Is anyone aware of what registry string or even a program that would allow you to change the layout of the Programs tab? To be more specific to add rows or columns? There was a Program for the TF2D that I used on my Tilt that would do this.
The manilla 2d program edited the xml file, i don't know a whole lot about messing with tf3d as i don't use it like 2d but i know shcpps advanced configurator has some 3d config options.
long and short for sure it wouldn't be a reg edit, it would be a resource file if there is one.

I was wondering if there is a oem package for the sliding sounds. As the t-mobile shadow has registry keys for sliding sound and also sliding sound waves but has no setting options for it nor any files or possible dlls for it.
So I was wondering if a rom creator could possibley get me the files and reg entrys if its easy enough. so i can try and get the shadow to make a noise when i slide the keyboard open.

yes been there done that. but the shadow is missing all settings for sliding sounds.
also i think it is missing reg entries in hkcu or other parts.
First of all, here is a reg entry I found, don't know if it's all and it looks like it's calling a script, but I haven't looked for that yet.
It's a self-extracting archive with a *.reg file!

I have couple of programs that run straight as exe files (putty, wmirc). Is there any way to add these to TF3D program page?
Also, just installed Coreplayer and tested with WMV files - I can hear sound but no picture...?
I got CorePlayer working, just needed to change it DirectDraw mode...

You can also make shortcuts to "programs" folder using Resco Explorer (send to Start Menu as shortcut). Then they will be available in TF3D programs (to add as favorite).

I've been looking at the manila files on my AT&T Fuze (1.95 ROM) to add a CommMgr Tab, Call History Tab (tried using Advanced Config 3.3 to turn on but no go), etc.
It seems that these manila files are a bit different from the Touch Pro and Diamond files.
So... is it possible to create a sticky or put in the Wiki... a list of definitions for the Fuze Manila files?
For instance:
26948339_manila = TF3D Tabs
090661f7_manila = Tabs' Title/Text File
It is possible, all you need to do is add it. The wiki is editable by anyone.
cool... i'll do that so the community can have some kind of reference to go on if they want to edit the manila files for their Fuze...

Can I get a link to that Wiki section with the list of definitions? I've been trying to locate it, to no avail.
I am creating a cab for some panels I made for Titanium but I have one problem. I have the registry keys and the files I am just not sure how to add the text to the cpr files so they are viewable. Or does it just add the code when the registry keys are imported?

If you mean to change the icons for programs that show in launcher widget it is possible. "this will aslo change them in start menu"
You will want to find .png's or ico's for the programs:
Change all the .png's to ico's with icofx "64x64" VGA "32x32" QVGA then i take a resource out of the ROM they generally use MPI_ProgramIcons.dll and unsign it add the resources "ico's" you can use ResHack "I use Restorator" and then resign "sometimes it won't resign but no worry as not core file", then the tedious part is adding the resource to the .lnk here is an eg for Album 21#\Windows\HTCAlbum.exe -type:camerashot ?\Windows\Icons.dll,-102 red part points to the .dll location and resource number.
[TUT] Editing Resources .dll etc all software needed is there and also an instructional video.

That's cool, Yeah that's what the above will do it'll change them in the start menu to which is then displayed on the launcher tab.
