SIM door problem

Hi Everyone... kinda need some help with my 3 week old HTC Tytn II
I woke up to find it turned off completely, so I push the power button. The system turns on and I go through that whole 'smart mobility' and 'Windows Mobile' start screen.
Finally right when the Windows Mobile screen ends, I get a pop up message saying: "SIM door is unlocked, please lock it. Device will automatically shut off in 10 seconds".
I flip open the screen and find the SIM door locked... so the system shut off and I unlock the SIM door, take out the SIM and start the system again... same error message and finally I put the sim back in and started the unit and still got the same error.
Any help and I will love you till no tomorrow!
Hey
Well it started working by itself about an hour or two after I posted the initial post yesterday evening.
But now, about 24 hours later, a couple minutes ago, the unit was freezing, so I did a soft-reset. Doesn't want to start up anymore
It reaches the 'Smart Mobility' black screen and then just shuts off. I left it charging for 20minutes and still the same problem, only thing is that the longer I keep it charged, the longer it stays on the 'Smart Mobility' screen (tho max it stayed on was 15 seconds)
I don't think its a battery problem since I know for sure the battery is over 100% charged and light turns green when the charger is inserted.
Can someone at least post a help this time?
[Btw if any mods read this, can you please move this thread to the Kaiser section? I'm sorry but I didn't see the Kaiser thread]
Same problem, but turns off
I ahve exactly the same problem :/
Plezzzz help someone!!!!

CECT w800 wont boot

Hello, i've been searching around, and cant find anyone with the same problem, so i'll go ahead and make a new post.
Today i got my new phone, and i have a problem turning on the phone after just 40-50min use.
My problem is that every time i try to boot the phone, the screen just lights up really bright white, and then shuts down (this happens no matter what battery i use, it came with 2)
The same white screen appears when i connect the poweradapter. While its running from the poweradapter (not running, just making a fan-sound, tho i doubt its any fans in there) it doesnt react if i press the power button, so i am suspecting the batterie(s)' are the problem.
Thanks for any help

My sprint mogul was working fine this morning then... it freaked out.

Earlier today, my mogul was working fine. But then it started getting sluggish, so I decided to soft reset it. Then the freak out begins.
This is my process of turning on the phone.
- Press power button
- Get to green windows mobile screen and hangs for a 5-10 minutes. (If I don't have the charger in, the screen turns off and turns on later when the phone gets passed the green boot up screen.)
- I managed to disable all my today plugins but when I try to get to SK Tools to try to fix the phone, i can't even make it past the start menu. It freaks out and the delay time is looong.
- The phone then craps itself and turns off the screen, but not letting me turn it back on. Forcing me to soft reset or take out the battery.
I HATE MY MOGUL!!! It sucks!!!!!! What can I do?!?!??!
Software Problem
Hi
It sounds like a software problem. I think that a hard reset would probably fix it but obviously that's a last resort.

Unusual Boot loop - even after RUU. Please help.

Hello,
I’ve got a One S (S4 version) that’s driving me crazy. Can you help me please?
I bought this phone second hand – hoping that I could fix it up and give it to my mum for her birthday. It looks immaculate, but it was sold because the previous owner couldn’t get it out of a boot loop.
When I received the phone, the first thing I did was to hook it up to the charger. As soon as the charger was connected, the charging LED came on, but then after about 5 seconds (without pressing the power button), the device turned its self on and begin rebooting at the “Quietly Brilliant” screen. It wasn’t the usual “Quietly Brilliant” screen though… There was a progress bar in the top right hand corner, indicating that it was trying to flash something. The progress bar went from 0-100% twice, then after a pause of about 20 seconds – it rebooted again. This process would repeat endlessly
After a lot of messing around, I managed to get into the bootloader. The status was “Tampered – Relocked”. At this point, I downloaded and flash the latest RUU (2.31). However, even though the RUU flashed successfully, it still boot loops. The only difference is that the “Quietly Brilliant” screen no longer has the progress bar in the top right corner (it’s just the normal boot screen now).
After this, I unlocked the bootloader via HTCDev and flashed CWM recovery. The flash was successful , but trying to access recovery also fails. It just sits on a screen with the “for development purposes only” warning for a few seconds, then reboots and follows the same boot loop sequence as before.
Does anyone know whether I’m wasting my time on the phone? At this point I’m very worried about flashing things, because I never know how much juice is left in the battery. If I hook up the charger, the charging LED does come on, but only for a matter of seconds. After 5-10 seconds, the charge LED goes out and the device automatically fires up into a boot loop. It’s impossible to power down the device when it’s connected to the charger. It will turn its self back on again! The best I can do is to leave the phone sat in the bootloader, but there is no indication that it’s charging (no LED).
:crying:
I've just read over my last message and I think the clue is in the way this thing turns on by its self when connected to power. I bet some water has got into the phone and caused a mess inside. I think it might be time to get the screwdrivers out.

J3 stuck in boot screen. [Tech Support]

Hi, I just made an account here because someone on Reddit suggested it. I am having an issue with my cheap Samsung phone. It is a J3 Emerge and I have had it for about 3 years now. About 30 minutes ago I was watching a youtube video when suddenly my phone turned itself off randomly without me having pressed the power button. The battery was at about 30 percent. It didn't do the normal turn-off sounds, it was just on, then a black screen, then the boot screen. When my carrier logo pops up it doesn't play a sound, when it normally does. It then stays on my carrier logo screen indefinitely and vibrates a couple of times every 20 seconds or so.
I have tried taking the battery out and putting it back in, and then turning the phone on. It turns on normally, but after the carrier screen, it goes to a teal blue background that I have never seen before that says "Starting Android" at the top, and "starting apps" at the bottom. After about 10 seconds, my home screen comes up. Once my home screen comes up, after about 3-5 seconds it turns off and starts the process mentioned above. I tried booting it into safe mode, and the boot was normal until it got to my carrier screen, made the sound, and then was stuck in the indefinite vibrating loop.
The only other option that I can find is to try to factory reset it. Though I know that we are switching our plan over to T-Mobile very soon, and I'm wondering if I should wait until I go see them for the new sim card to see if maybe they can fix it. I don't want to have to get a new phone if I don't have to. Even though my screen has many cracks, and it can be really slow at times with android 7, I don't mind it.
I'm willing to try just about anything at this point. I'd also be relieved to know if this just isn't something I can fix/is fixable, as at least I wouldn't be in the dark. If you have any other questions please feel free to ask, I will provide as much additional information as I can. Thanks in advance.
