Hi i realy hope i'm not doing the wrong thing here by opening i new thread, but i can't seem to find what i need anywhere.
i want to move the start menu to the center of the screen, so when you pres start it will open in the center, and not in the left corner (sorry realy bad english).
can anyone help me?

oh, i just remembered, isnt there a substitute for the start menu in spb mobile shell? is it posible just to have that?

no the button can stay where it is, i just want the start menu to open in the center of the screen. not on the left

When you close and application it always goes back to the home screen rather then the start screen you were in. This is painful like I pressed the wrong icon and I just want the app to close and go back one level not to the home screen.
anyone got solution? can do something to tweak it? pls gime me advice

I think it is because the "Start" screen is treated as it were a menu, like the Start menu on desktop Windows. If you really wanted to go back to the Start screen, you could just hit the Start button again while in the program that you mistakenly hit to get back one level with pushing only one button. Then just close the other program in the task manager later.
More importantly...is this such a serious issue to bring about two threads with the exact situation?
2 quick questions, they might be something simple sorry but I dont know how to get this to work.
1) How do you unlock your phone without the stylus? I know if you hold the end call key for 3 secs it locks it but I want to unlock the phone without the stylus. I hate ejecting it so the power goes on and then I can slide my finger on the "Lock Icon" left or right to unlock the phone.
2) How do you change the "Lock" Icon mapping? By that I mean its located at the top and I would like to move it to the bottom or middle. Once somehow automatically it was located in the middle and then I rebooted my phone and it went back to the top again.
I don't understand question 1 are you saying you take the styles out to turn the phone on? why don't you use the power button at the top? Then use your finger when it turns on to unlock it. I will admit i don't use the lock fetcher
But i think i understand the second question to move it to the bottom, go to start/setting/today/Items this will have a list of "icons" you have on the main screen select the Device Lock and move it to the bottom of the list. this should move it to the bottom and you are done.

on the otherhand what you're asking for is called S2U (slide to unlock) which is an app the mimicks the iphone's lock interface
2) what mapping are you talking about? on the tf3d where the app tab is at? if so, then you just move it by using diamond tf3d tweak OR manually deleting the app and relocating it to where you want it.

For question 2 the same thing, do you know when the phone is locked and you have that icon that you have to slide left or right so that you can access the main menu on your phone (has the time, contacts, view messages, email etc.). That little bar that reads slide and has a padlock icon in the middle of it. That little button I want to reallign it in the screen. It happened once but I didnt press or change anything for it to happen, it just did.

First of all, sorry if it's been discussed before, I'm new to the forum...
My Idea is: is it possible to somehow remove the "start" shortcut from the upper left corner of every screen, maybe even replace it with something useful or just a clock, but it's seriously bugging me. When I hand over the phone to almost any friend it gets pressed somehow and having in mind that one of the five only hardware buttons is designated start menu the soft shortcut is completely obsolete, at least that's what I think...

I am using ProximityLocker on my HD2, which is a very useful app in my opinion. As the sensor is on the top left corner of the phone, everytime I'm wanting to tap "Start" my finger gets in the way of the sensor and the phone is locked, so I have to tap the start button very carefully in order to be able to open the programs page.
So, I would like to shift the start to the bottom or more to the right of the top bar.

Flash any 6.5.X ROM...they all have the start button at the bottom. If you don't want to flash your phone....you are on your own then
bottom start menu
Or you can use Cookies Home Tab and select Startmenu to be your leftmost softkey

how to re align the screen in WAD application because if i press in upper right in my screen in WAD hoping that it will pop.up the option on the screen that ive pressed but somehow the pop.up will show somewhere but not in the screen where i press its like when i steady pressing the upper right the pop.up will go in the middle, or upper left something like that..
but in any application my screen is GOOD only in WAD s*cks
how to fix this?
