I read the wiki and lot of thread again and again, but i never find answer to my question.
Is it possible to dump the original SPL from a french SFR V1615 (kaiser) ?
Or can i download it frm wda or another forum ?
I want it for the waranty. I read the thread for ATT and HTC, but i haven't got the original SPL with the original Splash screen :/
A friend got the V1615 and i can dump his SPL if is it possible
hard to believe that u didn't find anything.. don't know how u r searching. there is a whole tutorial on this and
bengalih has a thread on spls that includes link to the tutorial... (yes u need to read beyond the first page of the forum)

i'm not very good in english, but this thread explain the return to te original spl (if i understand everything). but i haven't got the original SPL! And no SFR rom got the spl (i try to extract the *.nbh, and never got the file)
I want to "download" the spl from another v1615 ( a friend got one)

I see the reverting back and the SPL extracting when the spl is in a rom.

I have installed a ROM that I shouln't have done. My phone is starting up but get stuck where the information about IPL and SPL stands, I have netered the BOOTLOADER , but how install a new ROM?

unfortunately you can't get roms here anymore. Get a prophet rom somewhere and then flash over the update utility if you find a noid one somewhere... hopefully you have some stuff on your computer

Hi I'm new to the forum I have a Cingular 8125 IPL/SPL 2.25.0001 which I believe is a G4 device trying to get to WM6. Ok I'm trying to follow the steps for Flashing for noobs on the guide http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=298613&highlight=How+to+upgrade+8125+WM6
I get to step "G4.3 Download wizard_love rom and flash it to your device. Your device should startup again after doing this. Go to G4.4." So I downloaded the RUU and when I run it its not in English. What am I doing wrong? I want to upgrade to WM6 but I don't want to brick the phone of course.

First, you are asking a G4 specific (sort of) question in the Wm6 forum. You'd probably get more response if this was posted in teh G4 forum here...
I think the RUU that was around at the time that worked for G4's when they created Wizard Love was an Italian RUU. The rom itself will be WWE, its jsut the installer that is in Italian.
If you go to the Wizard G4 forum, there are posts there for RUU's that are in English that work for the G4. You can then take the nk.nbf file out of the Wizard Love, and put it into the English RUU you get from the G4 forum.

in the italian version just remember that "AVANTI" means next. If you cant get that to work just download the updated english version in my signature.

DON'T try to install a custom ROM without installing Hard SPL first. If you have problems installing Hard SPL, read the hard SPL thread for more information.

Have you read the 2 stickied threads right at the top of the main page of this forum about Hard-SPL? If not, then you didn't install Hard- SPL first. And if you didn't install Hard-SPL (and according to your quote it does not look like you did), then you are lucky that you have not Bricked your Tilt yet!
Read the following links as well as the Kaiser wiki and search for more info.
Link1, Link2 and there is a 3rd thread in this forum that talks about Hard-SPL on devices with the newest drivers on them.
after reading the sticky post, maybe I should do in this steps?
1、Flash in HardSPL ROM to unlock the CID
2、Check the SPL value on 3-colour screen, if it is SPL-1.0 OliPof then
3、unlock the simlock using the simlocker

1. Please follow the rules. This post has nothing with developing ROMs.
2. This is a very common problem. It has been answered many times. A little search with probably find you the answer: Create a Goldcard. Search for the term Goldcard and you will find a few walkthroughs on how to fix the phone. If you search the XDA-Wiki, you'll also find a walkthrough.
The walkthroughs for the Elf and Herald are identical. The walkthrough for the Dream is not the same but works the same anyways.
