I have also an HTC P3600 brand Swisscom that is perfect with O/S Windows Mobile 6.1 Pro, Tom Tom Nav 7.45 and European Map or North America Maps that I sell for only 200 Euro. Payed 500 Euro in shop two moths ago. The only thing is that you will need to repair the internal USB port as it does not work. To recharge tha battery I will add a desktop recharger that works with USB, so you can recharge at home, office and in car.

I think is the hardware part, because only the green button doesn't work, and I have read in the forum that is quite an usual fault for the P3600 but i could be wrong and in need also of the actual keypad.

Hi. As you are quoting me here it's an hardware issue your problem. So you will indeed need to change the hardware part. I am selling the keyboard hardware for 25 Euro plus postal charge. Postal charge depends where are you located. But due to the wiight of piece, it's cheapest.

the phone survived a major car accident. Just the display broke and the cover doesn't look pretty anymore.
So where can I get display/cover and maybe also an internal backup battery (or is it normal that everytime I take out the battery the phone asks for time/date again?)

Actually, I regularly search eBay for the plastic LCD display faceplate and never find it. Please don't insist that everything is easy to find.
Unfortunately there is no way I can find a cover for Qtek 8310/HTC Tornado..

This is a great find and one of only a few commercial sites that carries this. Unfortunately at $65 USD unshipped it costs 20% of the phone.

This was also a great find, and it looks like at $46 USD shipped it is the best option and it is only 15% of the phone cost. I hope that leo_kwong2007 has more even though there are none listed.

Hi. After a long search, only back cover from Expensys has lens cover built in. Other models (eBay ...) don't have this part include in the cover ...
And another thing, the price on expensys increased last week from 19 Euros to 30 Euros even if there is no stock ... :-(

I hate the shiny one and would swap for the rubberised one in a flash. Been lookin everywhere to buy it but can only find the shiny one.

I know that it's not the best solution, but if you buy a Mugen 2600 mAh battery, it comes with it's own cover (due to the extra thickness)...

I just spoke to the Toshiba UK customer care team and they said they would send me one free of charge. My original is pretty clean but has a tiny hairline crack in one corner. Toshiba UK are absolutely fantastic and very helpful

I had the same problem for months, I found dead TG01 on allegro, talked with seller and bought it for 40 zł.
I think you can talk with someone here to order one (or two) and send it to you, it can be sent in a normal letter so you won't pay much for it.
If you find someone who is willing to help (and would be able to get two covers), please notify me (through PM) I would also be interested in getting one so we can split shipping costs (50:50).

The charger is not the same because the original Nexus 4 charger is 1.2A, but it is an Original LG product, remember that even if the charger was 1.8A, the mobile phone will only require the Amperes that it needs to charge the battery, in this case it will require less than 1.8A.
And yes, the battery is original, more and more people (in the same website) over me are confirming that the battery is an original product

Yes, I meant genuine. I bought some of these two months ago and to make sure they are good I brought them to an LG partner that confirmed that to me.

It depends on where you live. I live in Italy and it usually takes no longer than 3 weeks. Talking about reliability, you should trust only sellers that have a lot of positive feedbacks, the links that I posted are all related to trusted sellers from where I've already bought.

After couple of days of hard googling I have to admit there are no genuine screen assemblies in the Internet at all. I read some reviews from customers, looked at the photos in detail and I made a conclusion.
There are a lot of lies about replacement parts, sellers don't use their own photos, description doesn't match to reality, often screens don't work properly, and some places where you could buy assembly now say that it is out of stock.
So sad, but I have to refuse the idea of refreshing my N4.
I broken digitizer and my screen doesnt work correctly so i want to sell other working part. Someone want buy someting? Best price! Mainboard 16GB, cameras and other Ebay, allegro etc possible

Hi. Like many, I bought a Chinese version of Mate 9 (MHA-AL00) because it has superior specs. Unfortunately, the phone was dropped and I now have a small crack in screen and scratch on bottom side near speakers. What is the best way to get this repaired? Is there any place in the US that will service this phone? I contacted Huawei in US and they won't touch it. I asked if they could order the parts and have it fixed. I will pay for it and they said the phone is too different for them to repair. The reasoning escapes me here... Any help here would be appreciated! Thanks!

Do you want your phone fixed, or have genuine parts? I've not seen genuine Huawei parts outside an authorized Huawei repair shop. My replacement screen works though and looks mostly like the original did. Outer frame can be found there as well probably, but I haven't looked yet.

Well, both actually! I want the phone fixed using genuine parts. Currently a Chinese friend is kindly contacting Huawei in China to see if I can mail it to an authorized repair shop there. Unfortunately Huawei US won't touch my phone. I don't understand why Huawei US can't just order the parts from China and fix it for me in US. I can't believe the variants are that different structurally and I'm willing to pay the cost.

Different region have different policy for their phone if there no different why they need to be sell on different model and version as International or Chinese / Asia / Europe. When you buy the chinese version you should know it will not cover any warranty beside Huawei china. Yea because you save few dollars for buying the chinese version and you want to enjoy the full international version benefit? You get what you pay is that hard to understand?

Hi. I think the misunderstanding is on your part. I bought the Chinese version because it has better specs than the one one sold in US. More ram and more memory. Better meets my needs. Not because it is cheaper. Btw, it was more expensive. Second, I fully understand that warranty does not cover Chinese version outside of China. I have been in contact with merchant that sold phone and they can send it to have it repaired by manufacturer. Just want to avoid having to send phone back to China. Would prefer to have official parts mailed to me and have repaired here in US. But to be clear, I am not asking for repair that is covered by warranty. I am asking about a repair that I will fully pay for. Is that hard to understand?

Hi. Your question is the point of this thread! Hopefully we will have an answer we are happy with. I'm still checking on possibilities. I originally bought my phone from Geekbuying. They have offered to send it back to manufacturer for repairs. So you might consider contacting the merchant you bought it from. I am still waiting to hear from my Chinese friend. Once I know more I'll post what I learned.
