Change IPL - SPL -

I'm going to be crazy, The last 8 hours I tryed several times to change, update to the last Dopod ROM, I mean IPL 2.15 _ SPL 2.15.0001 but no way. Please somebody willing to help me.
Now I can find on welcome screen this information:
IPL 2.09
SPL 2.15.0000
GSM 02.19.21
OS 2.15.13.27

You've to use the ROM that ends with "novendor" like ftp://ftp.xda-developers.com/Prophe...13121_021921_DOP_ASIA_WWE_Ship-NoVendorID.zip

Thanks a lot, I didn't try this ROM because moths ago I use the CID unlock.
Now I downloading the ROM you mentioned in your post, the ROM with no vendor id. As soon as I finish I'll post the result.

My question is; I would to to make changes from the:
IPL 2.09 to 2.15
SPL 2.15.0000 to 2.15.0001
My device is already CID unlock. I' ready to make every change you tell me. Please, I try several ROMS without efford!!!

[Urgent] Dopod 818pro upgrade to WM6 failure

i jsut tried to upgrade my Dopod 818pro to WM6 but when i finished some of the steps and hard-reset the phone it stopped at the 1st picture: Dopod Enjoy Mobililty and the screen shows:
IPL 1.00
SPL 2.15.0000
GSM 02.19.21
OS 10.1.0.811
Even i hard reset or soft rest it is still the same.
Would anybody teach me how to fix it...I will be very much appreciated..

upgrade first to official qtek 2.2 rom, then upload to wm6

Finally, I need to send back to SIS to replace my motherboard.

Cid unlocking error

While i was Cid unlocking the device at step 7 when i reset my phone. the screen is stuck at the welcome screen which indicates:
IPL: 1.00
SPL: 2.13.0000
GSM: 02.20.21
OS: 1.0.13.21
i tried to hard reset but it didnt work, please any suggestions?

Put your device into bootloader mode and reflash the WM5 ROM you have, like Qtek 2.20 WWE or O2 2.15, e.g.!

i tried but it would give errors.
anyway's here's so solution in case somebody had a similar problem (took me damned 5 hours to solve it!)
tried so many different things, the fastest and easiest is to enter bootloader.
and install this Rom RUU_Prophet_220734_2207114_024721_NVID.exe
and it Works!
for some reason the official Rom didnt work...

294 Invalid Vender ID

Hi Folks,
trying to update to WM6.
File:
CUSTOM__RUU_Wizard_1050412_WWE_101_11210_WWE.exe
other updates here seems to work, but, after the rom-update + reset its still no WM6, but i see other boot logos and the additional software..
Error:
294: INVALID VENDER ID
CID is unlocked I think..
Tried many of up\downgrades here on xda-developers, original: IPL: 1.06 SPL: 1.06 OS: 1.6.21 GSM: 01.12.10
Now after a downgrade: IPS: 1.01 SPL: 1.06 GSM: 01.12.10 OS: 1.5.4.2
Its a original German Phone, now its all in english (but its ok..)
What am I doing wrong?

i the unlock tool I selected not "UNLOCK" but "UNLOCK CID" or something...
