General question - usability WM6 - HTC Vox

I hope this question is not OT. I was planning to get a HTC S710 as a replacement for my Noika E61. But then i found that at least with an S620 (i know WM5) it's not possible to enter multiple day appointments at the mobile device. Tracking a bit further down i found out with an SDA (T-Mobile) it's not possible either. How about WM6? Can anybody take a few screenshots of the menus an post it here (or email me).
I never considered this a problem as with my mda (HTC magician - PPC2003 SE) it's possible.
greetings from germany

Hi matrix77,
thanx for your reply, but what i meant (but didn't ask clearly enough) is, if it is possible to plan an appointment which e.g. starts on april, 1. at 2 pm and lasts till april 3. at 10 am.
I hope it's clear enough now
thanx
tswimmer

Yes it is possible, in the native calendar, when setting up an appointment you can select a start date & time as well as a finish date & time. There is always 3rd party applications as well, which should be able to do this in WM5.

Hi again,
thanx h4waii - this great news. There is one question left - did you test this with the standard (WM5 Smartphone replacement) or the professional edition - or even better directly on a HTC S710?
Greetings again
tswimmer

Yep, I have checked it on my HTC S710 running WM6 Standard. Professional is for touch screens.
I just set a 4 day appointment, works good.

Hello again,
this solves all my problems - i will order a S710 asap. Thax to everybody

Suggestions: Need a full PDA with thumb Qwerty

I currently have a Hermes. It does everything I need it to do except the slide out keyboard is, almost, completely useless to me. It is very seldom that I take the time to stop driving (if I am) and use both hands to type a reply.
If I have to respond to an email on the go I'll just call the person or wait.
Back when I used a Blackberry, I wouldn't think twice about giving a quick response with one thumb pecking.
I've looked at all the options that I know of and something like the Touch Dual would be great IF it had a full qwerty instead of the multi-key thingie.
The TREO or Q would probably work but I _really_ want/need a full Windows Mobile device. (The TERO or Q may be this and I just don't understand but I think that they use Windows Mobile Smartphone edition).
The HP 6925 (Cingular) would be a good fit if it was current Gen. In fact, there are several fits if you don't mind old, which I do...
Anyway, I would really appreciate knowing if you think there are devices that meet my need. BTW, I use AT&T as my provider but I don't mind switch for the right phone.
TIA

Help me find a smartphone

I have spend hours and hours searching for a smartphone that I like, but I haven't found many to choose from. So I though I'd ask the experts.
I am looking for a smartphone that has the following:
- Windows Mobile 5.0 or 6.0
- WiFi b/g
- Front Numerical Pad (NO qwerty keybords)
- Slim (As slim as possible)
So far I found the following:
HP iPAQ 510 Smartphone

Keyboard pics / video please!
Nice device!
I am undecided on whether to buy the Kaiser or the Touch Cruise. It hangs on the keyboard on the cruise, if it is easily usable without stylus. I have tried the XT9 Keyboard on the Touch and didn't like it much.
So could you please post some pics (or even better: a video) of the keyboard while typing a SMS or a note?
Much appreciated!

[REQ] --- ANDROID Clock for Manila ---

Hey!
As I have posted a few hours ago in this thread, I´m searching for an Android Clock for my little HD2 (I hope that it is okay to "double"-post at this point, the first post was only in Dragon_Soft´s thread and I thought that perhaps another Dev wants to work on this...):
I really would love to have the android clock for my HTC HD2! In my opinion it is well coloured and a great eyecatcher (that´s my taste, of course ).
IMPORTANT: The user "Whiskeybro" has made this clock for TF3D, you can get his cabs at the end of this post (perhaps it is possible to use this cabs for a quick porting, for further information please click here). Sadly I don´t know if this is the same clock as in the picture shown below (the pic-hoster has deleted whiskeybro´s uploaded pic), but I think it should be.

NOTE: The attached cabs werde made for the HTC Diamond (VGA), not for the HD2 (WVGA). I hope I can at least help with these cabs (big clock and small clock
Well, here are the cabs for TF3D (Diamond):
I wish you all a happy new year and I hope you all had a nice party with your families and friends yesterday!!
And since I´m here now...bumping this thread straight upwards *g*

HTC Connection Setup PPC v3.1.2016.2829
Thank you for that cab. It turns out that it is the HTC Connection Setup PPC v3.1.2016.2829 which I was looking for to install on my HTC Tilt 2. Maybe it should mentioned in your post? Was it ripped from a LEO shipped ROM?
