ran for few seconds and stoped the response with phone.
now when i tried to power on the phone its mentioned serial(with cable connected USB 1.0)like that.
now i need a urgent solution for revive my phone .
please help me guys.
Was this your first time upgrading your s100's rom? Have you read the upgrading instructions? When the s100 is plugged to the pc, the upgrade takes some time (maybe even 20 whole minutes). You should not remove it from there. If you had checked the screen carefully while upgrading, the phone was in fact "on" (just the light was turned off) and you should have let it complete the upgrade.
Just try to upgrade the rom once more and be more patient this time.
yes i was stayed till its mentioned that some error on the computer screen.After that only problem occured.
which firmware should i use to flash this qtek S100 version i mentioned.
please let me know that.

wiuh,my services i-mate jam dead after upgrading.
i got in bootloader mode n upgrade radio rom to 1.12 use this rom NL_11300_131_11200.exe.
i deleted nk.nbf, and ms_.nbf, so just radio.nbf
upgrade success!
then i try to upgrade with the same rom(NL_11300_131_11200.exe) without radio.nbf. fail it say error id country.ok then i try the other rom.

i deleted just radio.nbf,because i just want to upgrade the rom.
at ext rom upgrade it success.but when maybe about 30% uprade rom,it fail. and say error.i forgot the error.
and my i-mate dead. :'(
if i put usb cable n open the back case(baterai still in side or not) the lamp red is on.
but when i closed the back case.it turned off.
nothing happen,no indicated the pda was still connected.activesync has no sound.usb on device manager didnt indicated there was a pda connection.
so??
what must i do now?

i mean u have checked the button 1 by 1.(camera it self,power,then reset button?)
did that still work?
if not make it sure.dissambler it.check all the button.i can say all of the models of all pda are the same way to hard reset (as long as i know)

the problem has been solved.i flash it many times so the batterai was too low.in brick condition, batterai cant be charged.so i changed it with other batterai.its ok now.thx for the rom.

I'm almost broken down :'(
since days I'm trying everything to update the rom of my smartphone with the following operation system "XP and Vista".
I've got a Xda Touch diamond, but Vista says I've got a Touch Diamond P3700. Now let me tell you the catch-22:
I'm connecting the phone via usb cable to the pc(any usb-hub on the back of the pc)
Vista and Xp says "connected". Now I'm running RomUpdateUtility.exe. In the same folder
is the new rom called "DIAMIMG.NBH"
Now I'M clicking "Next" and again "Next". Now he says"verifing the information on your PDA Phone.. Please wait..
After that he says Current Information about you PDA Phone: Image version: 1.93.407.1
So now I'm clicking "update" the new Image version is 1.00.000.0
(If I use another Update Utility he says to Image Version 2.03.207.2)
Clicking "Next" and then again "Next" My Phone turns black and then the phone displays the three-color mode
and below the "serial" change to "usb" and a few
seconds later the phone shows a bar of 0% and on WinXP the bar also shows 0%.
Suddenly the connection is off. And a few minutes later the update Utility(PC) says EROOR(262) UPDATE ERROR.
I even disbaled the standby and hibernation modes on the PC. And I even tried flashing from Internal Storage!
ABsolutly futile! The three-color mode displays DIAM300, SPL-1.30.OliNex, MicroP-Diam (Led) v11,
Psoc_Diam STAGE_PVT v=x32
Is may Phone locked for new roms?
Please HELP ME before I'm going sick ยด:__(

dont rush out and get a new phone just yet.... all flashing problems are actually quite simple, you just need to be methodical and patient
Firstly, i always flash with XP, call me old fashioned but its what ive always done lol.
in the past when ive had 262 errors (whilst flashing my touch cruise RIP) the radio i had installed at the time prevented further flashes.
What you havent said is what your current rom is and what rom you are trying to flash.

my new htc touch diamond makes me also sick.
If I download from the HTC page the new software rom
there's no problem updating my Smartphone to 100%.
But if I try to use any foreign rom for updating he freezes by 0%.
What is that?
I can't use any foreign rom from other peoples,
I'm absolutly helpless to this issue.
Please help me anybody :=)

Please tell me you have read the wiki or at least the stickys on how to flash with either hardspl or uspl etc??
If not ur gonna end up with a fancy looking brick.... what have you tried so far and from where?

I solved the issue finally
Now everythings fine.
i have a dopod 838 pro and i deside to install a new rom
after i flashed the rom and the progress bar reatched 83%
my laptop battery went low and the laptop shutdown
my phone stuck on the progress bar 83% ,so i removed the battery and put it back again start the phone but the phone stuck on wm start screen
and every time i try to flash new rom the phone restart at 1% progress.
if any one could help tell me plz..

a dopod 838 pro is a tytn and not a tytn II
either way you should be able to load a rom to a SD card and flash it that way Id recomend gettting an official stock rom for your device and try reflashing it via sd card.
