After flashing my HD2 to ROM 1.48 I want to install the same Application to make a software soft reset, as before. But I simply can't find it here anymore. It had a red Icon with a white circle and a rectilinear line in it, just like any other on/off button. Any help?
EDIT: Found!

First of i have looked in many thred but could not get my answer so I posting this.
I was on dutty's new wm6.1 rom but with radio 1.64 but due to constant freezing and gps issue i decided to go back wm 6.0. so i flash my tilt with Duttys Dualtouch v4 RTM.7. everything went ok but now issue is I can not reboot my phone. I after setting up date etc. customisation started and then soft reset. after that soft reset my tilt just hang at dutty's series screen does not go any further. I have tried hard rest, soft rest , going to three color screen and amny other that i can think of but every time i hang (htc log in center, hTc word in middle and dutty's series at right buttom screen). I waited for long time in that case phone goes into blank screen and when i press power it show me some wired screen with many colored dots. ( it that waht called I bricked my tilt). Is there any way to flash tilt via sd card? I show few thread on this site but they are for different brands phone. if there is a way can some one tell me how?
Reset to three color screen with USB
Hit reset, camera and power button all at a time, you will see the three color screen, put your usb port and flash with old rom. That's it....

LOL....should have flashed the radio first
Like the other person said...go the boot loader (aka tri color screen) and install a compatible WM6 Radio.

Hi. I flashed my Blackstone with no problem using this tut:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=505377
I flashed it using HSPL with pdaviet rom (wm 6.5, manila 2.6) and then new radio (1.14 AFAIR)
The thing is, in this tutorial it says:
Code:
(HSPL4d) Hard reset afterwards. Once or twice- up to you. Twice has been recommended. Turn off your phone. I personally do it right after flashing completes and I see the "Smart Mobility" screen. I just yank the battery out instead of waiting for it to boot up all the way and go through customization process just to hard reset Hold the volume down button and volume up button while you press the power on button. You should see a message saying "This operation will delete all your personal data, and reset all settings to the manufacturer default settings. Press VolUp to restore manufacturer defaults, or press other keys to cancel." Do exactly what it says...
The thing is, I thought yanking the battery out can be done in the place of hard reset! So I just turned off my Blackstone after flashing, then turned on, and when in the "smart Mobility" screen, I removed the battery. I then repeat it once more.
So, the phone seems to be working really nice, but it's kinda sluggish - I tried gfxboost and driverpack beta2, and no changes. So I thought it could've been working better if I have hard-resetted it after flashing in the first place So, what do you think? Will re-flashing with the same rom and then hard-resetting make any performance difference?
And about the problem I have - I followed this video:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=puL795s1bY4
But am totally unable to get into this hard reset screen. My phone simply loads and displays "smart mobility" screen, as if the volume buttons weren't pushed. And I am sure both of these buttons work! I have tried this multiple times, but to no avail. Can you help?
PS.: Ok, I get it. The way I did it is different than what the instruction states - I pressed VolUp,VolDown and then pressed Power repeatedly many times until I saw the hard reset screen. So, I ask once again - is it worth to flash once again? It doesn't work that bad. Definitely now slower when it was on stock rom, and much better than my friend's Omnia....

Hello,
I have the same problem with my blackstone.
Have you resolved your problem ? if yes please help.
cheers.
Hey guys,
HTC TP2
Carrier: Telus CDMA
Mighty Rom
I am still looking to get a software or a config thats will auto-lock my device when i push the top button.
I tried CSDEVCTRL.. it worked for a couple hours then it stopped working. I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it but no change.
the only way I can lock the phone is through start menu then "lock" button bottom left.
is thre anything else out there that can deliver like CSDEVCRTL ?
is there anything I can do to completely remove CSDEVCRTL and reinstall it ?
Could it be a configuration mistake on my side of CSDEVCRTL?
Any help will be appreciate.
Cheers guys!
Have you tried Onlock?
onlock ?
I' having trouble finding the software. Do you have a download link or something ?
thanks !

Try this one. "Smart Lock"
smart lock cant be found ?
Hey thanks for that answer... I downloaded smart lock... but I cant find it anywhere... it is not listed in my programs... its only there in my "remove program menu"
any tips on that ?
thanks
Try :Start/Settings/System
still having the same problem..
Auto-lock isnt working.
i found it in start/setting/system but even auto lock isnt working at all.
i tried with both program "Smart Lock" and (CSDEVCTRL) at least 15 times and still not working.
the funniest thing is that it worked before.... could it be a config mistake on my side ?
it seems that even if I unsinstall (CSDEVCTRL) it keeps my personnal setting... any way of getting rid of my personnal setting and reinstalling ?
thanks again guys !
goto the registry and change DeviceLockWhenSuspend to 1... that will enable the windows lock when you press the button at the top of the phone.
It is located at HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ControlPanel\Keybd
Make sure your reset your phone after you make the change.
There you go!
There you go my friend!
Much much much thank for that!

Steps:
1) remove battery and see
2) if nothing, then hard reset...
3) if not able to, then place device into bootloader mode and flash using active sync
i just tried to install a theme on my xperia x10 mini..done all the process root, mount copy, paste etc....and when i rebooted my device it shows only the task bar on the top and a white blank screen.i know i did something wrong but i really need the telephone these days.the only thing i can do is to press the power button and turn it off....is there a way to restore the original settings?and try again later with the theme?
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=748331
Press and hold 'home' and 'power' button together for reset.
the problem is that i can't do the process because the phone is not working...it shows me only the white screen and the task bar i can't tap anything...and the seus process needs to connect the phone with the pc tapping on the phone "connect to pc"
Have you tried taking the battery out, replacing it and then home+power?
well the battery is built-in the phone...but the problem isn't about switching it off but reflashing it..

Sorry, you're totally correct. If you can switch it off have you tried home+power?
yes i tried it but nothing...the same blank page
If the device still has a custom recovery you could try flashing a ROM from there?
i'm trying that now..
ok problem solved with seus..
