Is anyone working on a WM6 port from a 'real' released ROMs from Hermes etc? - 8125, K-JAM, P4300, MDA Vario ROM Development

As the title really - since HTC and various carriers have now released Official WM6 ROMs for some devices (Hermes, Herald etc), is anyone working on porting one of these over to the Wizard?
The build of the Official Hermes ROM is 5.2.1437 (Build 17944), I am sure a lot of Wizard users would like to see this, me included
Andy

yep..i'd like to see it too

eluth is doing so with the Herald/T-Mo Wing ROM.

nice to hear...

i must ask: what is the point?
to get to land of unstability?
what gain you are predicting....

Nothin, I'm inclined to agree. 15342 is the most stable build I've used yet. The Herald ROM doesn't even have Office 2003, VoIP or even the latest Windows Live. The only advantage I can think of is that the XIP section from the Herald perhaps allows you to pack more into the ROM. This is borne out by the fact that the Herald has the same amount of memory as the Wizard, yet the dump shows up around 135 mb on disk which is way more than the Wizard .nb can handle without thowing an error in build_imgfs.
If anyone can do it, eluth probably can, but I don't think many people will be joining in developing this one. I just lost my Wizard and though I have a brand new one coming , it's probably a G4 and I have a little catching up to do on that end before I can even think of something of this magnitude.

I was thinking to maybe increase stability.....
I agree 15342 is probably the most stable release so far, however up until these official releases everthing so far has been pre-release stuff that has been leaked whether it was originally from a Wizard or not.
I still have issues with 15342, plus a lot of the underlying software is at least a year old. I would just like something new to play with......
Andy

any update if anyone working on the Official Release from HTC for Hermes / Dopod 838 pro / etc?
It is nice if we can feel the stability of this official release. Thanks.

Does anybody have a link to an extracted version of one of these roms? By extracted, I mean the actual files and rgu's.

This is what I am running on my Wizard and in my opinion, it is by far the best and fastest. No problems, Microsoft voice command is built in and works perfect. WiFi connects without a hitch, Bluetooth pairs and stays connected.....It is missing MMS and has office 2003. If you need MMS, there are many versions posted that you can add.

I think you are dreaming. You are talking about rting a rom from one device (yes where it is stable) to another, then grafting drivers for the wizard onto it plus whatever else it will take/need and then you think it will be stable? 15431 and 15432 only became stable through lots of work and trial and error. I'm still not convinced they are any more stable thann the "official" 318 rom (and that isn't as stable as it was originally due to the updating and grafting done in most of those).
Don't get me wrong, I'm all for porting, but don't expect a stable rom on one device to keep the stability on another device.
BTW: I still think a lot of the newer WM6 builds have nothing new in them other than support for newer hardware or specifics for a carrier.

Ok, thanx for the advice. I am too, currently stick to the clean Official wizard ROM, which found to be most stable and fast. Though, I have tested a lot of ROM out there.

I don't know how well a ROM from another device would work on ours but over in the Hermes corner which might be the brother of ours. Cingular calls ours the 8125 and the Hermes 8525. They have a new OFFICIAL AT&T Windows Mobile 6 Rom that has them all shook up. There have been 20 pages of posts in 2 days.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=317339

it's nothing special...basically what we already had, but with all the cingular add-on stuff... like Push to Talk and stuff... and it's bloated to death...lol..

What was the release date?

7/10/07 .. it wasnt officially released, it's a leak... but thats the ROM date .. came with a new RADIO too 1.48..

Sounds good, much newer than the one over here. Good luck with it.

The only thing that i like about it is the fact that i can now have wm6 with a working PTT

Does it expose any problems at all?
I guess you must have done a lot of registry fixes, right? I mean, Hermes uses different driver stacks (I assume) and most probably they require different settings, which are device specific..
I would really try this out (especially because it solves the BT re-pairing problem), but firstly I wanted to make sure it is of minor risk and to understand what might be the time investment to get it to work.

Do you have WINDOWS mobile 6 rom? (not talking WIZARD. I'm talking OFFICIAL WM6 ROM)

Do you know where can I find a REAL version of the OFFICIAL Windows Mobile 6 ROM? Do you have it? do you know a link?
There probably wont be anyone who will claim this. No one has it officially. Plus if anyone does they will not speak up. You might as well try getting milk from a bull.
Thanks for your prompt response... It means that all WM6 (Wizard Mobile 6) roms are a Windows Mobile 5 customization, or aren't they?
So, what's the big deal on changing from your original rom to an unknown version when you can install all apps included in these roms without risk?
At least, in your opinion, which is the best, most stable, faster and tools-rich rom out there for an HTC Wizard G4 ? Faria? X-Plore? Love? mUn? other?
I'm asking this because I tested almost all roms here, and cannot say that there is a real difference (except for the make-up details) from one to another... Maybe as an expert you can help me to take the right decision on what's the best Rom to flash...
do you want and excelent ROM??

Try out Xplore v1.1 ROM you will love it. If you dont find it usefull or dont notice any difference at all. Go back to your WM5 ROM.
Look at my signiture!
BTW: O2 Germany will bring a HTC P4350 with WM6 in 2 weeks.
In all honesty, they are diffrent, just not a M$ release. They are not WM5 OS files. Now as for the best, it depends on what you like. Some like my Vanilla, slot of people like Xplore. It all really depends on what you are going to use it for.

I'm very proud to talk with a ROM creator (seriously). So tell me more about your vanilla ROM... I tested the latest (I think) version of this rom. It was really nice but it doesn't have some tools/programs than others have.
I'm looking for a fast ROM that contains useful teaks and tools to manage the phone as easier as possible.
I use my phone as a mobile office (MMS and SMS are critical to me, good reception at call time, Word, Excel and PDF viewer are critical too, connect to WiFi networks, ActiveSync) and sometimes (specially in airports while waiting for a flight) as a fun center.
Rarely I browse the Internet or use my phone as MP3 player or movie player.
Sounds like I can use the WM5 that came with my phone but I found it SOOooo slow for every task I do.
based on these expectations, what do you think is the best rom for me?
LOL. This is the reason i Started cooking.
Mine does not have all those apps, you are correct. But thats why its a Vanilla version. It gives a (somewhat) stable building ground for ROM Cookers to get a close to clean version without all the tearing and ripping out others includes.
Reffering 2 Xplore v1.1 ROM
Okay, whats up with the WIFI(won't turn on)? doesn't work on my Cingular 8125 plus the MMS too, can't receive o send. Apart from that its okay(doesn't have memory issue like other Roms)...but i had to go back to Most beautiful coz of the WIFI & MMS.... anyone got a solution?
Oh and another question i downloaded the ipl/spl 3... but when i extract it with WINrar... it shows the nkf... something blah blah file... like how do i flash the ipl/spl 3... on my fone?

If you want an official WM6 ROM you can get those from the Official Windows Mobile 6 SDK . You can get them here.
But I don't know if these ROMs can be adapted to an real PDA...
That's a Nice and interesting question, my friend...
Anybody knows if it is possible to rip the rom from a virtual PDA and load it into a real PDA?

is it really worth it?

Hi all,
Ive just got myself a tmobile wizard. ive been looking all through the wm6 pages and was just wondering is it worth me updating my wm5 to wm6. im sure all the new users would like to know this (is there speed improvements etc) and is there a rom that is stable and 99% working? as ive had alot of problems in the past when updating my blueangel to wm5
apologies if these are stupid questions
IMO, there's not enough extra in WM6 to justify the little problems it has. I'd suggest a stable WM5 like Farias 3.3
farias 3.3 is awsome , all of the wm6 roms have issues but i am using the clean wm6 from faria thats in the rom kitchen and it seems just as stable as the wm5 3.3

I would 2nd that!!! Now that we have the Ir button working 100%, i dont think there is other problems
So far so good here....
I know it's kinda aging now but I have been running NotTooSmart's Vanilla Rom for a while now and I have no issues whatsoever. I use my device constantly all day every day and though there was some trick to getting it to work just how I wanted I was comfortable enough to put the same ROM on my wife's Wizard as well (If you only knew how big of a step this was.... god forbid something goes wrong there I will never hear the end of it) .
Overall, here is the list of things that I do with rom if you are contemplating using it yourself and want to know if it will work for you.
Exchange activesync (heavy use)
Pocket IE
AIM 2.0 for PPC (osed once or twice)
Watching movies with TCPMP
( SEE TCPMP NOTES BELOW )
I use WMP as my only MP3 player with a couple of SD cards
WIFI works fine
Bluetooth headset with my HT850 works fine
Phone works okay. I mean, nothing is perfect and I do miss a call on occasion but so far it's acceptable. I have found, despite my previous posts, that 2.19 UK actually is more reliable. 2.25 US is better for data in my area but 2.19 UK causes me to miss a lot less calls.
I use internet radio via TCPMP at the gym every day reliably.
Sirius Sat Radio via SiriusWM5 works great although on occasion I do get the odd program error - NOTE: happens in WM5 too.
I DO NOT OVERCLOCK AT ALL as I really have no need for it.
Ewallet latest release works great
Listpro works great
I use a whole bunch of networking apps (tracert, pocket ping, etc...) from way back in the WM2003 days that still work just fine on WM6.
Terminal services works (though most people will not use this).
TCPMP NOTE: In order to do internet radio and most video you will need to DL and install the WMV9 codecs. This is a known issue and can be found by searching through back posts here in the WM6 forum.
Overall, I say yeah, it's worth it. It's more of an evolutionary upgrade than anything but it's a "nice to have". Plus, HTML email is real nice if you have EXCH 2007.
ok thanks all for the help!

If you are wanting to give WM6 a go, then the Faria 3.3 rom is not the correct one. That is a WM5 rom.
The Faria Clean / Vanilla is the WM6 one. You have to download the entire ROM Kitchen, but there is a flash rom directory that has a default rom already built (or you can go through the build process to add and remove the stuff you want / don't want.
The link for the Faria WM6 is here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=303406 (same as given above, but that is NOT the AKU 3.3 Faria ROM)
If you really want Faria AKU 3.3 (again, its a stable WM5 ROM) then its here:

sometimes you can get around the 90 minute wait by just putting http://anonym.to/? infront of the URL. Doesn't always work but its worth a try.

I know I'm coming in late to the thread, but I think in general I would be a bit more cautious. The leap from a stock rom to a (necessarily) custom WM6 rom, and then to a rom kitchen is better taken in baby steps in my opinion. In my own view, objectively I don't see any difference in my day to day usage of my wizard from when I was running WM5. In fact, I think because I've become obsessed with tinkering with it, I spend more time trying out different odds and ends, tweaking and breaking and fixing things than I do using it!
If you are primarily interested in USING you Wizard, I would start with a small step to say the Faria 3.3 WM5 rom. Learn to unlock, and flash, load your programs again, etc. Then once that's digested move up to WM6 if you really feel the itch, then try a rom kitchen as a final step.
Whatever you do, Keep it Fun!
Very good points, but unfortunately, Faria did not release his "Vanilla" as a seperate ROM but instead with the entire kitchen (which I agree could be dangerous for someone new). My point was you can use that Vanilla rom by downloading the entire kitchen, but just going to the falshrom directory and flashing what came with it as the default (I understand its basically what we were running in beta which is a very nice ROM). It is a very good WM6 rom with no "cooking" required.
I've thought about making a couple of these Faria Vanilla's up and posting them (with Faria's permission) for those that only want the rom and not the entire kitchen (or the temptation that comes with it).
i used to tinker my blueangel so much, but the wm5 roms just didnt work right. with this rom from the kitchen is it just a 'stock' one? will it just have the programs my tmobile rom has? as im happy with my tmobile rom but i just want to have wm6. i dont need all the tweaking tools as long as it works

No, its a "Vanilla" or "Clean" rom (ie: pretty much stripped down to the core). So you then add back to it just what you want.
If you want a full featured WM6, then look at Faria's "the real thing" but there are issues with that one so you have to dig through the huge thread for fixes (so I don't recommend it). If you want something that feels like a "stock" rom, then do the Faria AKU 3.3 (again, its WM5, but its better than the stock ones IMO).
I like the Vanilla roms though as you just put on it what you want. But not everyone likes that.

I think that's a great idea. Even if you put in all his currently available options, it is still more of a vanilla rom. Maybe with and without Voice Command, as that seems to be a make or break issue for folks. But serve it up the way you like it!

Ok, let me take a shot at this...
15.2.318 Build 15341 is an "Official" Wizard WM6 rom with a date of February 2006. This is the basis for the Faria "the real thing" rom and his Kitchen. This is a Microsoft "Dogfood" rom, (ie: Microsoft was building WM6 for devices that didn't exist yet, so they used an existing device (the Wizard) to do initial development work, and this was one of those roms. The Faria version is the only version of this rom I'm aware of, and while it was not a port from some other device (it was created for the Wizard), Faria modified it to work better.
15.2.318 Build 15342 (InGeNeTiCs) is a newer "Official" Wizard Wm6 rom with a date of August 2006. Again, this is a Microsoft "Dogfood" and we came about getting this rom from a guy that came over from HowardForums named InGeNeTiCs (thus the name giving him credit). There are many forms of this rom. The initial form of this rom was straight off his phone, and could not be used on any other device (supposedly he got this upgraded by someone at Microsoft) as it had stuff to make sure it was running only on his phone. After some hacking we figured out how to remove this. There was a rom released with only this stuff removed, and then I released a version that had that removed, some other phone home stuff I found, and added in MMS and a few other things to make it more usable. This was a "beta" build but turned out to be very fast and stable (Seemed faster than the Faria 'the real thing' and the Faria vanilla in the kitchen) and had MUCH better battery life. There are many that still run this as their base rom.
Numerous other roms started coming out at this time based off if this build, after I released XM6, and mattk_r started producing a base and oem packages for it in his Ingenetics kitchen. Note, XM6, mattk_r's stuff, and most of the others are based on InGeNeTiCs, but a lot of things have been upgraded and replaced from various places, so the base may be "official" but a lot of the guts have been replaced from other places. To me (IMO) this is a VERY stable rom for a base, and why I build on it (same with Faria's 15341 vanilla).
Faria then released his latest rom which turned out to be the same build (15.2.318 Build 15342). It is NOT based on the InGeNeTiCs work, as its a rom he had and had worked on (he had hinted earlier he had something newer but couldn't release it, and I'm guessing he released it once he saw the InGeNeTiCs one had been leaked and broken). Again, this is a Faria build, so it has been tweaked and all with his spices and herbs. Good rom, but I didn't feel it was as fast or had as good of battery life as the InGeNeTiCs version (not sure why).
Any ROM after 15.2.318 so far (so 15.2.1413 is included) are ROMs that are for other devices, that have been reworked to work on the Wizard device (I think most of these were done by mUn). A lot of the internal parts of WM6 seem to be the same, but newer roms, had newer add on features and stuff (Office 2007, Arcsoft 4.0, newer Camera, etc). I'm sure there are probably bug fixes in later builds, but I think a lot of the later builds are more for supporting newer hardware (3G and stuff). Some of the newer builds have been made very stable by excellent chefs (Xplore is a prime example of this. The mUn rom was very good, but had numerous issues with Wifi and the like. Xplore is a very fast and very stable version of that rom build now).
So the main difference has to do with anything after 318 is a port of a rom from another device. Not necessarily bad, but usually it means there will probably be some quirks with it since its not native for the Wizard (some of the internals may not match up with the drivers and such that we have available). But there are some great roms built off of 15.2.1413 and while I haven't played with any (yet) since I've focused on 15.2.318 recently, Newer things like TouchFlo and all seems to work better (although I think Whiterat and mattk_r have resolved some issues in 15.2.318 and TouchFlo is now working well there, but still in beta).
you are the man!!!
thanks for the leason!
Thanks a lot. After reading anything on this forum for the last 4 months and flashing numerous roms i finally understand the diiference between base-roms. Thanks again!
This should be pinned ... excellent explanation. I knew which were newer but didn't realize they were from other phones (thought they all were lol)
Excellent history lesson!!! Thanks!
One more name had to be mentioned i think, and that is Zoki with his NBD - outstanding rom has always had the latest apps and features and only a few bugs. His last version 7.4 is awesome with just one issue regarding BT.

But does Zoki do something different with the base? This thread isn't about which custom ROM to use but asking what the difference is between the OS build at the base of all of these custom ROMs.
Thanks for the information,

I just wanted to say that the "Dog food" ROM is faster than the old releases.

Thinking of rolling back to WM5

Hey,
When I bought my Universal from ebay it already came with WM6 (a very buggy version, not sure from where). So I never really had the chance to test WM5.
I'm mostly having problems installing Hebrew support on the cooked roms. For instance PDAC (one of the companies who make hebrew for PPC) told me that because their software detects my device as WM5 their licensing system won't allow me to install (by the way, is there a work around this problem? This is all legit of course I want to buy this software).
I'm not going to ask what are the official differences because I can find more than enough about it on the web, but is there really a technical reason to stay with a cooked WM6 (being somewhat buggy)? Besides being prettier are the cooked roms giving any advantage over WM5 ? From my understanding both operating systems are pretty much the same besides the included software.
Thanks
[edit]
By the way I want to emphasize that I REALLY TRULY appreciate the effort spent into making these cooked roms. SERIOUSLY. This isn't a complaint thread!
[/edit]
Yeah im think about downgrading but to be honest just flash with a good WM6 rom and then wait a bit and more software will come out its still a new OS and i like being like the elite few lol with WM6 thanks to XDA Developers!

Perhaps I will downgrade temporarily. My main concern is Hebrew support. Besides that everything else works just fine.
I would like to roll back to WM5 as well and tried Jwright's and Helmi's one. Both of them gave me surprising stable and reasonable fast experience. But one thing keeps me coming back to WM6 is the WAY MORE intelligence way of dialing a phone.
I am now still looking for a WM5 rom which is as stable as those I had quoted and WITH the Smartdialing function.
Any ideas? please share.
Thanks

I just gave up on this idea after seeing how horrible WM5 is :/
And I actually managed to install Hebrew support! Yay!

WM5 horrible? wtf?
I you dont use video call, and you don't mind the bugs of WM6 with WiFi and MMS. Then stick with WM6. Otherwise.. use WM5.

From the things I saw in the official O2 installation I made:
- Sim contacts don't appear as regular contacts
- Outlook looks like the horrible outlook I had in my old PocketPC2002
- The phone dialer is not responsive and very buggy
- Overall slower than WM6
I'm personally not having any problems with WiFi in WM6.
And yeah I don't use video call or MMS I don't use any G3 features.
Oh.. you used the official WM5 from O2. I wouldn't use that myself.. too darn slow and lots of missing features. I'm using Jwright's ROM... anyway, it's just personal preference. I'd rather have all the features that my Universal can offer with WM5 rather than have a better looking WM6 ROM with buggy and missing features.
Highly Recommend To Try Kamal's WM5 ROM (AKU 3.5)
I recommend to try Kamal's WM5 ROM. You guys won't regret it: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=319838

Have we reached the limits for our Wizards?

It looks like we've reached our limits with our Wizards when it comes to custom roms... Since the roms are limited to pretty much freeware only there is only so much that can be done to a rom before it is released and it doesn't look to me like there is a whole lot more that can be done...
I have looked at and tested 3 different roms in the last 3 days:
TNT5.0
BlackDiamond 2.0
octaivoi's wizard 4.8
Except for small, minor, subtle differences that aren't really noticible unless you're looking for them like settings and tweaks and what not, these 3 roms are almost exactly the same performance, appearance, and software wise...
Does anybody else see this?
AGREED for sure, once all the bugs and problems are sorted out there really isnt much to go for...until windows mobile 7.0 comes out...

Haha I hear that. I hope it comes out sooner than later but I'm not so sure it could really be that much different than WM5 or WM6 since WM6 wasn't really that different from WM5 anyway other than software updates and a few new settings...
I think that WM7 should be ground breaking... Totally different from anything already out there. If WM7 is nothing more than WM6 with minor software updates, then I will be very dissapointed... They need to do something totally out there and innovative, like a new interface and different setup. The only real problem is WM6 was made at relatively the same time as WM5 so once base roms were leaked, people all over started building their own versions of it.
Since WM7 is still a year away from being released, it might be hard to find a WM7 base rom that is compatible with the Wizard and operate on the limited system specs of the Wizard...
Thats just my opinion.
"Since WM7 is still a year away from being released, it might be hard to find a WM7 base rom that is compatible with the Wizard and operate on the limited system specs of the Wizard... "
so there is a wm7...hmmm... knowing ms...it will be tweaks and more vista like...ai ai ai... a better browser..maybe deepfish, see thru windows... but by then the wizard wont be able to use it due to its processor... there will be a ghz processor... they should really drop the whole windows mobile experience altogether imho... do something totally new... our cookers are better tweakers than what ms has... ..
i will try the tnt new one coming out...looks promising with all the issues about missed calls and what not... then just wait for more..i guess..

Yes the new WM7 is actually Windows Mobile Photon based on Windows Mobile 6.0 Professional and is supposedly supposed to work on all devices according to a leak from MS but I doubt it...
If you want to try TNT5.0, you should give this version a try. It's my personally modified version to have custom splash screens and 2.19 radio plus a 12mb page pool. http://www.filefactory.com/file/ee7e74/
Consider this
Before Touch Flow arrived, some people had the same thoughts as you, "have we reached the limit". Then Touch Flow arrived and we had a large burst of new stuff for the wizard.
You say: Ok, Calouro, what's your point, I don't even like Touch Flow.
Well, it doesn’t really matter if you like touch flow or not, the point is, when a new PPC comes out with a new look or new applications, we hare at XDA get excited and we grab them and make it work on a now aging device.
You say: ok, ok, I see your point Calouro, but really, your talking about just looks and applications, how about stability and performance.
Well, I'm glad you asked. You see, WM5 is the last official ROM for the Wizard. The reason you have WM6 running is due to the dedicated and talented people from all over the word, combining knowledge and experience (most of the time with out pay) to make something work on a device that it was not designed to work on.
You say: Ok, your point Calouro
Ok, I'm getting there. You see, when WM6 first came to the Wizard, it was very unstable. Well, that was a while ago, now we have an almost 100% stable, high performance (usually higher then WM5) WM6 ROM. Now, we still a few issues to resolve on WM6 don't get me wrong. However, we are moving forward with each ROM release.
You say: I understand what your saying Calouro, but show me proof
Well, here is the proof, every WM6 ROM had missed call issues since first introduced to the Wizard. A few talented XDA members looked into this and discovered that with a simple reg tweak the issue is fixed on one particular ROM build. So, now we can take that knowledge and try to get the issue fixed on all ROM builds. Furthermore, there is another issue with the vibrate function after you command the device out of vibrate. This appears to be fixed on the latest ROM release here.
You say: Ok, Calouro, so we are fixing bugs. Great, what else?
Well, as we get WM6 100% stable, which by the way, has only just been released to the public on newer devices, we will continue to grab cool applications from other devices to keep our Wizards at the top. I can’t afford to buy a new PPC every time a new one comes out with a new OS.
You say: Great! Anything else Calouro? Are you done yet?
Almost! When WM7 comes out, most people will say it can't be run on a Wizard, others will say the Wizard has reached its limit. I disagree, some very talented XDA member will grab it, dissect it and trim it down. Then put it all back together and make in run on a Wizard.
words of wisdom !
regardless of wm7, i doubt the members of rom flashers anonymous are gonna stop flashing 5 times a day hack it, its just fun. we're always going to look for the best release... there's no end to improvement...

I was going to buy a new HTC. then i upgraded to TNO WM6 rom. and its alot faster. And i dont see any significant reason to upgrade to a new phone.

Wanted to add this.
Not so much just for fun. You call your service provider they will not support the new rom. They will not even offer it at all ( they want your money).
Two of my friend got inspired with what all I can do with my Wizard they bought new ones. The default ROM was too slow that the device was almost useless.
Our modified ROMs atleast help them to use the phone ( ROI). One can by iPhone and let Steve choose what all you can do with that $800 investment.
Dont know if any of you remember but Microsoft is working on those live enabled phones. Trying to establish that Live Anywhere concept theyve been starting up.
Im waiting for WM6.1
Opps, should I have mentioned that?
Yes apparently MS are about to release 6.1 next month.
It is supposed to be a completely new file structre (or so I'm told)
We will see
I will buy a new one two, the speed of Wizzard is somewhat intolerable
for me, it didn't reach the limits.
wizards
ellow
my first phone was a wizard , after that an universal and an elf but i bought a wizard once again because it is the most updated and popular device to hack here on xda, i dont do this to get a better device but it is my hobby.
everytime there is a minor little update i will dll and install it
about wm7 :
did anyone noticed that the speed of devices like the wizard did not improve very much (except universal , but came with the price), althoug my wizard boots up a lot faster. I dont think that we cannot run it on a wizard , maybe with a adjusted version of it
i love my wizard and i hope that all the people (dr dot, etc) will keep on upgrading the roms
PS : thnx to all the xda developers
greets
grey
I couldn.t agree with you more. I also do this just to kep busy.I have a Hermes and I use my wizard as my main phone. I going to buy a Kaiser, i just hope it lives up to it's reputation??
Im waiting for WM6.1
I think that is active sync 6.1 as I think it is still in beta.
