WM 6.1 and the photo camera bug - JAM, MDA Compact, S100 Software Upgrading

I'm sorry for a new thread, but are you able to use the PHOTO camera with Cotulla's ROM?
I press the camera button, then I select "Photo" (mode).
The device screen became green and I have to soft reset to use it again.
Is there a fix?

Is it normal?

I've got a brand new Polaris.
About the camera, everytime I press the capture key, something strange happens: a pixel-like black/white preview of the picture magically appears on the screen over the normal image from the center to the left side of the display, what should be?
Any suggest? Thnx

Switch PPT button to camera button?

This may be a shot in the dark but is there any way to map the PPT button to be a camera button like the camera button on a tytn? I dont really like having to go to scroll over to pictures then press camera just to take a picture.
And does anyone really use PPT anyways?! Seems like ATT is pushing a useless option.
Totally agree any fix for this...

Manual Focus on the Fuze/Touch Pro's camera?

Would manual focus be possible to accomplish? I've had a few situations where I wanted to frame a photo with the subject off-center, but focusing on that subject and blurring the background is a tough trick.
I saw a suggestion in the Diamond forum for a method where you'd touch the screen to select the focal point, but I'd be happy with a simple mod to the capacitive 'zoom wheel' that would change the virtual focal length.
Any thoughts?
First, focus on the object (it must be on the center of the screen), then, touch (don't press) the Shutter button (action button) until the focus locked, don't release it, then, move your Raphael to your desired position (subject off-center), and finally press the Shutter button, the camera will not trying to auto-focus anymore.
Ah, clever trick! I didn't realise that it would hold the focus until you removed your finger from the button.
Thanks much... I'll give this a try. ^^d
Edit: Worked fantastically. I'll upload the pics when I get the chance.

Camera opened from AI button doesn't save?

Hi everyone,
Has anyone mapped their AI button to open the camera app?
For some reason it doesn't save any of the pictures.
Once you take a picture, it shows you what you've shot - with two buttons underneath (X or tick)
If you press the X button, the image is removed and you are brought back to take another.
If you press the tick button, it looks like the app just gets minimised. Looking in the gallery and the file manager: there is no picture saved anywhere.
BUT you don't have this problem when opening the camera app normally without the AI button shortcut.
Am I doing something wrong? What's the point of a camera shortcut that doesn't save any of your stuff?
I just received this phone today - on MIUI Global 10.0.11.0
EDIT: Just updated to 10.2.1.0 and it's working correctly now. Make sure to update your device when you get it
