Database Info

I need to know what the original registry was of this folder...

I did the mod where the "E-mail" left softkey can be modified to also include the SMS application.
I also installed a file in my windows folder (SoftKey) which allows editing the softkeys on WM5 devices.
Problem is, I want to revert to the way my Treo was before I made these changes. Yea... I could hard reset or install an old backup... but I've made so many changes since then. (timewise, it's faster to re-edit my registry)
I just need to know what the original registry has in the following location:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Softare/Microsoft/Today/Keys/112
I'm guessing it was:
(Default) (value not set)
Open.A1Backup Calender.exe
Open.A1Replaced 0x1(1)

mine was never changed but I have:

NOW: you can set cab files to the true icon (package for your Kitchen) and others

here is a package ready to use which is make cab icons to the true icons.
if you have alot of cab files in the storage you will note that it is very slow in scrolling down, so if you put the package it will make them with the origional icon which make the scrolling very fast
Test it and you will note that

if you have pandora's kitchen and add task manager to edit reg files, you noticed it wasn't associated with the reg files and most do it manualy, so you can associate them directly with this package
also the same with PIM Packup, you can associate all pim backup files directly to PIM Packup
and POCKET RAR the same

Dang i thought it was just me!! But you are right it works!!! I even made a cab file for the cabfile icon fix!!

Question to Vox Rom makers, a small request..

I was wondering if there is a oem package for the sliding sounds. As the t-mobile shadow has registry keys for sliding sound and also sliding sound waves but has no setting options for it nor any files or possible dlls for it.
So I was wondering if a rom creator could possibley get me the files and reg entrys if its easy enough. so i can try and get the shadow to make a noise when i slide the keyboard open.

yes been there done that. but the shadow is missing all settings for sliding sounds.
also i think it is missing reg entries in hkcu or other parts.

First of all, here is a reg entry I found, don't know if it's all and it looks like it's calling a script, but I haven't looked for that yet.
It's a self-extracting archive with a *.reg file!

are there any setting xml files in the windows directory by any chance ?

TF3D Registry edit for program tab?

Is anyone aware of what registry string or even a program that would allow you to change the layout of the Programs tab? To be more specific to add rows or columns? There was a Program for the TF2D that I used on my Tilt that would do this.

The manilla 2d program edited the xml file, i don't know a whole lot about messing with tf3d as i don't use it like 2d but i know shcpps advanced configurator has some 3d config options.
long and short for sure it wouldn't be a reg edit, it would be a resource file if there is one.

Assign icon to folder in start menu

Hello CAN anyone please tell me how to assign a icon to a folder in start menu, because i created some folder in startmenu like tools In wm 6.5 and' i want to assign a icon to that in kitchen ,what rgu i Will edit in kitchen.....

Idk how you can turn a reg into and rgu but I will tell you that if you go to HKLM\Security\Shell\StartInfo\Start\ In the registry and then go into the folder name, you can make a new string value named Icon and then the location for the value of it eg: \Windows\whatever.png

Thanks dwizzy but if a program thé method is ok but when we make folder in start menu with packages maker it Will not shown in kitchen there is no app.rgu for icon
