Hi. I recently got my E650. It is unlocked fully. I installed the new guava ROM and started looking for an alarm app, since I had not seen the my schedules function of STK. I installed Oxios alarm, Citytime alarm and pocketAlarm. I played around a bit and then uninstalled all these and started using STK as an alarm. Since then I get alarms that I set with one of the other programs but which do not exist anymore since those programs are not on my device anymore. I suppose that these alarms must be in the registry somewhere. Does anyone know where I should look?
Maybe try looking in HKLM\System\Events\ but I don't really know...

I have the same problem, and have written on this forum before. But there was no usefull answers. Even my daily alarm keep on repeating. Eg. 1 monday. 2 thuesday and so forth.
I use a custom firmware from this forum, and within 2 weeks of a HR I have the problem again. I think it might be confligting software, but I cant narrow it down to a few apps that makes this mess of alarms.
You can use sktools to clear the notification queue, and this solves the problem, until you make some new notifications...
Good luck.

I searched already and found nothing, it was going to be used to force the M2D weather update immediately after syncronizing with the PC.
Just like SPB Weather has, for so many years now...
:/
Windows Mobile has an "event" for syncing. If you use a good app, I think MemMaid has support for this, and I'm sure the many SKTools apps do, you can manually create a scheduled event, eg every time you start syncing, or plug in power etc, you can run a script or app.

Thank you very much, never noticed...
Congratulations on your great set of tools also.
Unfortunelly now Im having problems discovering how can I force the update on m2d weather... :/
I don't know why this happens but I cannot install any new today plugin items anymore.
I use winmo 6.1 on ipaq 612c.
I think this started ever since i changed the today plugin order using Memmaid. I'm not sure exactly if this the entire reason though. I've uninstalled memmaid but problem still remains. So i reinstalled memmaid because i find it useful for doing other stuff.
Has anyone ever heard of such a problem? Please no hard reset suggestion. thx
nobody having similar issues?
Hi,
What other software have you installed that could be causing compatability issues? Give me a list of what you have, ive not heard of today plugins not showing if installed correctly, unless you are using a different today screen (such as tf3d for example).
You say you cant install correctly? Are you given an error message?
i have done these things:
i have disabled all start ups...
I have disabled all start up plugins
And even after doing those things i still can't install and new apps with today plugins.
To work I have to delete the today dll component first then the today page returns to normal again and main application starts.
This happens with pocket music, spb insight and others (all of them basically).
Multiple today page plugins definitely wont run.
On top of the typical today plugins i have skype and wefi...
Hi!
I'm looking for a very specific type of alarm.
It might be easiest to just explain what it has to do
I want to try to get in shape, without going with crazy diets etc. Problem is, I don't always have that much commitment and I don't always follow through with schemes.
I'd like to have an alarmclock that reminds me on the following times:
-Getting up;
-Breakfast;
-Snack (about 11 AM);
-Lunch;
-Snack (about 15 PM);
-Dinner;
Also every other day for jogging and 1 in every 3 days to warn me to do my workout.
Yeah, I could just program the alarm over and over or just stop whining and get to it, but I think this will help me
So do you know an alarm that you can set for a lot of different times (preferably with differences each day?). I guess I'm looking for an alarmclock like the one the HD2 already has, only with more "slots".
Thanks so much
ps. I know it can be achieved with the agenda option, but I still prefer the alarmclock
Hi,
You could buy CradleAlarm (which I use) for about £4.50, can set heaps of alarms on it. You can also set different tones for each alarm too. It is available from Windows Marketplace.

why don't you just set an appointement in outlook, a series, which goes on day by day and reminds you every day at the same time?
thats how i remind myself at different things like football or so

Wait a minute. So your saying we should use something that already came on the phone for what it was intended for? Why I've... I've never heard of such a thing! Why that's... that's... GENIUS!
Seriously, I've often thought I've needed more then the three alarms that came on the phone and never once thought about using the calendar. I R an IDIOT!

No seriously...thanks for the suggestions I will look into them
freeware Klaxon supports multiple alarms as well
SPB Time is a real cool looking app that you can setup multiple alarms, count-down timers and stop-watch.
And its VERY touch friendly.
Please Help I've searched all over.
I have used NFC Task Launcher to create an alarm which it does fine. The problem is that every time I scan a NFC tag with an alarm it adds another without deleting previous set stock alarms. I want to add a Tasker Task to delete all stock alarms that are sitting in the alarm tab under clock.
If anyone has a way to do this via tasker, secure settings, script or SL4A please tell me.
I know there are ways to create new alarms without stock but I like the voice feature to turn my alarm off in the morning.
I have a Samsung galaxy s3 (i9300) and it is rooted.
Thanks in advance
+1 for this, I'd like to do the same. Anyone got a clue?
After a few days, the alarm app is loaded with plenty of alarm trigger times which are all expired already and need to be deleted manually.
Perhaps a slight necro, but I didn't find any other topic regarding this. And we can't be the only ones looking for a way to do it, can we?
Basically, clear the data of the Clock app.
I'm kind of new to rooting and messing around with Tasker etc, so this might not be the optimal way to do it, but it's the only way I've managed it yet. Mashed this together after alot of time spent on google & some improvising.
I'm on a Nexus 7 (4.1.2) and for the Dpad commands Tasker needed SU approval, but if I haven't missed anything, it shouldn't really be needed. Depending on your device & preferences you might need Secure Settings and/or Widgetlocker.
What I did was to:
• Add a Unlock task via Widgetlocker.
• Add a Wake Up screen task via Secure Settings. (I want to see what's going currently, not sure how it'll work without it.)
• Then add a App Settings via Settings Dialog.
• After that a bunch of Dpad commands to navigate to the Clock app and open it, you'll have to work out how many you need depending on how many apps you have installed.
• And finally a few more Dpads to Clear Data in the Clock settings.
I don't need to add any Wait's, but I haven't tried it thoroughly yet.
Hopefully it makes life easier for you.
Try in this thread. A lot of tasker talent there.

I like to use my calendar to set my alarms as I do shift work - and EVERY shift is different.
I also like to put my Samsung in do not disturb overnight.
The problem with this is, last time I checked, calendar reminders are silenced in DnD, whereas alarms are not.
I found the holy grail of what I was looking for in the form of an app called AlarmPad by MindMe.
This app had many features, but the only one I was interested in was the scraping my Google calendar to set my alarm.
This was achieved by placing a hashtag in the title or description of my calendar entry, then creating a rule (or several) for it in AlarmPad.
I found this app so useful, I paid for the pro version.
I'm currently using an S7 edge, I previously had this on my S5 and possibly my S3 before that.
I'm considering my next phone... And am now looking at the Notes...
I can't decide whether to get the Note 9 now, or wait for the Note 10 next year...
But either way, if the app doesn't automatically transfer itself, I'm stuffed and will need a replacement.
Are there any other apps that can simply create alarms based on calendar entries!?
No-one?

I still use it on Android 10.
So do I, but I'm concerned that one day it will break with an update.
