Please help me ! I got a problem when I upgrading ROM mini

When I start upgrading ROM (Qtek 1.11.00 final) my mini struck at boot loader screen and my PC struck at
"Checking the information from your device...please wait...
Don't disconnect your device from PC or power supply until
the upgrade is completed "
I have strucked at this screen for an hour
what should I do ? Please help me . Thank You

I think you have not disabled the activesync USB connection yet. Do so, and reconnect your mini to your laptop/pc via USB again. then run the installation program again, u should be alright.

I've tried this and I'm still stuck in the opening screen. Any other advice?

1. first mini must be in bootloader mode (screen will show serial)
2. disable USB in activesync, plug mini to USB cable (new hardware detection should occur and mini screen will show USB instead)
3. USB cable direct connect to laptop/pc..dun use USB hub..
should work..

I am having problems with upgrading my xda2 when i put the xda2 onto bootloader mode i get the serial come up and then connect to pc changes to usb the prob occurs when i luanch the progarm for upgrade and i get the probs of the usb words on screen go blank and after a while says the upgarde wasnt possible and the device didnt connect properly coudl you plse help me on the solution to this prob. I have doen upgrades b4
but nothing like this prob has occured before.Thanks in advance

HELP :( - bootloader stuck

hello all,
i have no idea what has happened to my universal (imate jasjar)
i started upgrading to a new ROM, and then it got stucked on the bootloader. it only shows
USB (when connected to usb, or serial if not), V0.6 on the bottom of the screen.
i tried the ulock of the bootloader, (light, softrest, power), exitbootloader, but nothing worked.
when trying to use mtty it gives me an error (can not open usb).
i am using vista.
any help will highly appreciated

I also got that USB-port problem trying to use mtty and UNI_exitbootloader.exe thoug i had disabel the USB-port in WMDC(I am using Vista ) so I tried a PC with XP and activesync. Same Problem. Then I tried to remove activesync. Same Problem.
Then I tried a PC with XP but where activesync had never been installed at. And this worked. Now I did see the USB in port menu in mtty.

replace your cable...i had the same issues and that solved them. hope it helps.

Use XP, disable ActiveSync and then connect USB to your PPC. Mtty will show USB. I did it thousand times. Tested and working!

Vista and ROM upgrading ... they don't mix.
For upgrading your ROMs or doing any such thing to your Uni, use XP.
Search the forum, there shoulod be post somewhere with the XP USB drivers attached, if I remember correctly, replacing the Vista drivers with those will probably solve the problem, but with Microsoft, you can never be 100% sure...

USB Sync Problem

Hi, I'v received a second hand HTC Cruise, locked to SFR and in French, I want to unlock and chenge to English. I read al lot these days trying to unlock it but it seams that the USB port is disabled, active sync is not working and when I plug the USB cable the PC does nothing (not even recongize that something is in that port)
The HTC Ext seem ok the previos owner never synced but headphones are ok, charging also.
I'e tried several method to acces the device via USB with no results, seems that the only posible solution is by so called HTC GOLD CARD or a HTC DIAGNOSTICS CARD so i can change the ROM from a SD CARD since I can not access the device via USB
I also went to the four colors boot loader screen and try to sync from there but no results.

(white zone)
Serial by default
USB when I plug the USB Cable
My HTC Cruise data is
Vers SFR_V3650
ROM VERS : 1.25.163.9 FRE
ROM DATE : 06/18/08

PROTOCOL VERSION : 25.63.30.04H
What can I do? How should I proceed to change my ROM

PS : I've try ActiveSync with two cables in two diferent PC always the same result, the PC dont even sees that the device is on.
Is there any kind of program or tool to see if the port is enabled and working fine?

Problem of Stuck on and Usb Recognition

Hi friends,
My phone has been broken. It stucks on HTC screen and the screen waving, besides even if the device charges by usb, it has not been recognized by PC (USB recognition problem). Therefore, i can not flash it. (Also, recovery does not work)
