Hi,
I have upgraded my dopod rom using this file RUU_Prophet_2151327_21513121_021921_DOP_ASIA_WWE_Ship.exe from the xda developers ftp.
After upgrading I found that the version number is incorrect
IPL 1.00
SPL 2.15.0000
I have tried reflashing with the same rom several time but the version number for IPL remains the same.
How can I upgrade the IPL correctly?
Where can I find the upgrade for IPL/SPL 2.15.0001?
I cannot flash my dopod 818 pro ROM...it said that I have wrong type of device :?: :?: :?: :?:
Did you guys CID unlock first?

The rom I flash last time for my O2 XDA neo was RUU_Prophet_2151327_21513121_021921_DOP_ASIA_WWE_Ship-NoVendorID. No CID unlocking is neccesary, and the procedure of flashing is as easy as installing a software.
You don't need .0001
AFAIK, the number depends of G3 or G4 mainborad hardware version. .0000 means that you have G3. Let it be, and don't touch if it works well.
I also have the same problem. My IPL seems 1.00 and I'm looking for the 2.15.0001.
I'm totally sure I have the device CID unlock, why? I can Install ROM from i-mate, Qtek and Dopod.
I tryed many days, many hours nad still working.
Please give me a help, a hand, please. Thank you in advance.
Hi, I am facing trouble with my prophet, here is my config :
ipl 2.09
spl 2.20.0000
gsm 02.61.21
os 10.1.0.811
When I flash ROM, the only one that works is
RUU_Prophet_220734_2207114_024721_QtekWWE_Ship.exe but know the prophet restart when I enter the PIN code, If I dont' enter it it works, but as soon as I enter it, it restarts (wired!).
This one returns error 326 invalid command (wrong nbf file)

I try to upgrade to WM6 and the setup runs succesfully for this one but after
reboot it stop with white screen

And this one reports "can't writte ID" and doesn't reboot, stucks at QTEK screen. " the smart WM6".
So what i am thinking is that the problem comes from the IPL version, because i's the only one who stays always at 2.09.
What do you tink.
I alreday did the hard reset and bootloader access.

Hi, nobody know how to fix this? I can install WM6, AKU 3.0 but my phone always do the same bugs and I really think it's rellated to the bootloader 2.09.
Bugs list -
When start, can't align the screen need to take off the battery
No vibration
Often the screen is not responding.
Please help to upgrade the IPL....

I didn't find only IPL 2.10 for g3, look for orginal ROM 2.10 and try to install it

Running this utility Like a rom will update the IPL from 2.09 to 2.10? Yes I have the G3 version.

Ipl 2.15 for G4 was in the FTP site I can't browse FTP in Syria at this connection, I can't help you now, try to look for it

i am a newbe. how do i "replace the nk.nbf in the last"?

extract paradis.zip with winrar to a folder, then replace the old nk,nbf in paradis.zip 2.10 with this one 2.09.zip nk.nbf
use winrar because paradis.zip is not a zip archive you have to use winrar
i have a new vodafone compact s(german)
IPL: 2.20.0001
SPL: 2.15.0001
G4-hard-slp was succesfull.
a "no-ipl-spl-wm5" upgrade was also succesfull.
but no single wm6, oder wm6.1 i've tried, runs after i have flashed it.
the flash itself was succesfull(100%),
green display of 100% status,
automatic reset after flashing...
...but then. only tricolor screen
i have no more ideas...
found solution by myself...
i used soft-spl to enable hard-spl working
after this, i had the right spl...

After HardSPL, the SPL should be 2.G3.4PDA or 2.G4.4PDA, therefore, the first poster hasn't HardSPLed successfully...
To HardSPL your device, use Prophet Tools (link in my signature).

There is wiki page on recovery. Follow that first.
Then you MUST HardSPL your device before flashing a new ROM (look at the "NEW WM6 Upgrade Guide" sticky)

I do agree that HARDspl is very important, but in some special cases,

HardSPL is just a permanent version of JumpSPL which is used by your program...
how to downgrade my dopod 818 pro with ipl 2.15.0001 spl 2.G4.4pd showdow 2.0 TE back to WM5? thank you.
Flash the latest official WM5 ROM from your provider (if still available for download), that's all you have to do!

I have a Qtek S200(Prophet), and I upgraded it to WM6.
But the speaker on the telephone is go wrong, so i have to
fix it, but i havent got the garranty.
Can anyone have an idea to do what to get back the warranty?

I have this iMate Kjam (Not mine). It was with a T Mobile Official ROM and has IPL/SPL at v2.26. I checked and there was no G4 sign anywhere. Someone had to remove the CID thing to this. I downloaded several WM6 ROMs but once the complete flashing and the device reboots, I'm still in the T-Mobile ROM. I down-flashed to the age-old Button Love WM5 base ROM and here is the ROM status:
IPL: 1.01
SPL: 2.26
GSM: 1.12.10
OS: 1.5.4.2
If I upgrade from this point with, let's say, TNT5.0, here is what happens:
IPL: 1.01
SPL: 2.26
GSM: 1.12.10
OS: 1.5.4.2
Same right? but all the graphics change when booting. There is the HTC logo when device is turned on and there is the TNT 5.0 "BOOM" title when OS is loading (with the IPL/SPL/GSM/Radio)
Can someone tell me what is going on? HardSPL (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=332320) clearly tells me that device is NOT G4

Update:
I was able to install the official T-Mobile ROM onto Button Love ROM. Here is the screen statistics:
IPL: 2.26
SPL: 2.26
GSM: 02.25.11
OS: 2.26.10.2
If I try to upgrade to WM6 now, nothing will happen as I've already tried. After the flash process, it will still be official TMobile...
What should I do now? If I compare the properties of this Wizard with my own, I'm pretty sure this should be a G4 device.
Flash Buttons ROM again and do a CID unlock. That's it! Have fun!
I have a G3, but I had to flash Button twice so that the IPL/SPL matched, then I unlocked and reflashed 2.26 stock (again be sure that IPL/SPL match numbers), then from there I joined rom flashers anonymous!

Trying the Button Love ROM the third time... the SPL just won't drop... whats going on?

The only avaliable HardSPL tool doesn't recognize the device as G4... so how do I forced CID unlock? I tried SoftSPL... but at that time, my IPL and SPL were different...

IF you have
IPL 2.26 or 1.xx
SPL 2.26 or 2.XX
You have a G3 device - forget do not use Hard SPL or Soft SPL, these are ONLY FOR G4 DEVICES
Since you have a G3 Device you have 2 options
If you have IPL 1.xx and SPL 2.xx . use WST (Wizard Service Tools) to unlock your CID device

Actually, I followed what Pisca said about using WT and it worked... in Button Love, I finally CID unlocked and upgraded to Official TMobile. Then TNT5.0. All Well

Ok, if you are on IPL 1.xx and SPL 2.xx, you can use WST-Wizard Service Tool 4.2.2 to CID unlock
Then you should load a carrier ROm T-Mobile to get IPL/SPL 2.xx
But allways read as mentioned in the previous post
