hi can u guys pls help me out.. my phone cingular 8125 shows 3 colors whenever i turned it on.... is there a way i could fix dis... because what i did was, i was trying to upgrade it to wm6... but it was failed because there was an error... pls help me out i will really appreciate it if u guys will....thank you...
....thank you for you guys's help... i was trying to put my phone into bootloader form and it did... then in couple seconds my phone turned off and couldnt turned it back on... idk whats wrong with it...my phone is dead....

Download and flash official cingular stock rom in Bootloaders,it'll recover back to its default status.

I was doing it half way when it hung on me.. after removing and restarting, I found that the unit cannot boot up to WM5.. I notice that there isn't any ROM left in my unit.. How do I continue from here?

My phone mode keeps closing afte 10secs..

please while using shelltool. to upgrade wm5 to wm6 but ive just got an error message and suddenly lost my connection from activesync! please i dont know how to retrieve my phone! now after bootscreen... white screen appears and nothing happens! i tried hard reset it. nothing happens! please help!

Also, see that in WM6 you must use only ActiveSync 4.5 or higher
Ask if you need help, I will be here for couple of hours and there are others who know way more than me and also can help

Get the rgb boot loader screen on by holding down camera while you reset. Then connect via usb to the pc. You will see the word " usb " appear on the bottom of the screen on your phone.
Run the exe you downloaded from your manufacturer / carriers website and it will install the stock rom.
Phone will reboot when finished.

What ROM did you upgrade to? If it was to a WM6 ROM using the "new" upgrade method, you may have failed to hard SPL your device. What ever the cause, the solution (as ever) can be found on the wiki.

If the device can get into bootloader, it should be possible to recover it In my previous post there was a link to the wiki page for recovering devices from bootloader. If you want any more info, I'll be happy to try and help...
thx for the quick reply but my problem now is if i connect the phone i can see the usb on the screen alright but the computer doesnt sync it and if i go ahead and update the rom i get error make sure the usb/cradle is connected properly i dont know what to do plssssssssss i need help to revive this phone thx in advance

hi i am having this problem with my vox a lot of time now... it is the cursed wifi problem... driver is not loaded.
so i was starting to think that it might be a problem with the hacked hard spl.
and that it cannot be overwritten by default hard spl by htc.
so anyone know how i can get the hacked version overwritten by default htc rom spl???
i have decompiled the nbh file from original rom and i have spl.nb
oh and anyone knows what is ipl.nb is? i think is for bluetooth and wifi... i cant find out.

It doesn't have anything to do with USPL and co. I am on a patched SPL for a year now and it's fine. Just look in Windows\StartUp if WiFiInit.lnk is there! If not put it in! I am attaching the files for BT and WiFi!

i think this is wm 6.0 version..
have you gone to HTC's website and downloaded ROM upgrade software?
why dont you check the kaiser wiki for htc's roms?
