I made a Rom Update with xplore1.1 and after that I made a Radioupdate to Radio_ROM_2.19.11UK wich was recomended but after this Radioupdate I only can see the htc bootscreen and xplore 1.1 loading screen with following information
IPL 1.01
SPL 1,06
OS 10.2.0.8
after a while it restarts again and again what I have to do?`

You need to have both IPL/SPL at least 2.xx !!!
Follow threads in my signature to get it CID Unlocked and then upgrade to Tmobile 2.26 and only after that reflash to a custom WM6.
I suggest Core 2.0n instead of the Xplore 1.1 It has all bugs fixed.
To get it into bootloader in order to flash another rom, hold the camera button and press reset.

Complete step 17 in the the unlocking guide:

17. My suggestion, take for what it's worth, is to download and install the T-Mobile 2.26 ROM
This will give you a strong 2.26 IPL and SPL to work with.
Now you SHOULD have a IPL and SPL of 2.26 to work with. If not, you screwed up! Don't attempt to install someone's hard work and ***** before you do these steps!

If you do this step, THEN flash your custom rom you will be good.

I'll try to make the long story short… Here is the situation:
Cingular 8125 G3, IPL and SPL originally 2.5x, SIM and CID unlocked. I wanted to update my device to WM6 so tried to update to T-Mobile 2.6 to get 2.6x SPL but update gave me "wrong nfk" error. I used 3.08 IPL/SPL update which result Cingular 2.5.xx OS and 3.08 IPL/SPL- all fine so far. Tried to flash the XM6r4 rom but update freeze at 99%. I restarted my Wizard and now I'm on 3.08 IPL/SPL boot loader screen, tried again to update to XM6r4 ROM and again freeze at 99%. I restarted my Wizard and had no choice then flashing the love ROM. Wizard loads ok after flashing the Love ROM, IPL is 1.05, SPL is 3.08. Tried to flash nbd.v7.9 (WM6) ROM. The ROM flashed OK, but after restart I'm on the same state- Love ROM loaded, IPL is 1.05, SPL is 3.08 NO WM6…
How can I get WM6 on my device?

After some reading I found out that my device was not CID unlocked, this was the main issue. I downgraded to IPL 1.05 again then CID unlocked it. I have WM6 running right now. Thanks again!
Need anyone help to un-brick my Tilt.
Have a fresh AT&T 8925 and did following.
- Got offical unlock code from AT&T and done with unlock
- HardSPL v1 (Works and show the correct SPL version when on tri-color screen)
- Install Radio ROM only version 1.64.08.21
Flashing say successful but cannot bootup.. Still be able to see the AT&T splash screen but never see Windows Mobile bootup screen and screen goes black.
I checked the forum late after and found it is only support with WM 6.1 which i beleive it is the issue i have.
Can I have anyway like bootup mode to restore original Radio Rom 1.27.12.11 or just flash any WM 6.1 cooked rom to solve it.

Flash to one of the shipped ROM's that are located in the Kaiser Wiki.
Try the one w/ the radio 1.27.11.31
Press the camera button and Reset button to enter Bootloader mode, then reflash your Radio ROM =) !
*Note: Flash a rom compatible for WM6
I am trying to Hard Reset now and showing up something now, not sure it work or not. If not.
Can I any guideline to read how to flash Radio Rom under Bootloader mode. Thanks...
Just enter to Bootloader mode.
In pc:
Make a folder with the radio rom and the Kaiser customRUU on it.
Then connect the phone to the pc.
In pc:
Run kaiser RUU...
***Flashing***
Done!!

I try it a few time, but everytime the same problem.
WM5 ist not starting.
Everything I can see is the bootloader.

SPL 2.21
Can somebody help me?

Custom build rom will not flash as your phone has IPL 1.xx,it must have IPL 2.xx and it shud be CID unlocked.Wm5 will not boot up as the original Bootloaders have changed,when you flashed Buttons rom to downgrade.
Now reflash Button's Rom 1.05 again in bootloaders and use lokiwiz02b to SIM/CID unlock the phone,after SIM/CID unlocking,upgrade to IPL/SPL 2.xx by flashing T-mobile 2.26,only after that it'll upgrade to any wm6 or 6.1 rom.But if you want to flash official vodaphone rom,download the official rom and flash it in Bootloaders.

I've a quite big problem that occured form my stupidy.
I wanted to unlock the phon and get rid of simlock.
I've read the wiki and start playing with kaiser. I forgot to run the HardSpl and go just to KaiserUnlocker. First step was ok 100% reboot, second step - 100% rebot splashscreen 1, splashscreen 2 without sound and after that black screen.
AS is not turning green, screen is black, buttons doesn't work.
I've done HR and after that i fought it's ok there was a splashscreen with windows mobile, algin the screen, time etc. and after that the OS is automatically upgraded by some files from AT&T. After upgrade there is splash 1 with AT&T logo splash 2 with another AT&T logo and nothing more - black screen again.
Before my playing time I had WM 6.0 Prof from AT&T, R 1.27.12.11
Now when I'm entering the bootloader I've
on the top "Security Unlocked"
on red stripe KAIS1*0 MFG
SPL-1.0.OliPof
CPLD-8
What can I do now?

Run the ATT updater from HERE it "SHOULD" Put you back to stock. Then run the hard SPL and try unlocker again. I have found that I needed to upgrade to 6.1 before the unlocker would work. Hope this helps

Hold the camera button when you turn it on. That will take you into bootloader. I am not sure if this will help for sure but it is worth a shot

Yes it is the att 6.1 update stock rom.
Or use SD card method. But you need to read WiKi for that...
Best will be to "update" to 6.0, flash HardSPL 1.0 from Olipof, flash older HTC ROM (by HTC, not ATT) repacked (with OS only, no radio or SPL) and then unlock, because newer AT&T 6.0 ROM doesn't work with the radio from SIM unlocker.

I can try every on of them but from recent 'trying' I have only problems now

Phone is unlocked but I've another problem after putting the sim card the phone runs fine for few seconds and then it stops, the vibrations is on all the time and camera isn't working at all and there is no sound (black screen).
Is it one more time OS?

Ok now that you have a hard spl install What radio and spl do you have? The radio is your camera prob. I would pick a custom rom and flash it with the prefered set and see how that goes.
So, with the first rom - WM6.0 it showed 1.27.12.11 then I flashed device and it was 1.70.olinex, another flash the WM6.1 and it was 1.65.21.18 and now after hardspl it is showing again 1.70.olinex
It's from the splash1 with the R in front, am I correct ?

One question more I've a problem with signal I don't loos it but it's weak - one or two lines in the middle of city. I switched to HTC original OS WM6.1 radio is 1.65.16.25. Should I switch the radio ?? If yes which one will be the best ?

The right radio is such a subjective combination of variables, that no one call tell you which is the best for you. Just go to the Ultimate Radio thread and try a bunch of 6.1 compatible radios until you find on to stick with.
Start with the radio that is recommended for the rom that you are using and then try radios that are in other peoples signatures.
