I am in desperate need of your help please, I download and upgarded my rom using Ranju's - v7.4 WM6.1 Pro - 5.2.19199 (Build 19199.1.0.2)
New Core of WM6.1 Pro - CE OS 5.2.19199 (Build 19199.1.0.2) with "15 MB Flashdisk".
it installed , but now i get no GSM after i soft reset and i cant make calls or receive calls, so i tried to reinstall the Jwrightmcps Crossbow ROM Update 2.12.08 WWE but i keep getting thet Error 120 country id error.
here is my device details
SPV M5000
ROM VERSION : 2.07.40 RAN
ROM DATE:11/13/07
RADIO : NON SHOWN
PROTOCOL VERSION : NON SHOWN
EXT ROM VERSION: 2.07.40 RAN

I have a same problem after installin the last Ranju's v7.6. When I'm trying to install other ROM's it is going only UP to 7% or 9% and than stops and ERROR 112.

I want to install New Charmer Rom available 2.6.2 from UK to have it in Enlgish but when I tried to install I get an error invalid Vendor ID.
Need help.
I presume you are doing the ROM upgrade via the official ROM update facility.
Anyway, for you case, you may need to do it 'unofficially' using aWizard to flash a Charmer old English ROM (available in the FTP is someone didn't delete it) and update it to the new ROM using the official one.
when i upgrade [loading rom] WM6 version "FantasticMobiz_v1.1i" my battery crash down.....
then i charge battery .... and start o2

... then i decided to load original ROM "RUU_Prophet_2151327_21513121_021921_DOP_ASIA_WWE_Ship"
at 80% of loading it will stop at 1 minute with red strip then continue to 95% and then again stopped with error : Invalid Command : this rom is not for this pda
this type of error usually not occurs.......
this error code have solution....
go to customer service center and get new flash rom code....
but i don't know that what is new code rom.....

still have same problem....
you gotta remove the IPL/SPL for NVID,as the rom has the IPL/SPL installer itself..

recook the NVID ROM.

I have downloaded several radio rom from wiki and when I run the .exe file it shows my version is 1.2.0 image and it will upgrade to v2.47.21 etc. but when I go to my pda to check the rom version it's not 1.2.0, it's

Why does the program not show the correct rom version, will it damage my pda as I try to upgrade the rom when I had version

It's stop the battery from charging.
Also since the upgrade from 1 to v2 I get a blank screen when I reply to SMS, couldn't find my phone provider with auto config as the Dopod is from Singapore and I am using it in Hong Kong.

The installer used for flashing the radio rom is "hacked". that's why it displays incorrect info. Just proceed witht he install and you should be fine.

I am extremely confused because of the ROM version mismatch with the model.
I have a HTC Touch P3450 with the following conf-
ROM Version : 3.07.720.03 WWE
ROM Date : 10/25/08
Radio Version : 03.34.90
Protocol : 4.1.13.71
CPU : OMAP850
Model No. : ELF0100
Now I have got an issue where this phone stucks after a Hard reset and doesn't start the setup. Doing Hard reset for multiple times makes this happen once. i wanted to flash it with the original official ROM but i got shocked to see that the ROM ver of my phone only comes for ELFIN model. ELF doesn;t have any 3.x.x. ROM ver. Even on the HTC website, its saying that my device is not supported for the above ROM version. Hows that possible?
I have never upgraded my phone and the above mentioned ROM ver has come with the phone itself. But I can't find any doc supporting this fact.
What shall I do? Plz suggest.
