I am returning a fuze for warranty, and flashed the AT&T code, which my understanding was had a radio included with it.
I restored the stock SPL as well.
Checking the boot screen I show 1.14.25.35 for the radio. Does that seem right?
I just restored the stock SPL and stock rom today as well. Same radio version as yours. Also received my refurb today and has the same radio version. All appears to be OK.

I'm using Faria's WWE WM6 and when I try to answer a call with either the send key or the left button (above the send key), it will not answer and send the call to voicemail. This happens 60% of the time I try to answer a call.
I was originally using the standard T-Mo USA Radio ROM and decided to switch to the UK 2.19.11 to see if it made a difference. It hasn't. Anyone else seen this issue?
IPL 2.26
SPL 2.26
GSM 2.19.11 (T-Mo UK)
OS 2.18.0.0
Carrier: T-Mobile USA
G3 MDA
i am currently running faria's ROM and plan to switch to xplore 2.0 and i also had the standard t-mobile radio ROM. But i am not having any issues with my G3 MDA. Did this happen after you changed radio ROMS or always?
It is happening with both ROMs.
Did this happen before u upgraded to WM6 or only after? if after try reflashing the ROM, or flashing a different one, like Xplore 2.0. I am not to good with all this stuff (im still a noob ), so wait till other people post to actually take action. Just trying to help.
wait do you flash the radio rom before the main os rom? or after?

I flashed the radio rom after the wm6 rom was installed.
Just as a warning to all, I had the original WM6 rom release (not sure what version # that was) operating fine on my PP6700 from Sprint.
I decided to upgrade to the latest release to find that the signal would drop every 40-60 seconds, whether in data or voice.
After lots of panic and much testing I realized that I had an old radio version on my phone (R 1.12.00), which was giving me all my grief.
To correct this, visit http://www.utstar.com/pcd/ to get the latest version of the correct carriers ROM (for verizon users you will have to downgrade your bootloader again re-flash the WM6 rom). The newest ROM will have the latest Radio rom. My radio version is now 1.27.00.
From there, hard reset, download and install the latest wm6 rom from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=325880.
Hard reset again and enjoy a working phone/data device!
errrr, I upgraded to VZW's latest radio/aku and have radio version 1.43.......and bootloader 1.04v. I've never heard of 1.27.00
PS and thats not the latest WM6 rom, this is- http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=11074 dated Nov 17th, 2007
Well, I installed WM6 several weeks ago and I still have the 1.03 Radio Version on my PPC-6700 phone and have no problems.
I am using Sprint, not VZW. Could be a reason for the radio difference.
It was weird, I had a previous version of WM6 installed fine, but when I upgraded to a later version I had to upgrade my radio as well to get it to work.
Not sure what the difference in WM6 builds would have triggered this.
Hey guys, about 10 minutes ago, i noticed that the start button for my phone acted weirdly. It is appearing and dissappearing as if someone is touching it, but the phone is flat on the ground. My fingers are not touching the screen yet the phone is acting as if someone is pressing the screen. After reseeting it, the touch screen went dead. I can navigate with the dpad but not when i press the screen. So i believe it is time for me to send the phone for warranty.
I am from Malaysia by the way.
MY phone is currently flashed (hard-spl) and am running on Topaz Rom. I have also installed the custom boot screen (bios) made available here by a forumer via hard-spl.
My question is, how do i remove the hard-spl and the boot screen that is flashed by hard-spl?
Also how do i remove everything so the phone will qualify to receive the warranty?
I do have the stock ROM but i believe i need to do more than just re-flashing the phone with a stock ROM to claim warranty.
well flashing the stock rom should be the first step. then you have to find the original SPL. someone on here will help you with that, I'm sure.
ok here is what i did when i sent my phone in for HTC warranty in the US:
1) Flash stock radio or any latest radio from your area (if you remember the number of the radio that came with your phone find it here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=439566
2) Then flash the stock ROM.
3) Then flash the stock SPL (Find your here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=499791 then follow instruction bottom of first post here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=410150
Then check to make sure you have the right radio and go into boot loader to check spl
Thanks for the suggestion jaszek.
And Thank you very much ptyindian for providing the steps , which is quite easy to read.
About the radio, i don't think i have to flash the radio since the official latest ROM that comes from HTC's site already contains a Radio. So i am safe here right?
About the stock SPL, i am not sure which is mine. As i am from Asia (Malaysia) , which one should i get?
1) SPL 5.05 - Extracted from Official HTC ROM (WWE)
or
2)Extracted from Official HTC ROM - Southeast Asia - Sintel-English
. Also , what is the difference between the above 2 and this one :-StockSPL_ForWarrantyOnly_SPL190_1.zip
Yes if you installed the latest rom that was release by HTC and it has a radio included then you are safe about the SPL i am not sure which one you need to flash but i think the spl1.90 was what came with the ATT fuze i think or atleast that is what i had. Maybe some one else can help you more with the exact details on which SPL you need or you can post in the SPL thread and see if some one helps you.
After flashing the newest Verizon radios, I can no longer access the 'more' settings under wireless and networks. I did first revert to the 4.02 radio and bootloader before flashing the newest ones, and am suffering from no other issues. Thanks for the help!
So I was considering getting a T-Mobile prepaid SIM card and trying it out, so went ahead and flashed a T-Mobile radio to my Skyrocket. After that, everything in the phone info appears as "Unknown" - unknown baseband, unknown IMEI, etc.
I've tried flashing two different AT&T radios now, with no result. What should I do to return the radio to a working state?
OK, I finally figured it out myself, so I'll just leave this here in case it helps anyone else.
The problem was that the first T-Mobile radio I tried replaced several files in /system/ which were probebly from an older version of Android. This just broke the system's cellular stuff entirely. The solution was to reflash CM10.
