Hi all...!
We are working in SSPL and USPL for Pharos device.With them u can Flash any Rom in your device.
And we will release in this thread as soon as possible

Ok,
Now another problem.
I managed to upgrade my rom. But after doing so i replace my backup and now it boots but stops in the HTC screen.
I can start it back into bootloader mode, but I cannot reflash it because of the invalid vendor ID error.
How can I fix this ?
or does anyone have the standard Dutch Rom ?

Same problem here.
Screen with HTC logo freeze and can't flash cause usb connection is lost.

Problem solved.
Do hard reset and fresh Windows screen apprear

I did a Hard reset by keycombination....
Prob Solved as well

My Pharos is dead. after I Flash rom
After reboot it show htc logo and turn to white screen with a short sound
I can't anything after that
The sync is lost
I hard reset but everything the same

try this:
turn off the phone, press and hold camera button + green button + power button until bootloader screen appears. At this point plug the usb cable and try to flash official WWE ROM...
Cross the fingers and wait..

What the Hell Is Wrong with my S710?

Hello People
I have installed WM6.1 Rom.
But today (i dont know why (i'm a idiot)) i wanted WM6 back, when I restart, i cant start my Phone (HTC screen... and nothing happens) the phone doesnt continue to start.
Cane someone please help me?

Enter bootloader mode and reflash :
- switch off your phone, hold the camera button and connect the usb cable. If USPL was flashed you should have no problem flashing another ROM

I See the RED - GREEN - BLUE Screen..

Look at the Wiki article on SD-Card flashing, that should be the easiest way to flash the ROM again!

1) Once you have all the files you need, either from the kitchen or from prepackaged ROMs (they can be extracted with WinRAR),
What Files do they mean? + where do i get these files?

That just means that you have to have the ROM, either from the forum or self made through the kitchen! In your ROM there is a *.nbh file. Just follow the steps from there. The nbh is the only file you will need!

I have tried the SD Card Flashing, by following the instructions on the wiki. The bootloader will scan my SD card but comes up with and Invalid Certificate error and won't start the upgrade.
What now?

Buy HTC Diamond, and never again repair what is working fine! :-D

After updating with Tomals 8.2, I softreset but then all blank
I get to bootloader in try to flas it again but CE updating stop in 7% and then error....
I try all the methods using mtty and use the tool...but no luck, it still stop at 10% when updating CE
Pls anybody help!!!!!

Have youtried with a previous Tomal ROM?
It worked for me in a similar problem

Have you removed your SIM and SD card, before trying to re-flash?

I did
I had removed SD card and SIM card, but it stil stuck at 10%. But if I updated the radio, it will finish 100%, whwn it comes to Ext Rom and CE update, it just finished at 10%. Did I Brick my uni ? anybody can help ?

giving ce rom update error?

Do a hard reset first and clear the phone by pressing 0 when promted

Try to flash each part one at a time, not all of them at the same time.
Note that this ROM do not work with some extended rom and that blank page at first was the reason of that. Flash your extended rom with the tomal's own extended rom. You can find it...(oh no it has been removed, I will try to upload it for you). After flashing the extended rom try ato re-flash the rom and at last try to re-flash the radio (If you need it). Beware that flashing extended rom will erase your own extended rom so try to find one and decode its files to have your customization files back...

I have problem uploading file try to search for "Tomal_extrom" yourself and I will try to upload it...

Tried to flash Tomals ext ROM...but wont work too....I'm hopeless, maybe I should say goodbye to my uni,.....

Seems your DOC is corrupted and unable to write.
Use mtty tool and re-format it, I'm pretty sure that everything will be OK then. But make sure that you have disabled AS before executing mtty!

Do not try to use copy paste in MTTY, type every command.
Before doing this ( steps 1 to 17) beware that you must download an original rom to get the windows mobile rom, the radio rom and the extended rom ( see step 13).
Last time I took Tomal v8.2, his extended rom and radio 1.15, put all 3 in the RUU folder and runned the update utility. It will take arround 20 minutos to flash the 3 files. thx to TehPenguin you can get these files here: http://vidmes.com/xda/Uni/ROMs/Tomal/ and here: http://vidmes.com/xda/Uni/Radios/
Be advised that I've not read the other posts on the thread, so I don't know if you should try this process or not.

mtty do not format radio rom, so you don't need to re-flash it.

AS means active synchronize. Disable USB connection in AS. It has been written there bro...

after much gogling i got mtty1.16 and tried but it does not show the usb port.
so again googling does it support usb 2.0
i think it doesnt.

Stuck Doing ROM Update

Dear reader,
I bought a Qtek9000 when it had a original WM5 on it,
after my pall updated it to 6.0 (dont ask me what rom he used) he said
no sim card... after some soft resets so now and then he see's my sim card.
It doesn't matter what sim card i'll use, same result.
When i tried to use another rom (official WM6 from htc.com) for my Uni
I was forgotten to plug my laptop to AC... and what happend..... Emtpy battery and failed update :'(
The only thing my Uni displays are the following:
USB
V 2,01
and
Serial
V2,01
So i hope there is someting possible for my uni.
(I'm Using Windows Vista)
(sorry for my bad english, had a tough day @ work)

I Did, but now i cant upgrade/downgrade my radio from 1.18.00 to 1.15.00.
the same connectivity problem occures again and againg and again....

You must charge your battery first,then reset by stylus and upgrade witha good rom and radio- good luck

For now i don't have any probs.
lets hope this wil stay as long as possible

s710 italian can't flash a new wm6.01 rom

hi to all ,
i'm newer from this procedure i've put on my tornado wm6 yet but whith this device i can't have a positive result.
iìve modify a regior register. and the SDA UNLOCK it's still ok. but when arrive at 3% to upgrade the procedure is rebooting and do nothing.
i thinks this device from italian hase a supercid but i can not accross this problem, did you thinks the only way is imei-check?
no please 20euros....please i want to try a new rom.

I have the same problem in Vista x64...
Edit: found the problem! I just started FLASH.EXE without running App unlocker and uspl_116_jockyw first... This is really necessary!

I run Vista Ultimate 32 bit, and I have flash my Vox with XP as well but I haven't see difference.
Since I have a home made application running my Vox, sometimes I need to flash back to the official rom, and this is the reason why I don't made a permanent USPL.
My last flash to install the great Rom from fireburner which works perfectly, and remove the bugs from my phone that every day ad 23.15 GMT switch off, was done as follows:
1. SDA_ApplicationUnlock
2. Reboot without memory card
3. Vox USPL: I run the file batch uspl_116_jockyw.bat made by jockyw2001 which is in the archive Vox USPL- CID BYPASS.zip in this section of the forum http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=330909.
When I run the first time I haven't see the penguin, so I run the second time immediately after. I don't remember now but can be that during the first run of the file batch there was same errors. In any case after the second time the Penguin appears and the screen became black, ready to flash.
4. Flash the Rom with the file made by fire burner Flash.exe.
That's it!!!
In any case in the Wiki there is all!
Comments regarding the way I flash my Vox are welcome.

ok , now after a long nigth i've put on my vox a Gonzo 6.1 mobile, i thinks the my last rom was corrupt or something alse.
now i'll use thise rom and for some Italian people please, inform all comunity whitch rom did you use , or what is the best.
