My 8125 is stuck on "Press Send to rstore factory default, other key to exit"
It was locked this morning, when I tried to unlock it, I got this message. Tried soft reset, removed battery and pressed camera button while powering on, nothing!!
Any suggestions?

try a hard rest. you'll lose anything you added since you've had it, but better than a brick . . .
Tried all the hard resets I could find, it always just comes back to the "press send to restore" screen.

What unlocking tool you tried to use? Is it a G3 or G4? (What are IPL / SPL on your phone?
that would be the message you get when you do a hard reset. have you pressed send? Did you reflash your phone sometime before that?
My phone is a G3, I unlocked it almost a year ago.
The IPL,SPL is 3.x and I have flashed this phone many times.
The strang thing is that is was locked this morning, and when I picked it up, I must have pressed some odd key combo to get it in this state and it acts like it is still locked.
Pressing send does nothing.
I have taken the battery out and pressed the cammera button during power on, used the comm and voice button while resetting, and it just pops right back to this screen. I can't seem to get it into boot loader mode or anythink.

Anyone have and Ideas?
can you reboot and get it into the bootloader screen? if so, I'd try a reflash and see if that works

im using duttys wm6.1 offical realease. it has been working great for a few months and allk of a sudden today it started turning itself on and old but it never loads past the att home screen. UNLESS if i hold the two soft keys it will load all the way to the today screen, stay there for about 1 minute and then reset it self again, it keeps resetting faster and faster after each time. ive tried numerous hard and soft resets. i dont know what to do. please help!

that is a possibility .. if reflashing deosn't help (that is if u can as if soft reset key stuck it won't stay in bootloader) than take it in for service.

the soft reset key has to be stuck because it wont stay in boot laoder and as soon as i put the battery in the phone it starts resseting again, and if i try and do a hard reset the i only have to press the 2 soft keys not even the soft reset button. will they service it even if the rom has been changed?

How did you unlock it? Did you CID unlock? HardSPL version? Can you get to the bootloader by holding down the camera button and power button and soft reset at the same time?
From the sound of things you loaded a CID locked rom onto your locked phone. This is only a guess though based on the fact that the ROM you loaded included a compatible radio.
Just a tip, next time don't use all caps. It's considered shouting and inappropriate. We understand your urge to get it fixed so we'll help even without the caps
Answering Alibaba0101's questions will help a lot. Also, have you tried taking the battery out and putting it back in?
The phone was on orange.
Step 1: install JumpSPL1.93-KAIS.exe
Step 2: Run KaiserUnlocker.exe (PolarisUnlocker)
Step 3: Flash Hard-SPL (but the screen goes white then i boot the phone manually by pressing camera button) after done.
Step 4: Run unlock Radio (take couple of mint and done and phone reboot)
Step 5: Run Unlocker ( after run unlocker i get 2 option unlock and super cid 000000 and I click checked both option and press okay its take less then 1 mint done.
Step 6: i take it out battery from the phone put different sim card and power on the phone phone was unlocked when I dial help line i didn’t get any sound. No speaker no ear sounds.

I don't see the step where you flashed your original radio back after doing the SIM unlock. The radio that you is a special "patched" radio, and the phone will not successfully boot into Windows with it flashed.
Go into the bootloader (hold Camera during power on), and flash a compatible radio. If you haven't flashed a cooked ROM yet, then just hit up the Kaiser Wiki and grab the original ship radio for your phone.
Bootloader is entered by holding the power button and camera button down while soft resetting the phone. (sticking the styles in the hole) Keep holding the 2 buttons down until your in bootloader. Even with the wrong radio the phone should still go into bootloader properly

huh. I don't have to hold down the power button to enter the bootloader. I just hold down the camera button and put the stylus into the reset hole.

If you cant get it into boot loader mode, ur gonna have a lot of trouble trying to fix it. Like everyone has said so far... Press and hold both the Power button and Camera button together and then use your stylus to soft reset it.
This has gotten people in the past, so sorry if it sounds dumb.
The Camera button has two settings Full Press and Half Press. Press until it stops then press again. You need to be pushing the Camera Button down all the way to get into Bootloader.
Also I never need to press the power Power Button As well.
I may be wrong but, when the phone is on, you can press the Camera and Soft Reset buttons. When the phone is off, you press the Power, Camera, and Soft Reset buttons to go directly into boot loader.

Tytn 2 is dead .
Ok last night I try to install the new hyperdragon III BlackStone rom everything is fine untill it finish and it cant load in to window, the computer keep asking me for the data interface and the tilt keep restart and the screen only shows hyperdragen III. I was running hyperdragon III opal (10/11/08) I tried MMTY and reinstall the OE rom but no luck, please help!!

Tytn 2 is dead if you see data interface driver when put in usb cabel install v3 motorola driver and you will see data qualcomm usb driver i device manager .... this mean that totaly erased memory in tytn2 and its dead,only with jtag can flash again.

I don't see any step about using the white screen fix so I'm guessing you didn't successfully install HardSPL and then after that you tried flashing a ROM whilst being oblivious to the fact that Hard SPL wasn't installed, so you most likely bricked your phone

Hello My friends
After along search and Googling on the net without finding any solution. at last I did took a Risk to solve and save my DEAD HTC KAISER . what i did is I ressembled the HTC KAISER , to see if my USB data input was defect, but it was Good, now .......he he.. what i fond avery smal Batterie planted on the motherboard , i took it of the the board , end waited 1 hour . then i place it back , assembeled my HTC KAISER back
Taaaaraaaaa my HTC KAISER Power Led went ON ,,, YES ..Friends . is charging .
after 1/2 hour , I swish the HTC on ,,,, heeeee Is working......flash it with the new ROM wm 6.5 ...really it went Perfect.. end My HTC KAISER... ALIVE AGAIN.

Hello, well, after several searching ended up here... my first post (like all of us when in trouble)
When trying to enter the tri-color screen, we pressed several times power+volume down and reset button but the phone never gets there, no matter what you do and now it is stuck at the "boot" screen that says: "Touch pro" in white letters and in the right down corner, with red letters says:
R 1.02.25.19
G 52.33.25.17W
D 1.94.00.00
Now, what to do here? it doesn´t boot, no hard reset, no nothing, if i press the reset button re-powers and gets there again... help..!!!

That´s exactly why i ended with the phone stuck at the first time... i recently got this phone and i wanted to see the bootloader version and stuff to do a firmware update but now it´s just there all the time. Not even being recognized by the pc.

Well, no, i don´t have an sd card available now... one thing i forgot to say is the phone, after it is on that screen, never turns off again unless you remove the battery... and yes, i have left it on for a day, same thing...
What is the procedure to do the sd card flash thing? it that needs to get to the tree-color screen forget it... that´s exactly what the phone doesn´t do...

HTC Fuze
I had the same problem. None of the hard resets worked on my phone. The screen would be stuck on my lock screen and unresponsive. It would not shut off unless the battery was taken out.
Now it's working fine, all I had to do was press the reset button and enter in the code a1b2c3.

you sure youre puttin it into bootloader correctly? these things are pretty hard to brick, and can be put through hell and back and still be able to put into bootloader. make sure the hold VOLUME DOWN + POWER, and at the same time RESET WITH THE STYLUS IN THE BOTTOM...youll want to HOLD ALL THREE untill you see the tri colour bootloader screen. keep trying mate, it should go

Finally, after several tries it got into bootloader... now the thing doesn't end here because for some reason when i try to upload the Raphael Hard_SPL the phone goes ok to 0% and in about a minute a communication error appears and that's it...
We are moving forward... at least.

You HAVE to flash hard spl off of a pc-it won't work flashing off an sd card (ever, no matter what you try), and I've heard you can run into problems (brick-type ones) trying to flash it off an sd card. It requires a special ruu to run. This is why it's packaged with the ruu, and you're told to only use that ruu for flashing hard spl.
I'm not sure why you're pressing power when trying to go into bootloader. All you need to do is press and -get this- HOLD DOWN volume down and then soft reset with your stylus. You can even press and hold volume down and do a software soft reset. I've used voice command to activate a soft reset shortcut in my start menu, and having vol down pressed sends you right into bootloader. Release volume down only when the tricolor screen appears. You don't need to hold down the reset button with the stylus. Just tap it and you're done.

ya i just noticed the RAPH100 in his info he posted and the t7272 in the header..mines a RAPH800 and bootloader HAS to have vol + power..anyway, i remember having an issue with something similar with my old vogue..have you tried flashing the shipped stock rom back on? if not, try flashing the stock back on it and if it goes, then try the unlock afterwards. dont fret bud, someone here will get you sorted out
here, i found this as im not well versed in raph100s. its a chart with raph100 roms. im sure some must be shipped stock roms and may be worth a try. sorry i couldnt help more, like i said hopefully someone who knows your device better may be able to help

Download the official rom, right click on the exe and extract it somewhere, you'll get several files, rename RUU_signed.nbh to raphimg.nbh, move it to the root of your sd card and you should be able to install it. It should contain splash screen, radio and os.
No way to flash HardSPL...
Hello, thank you for your help! in fact the volume down+reset works perfect to get into bootloader but every time i try to flash hardSPL or stock rom via USB it says "communication error" and the phone displays a 0% bar...
Windows7 is detecting it as HTC USB Sync.

In fact the most close to the rom i had on that cell is ruu_signed_1.90.401.1_wwe, downloaded it and will try it again later using sdcard... one thing i wonder is the SPL version which is 1.94.00.00 on my phone.

Hi!, how do i reset my phone.... the screen got shorted out, its all black, and i cant input my password to activesync for flashing stock SPL back on. I get error 260 Connection. Also tried hardware hard reset, doesnt seem to work... is there computer software that will let me hard reset from computer? gotta warranty the phone, how do i fix this situation????

This is the only way I coudl get mine to hard-reset :
Take out the battery....
Put the battery back in....
Press and hold the volume down & center "enter" button
While still pressing those, press and hold the power button for 10 sec...
On my phone, the hard reset confirmation comes up at that point... The other way with usign the soft-reset button did not work for me... I hope this helps

i should clarify what I am trying to do. I need to return this phone to warranty dept. They sent me a replacement. So I need to flash my broken phone back to stock Fuze ROM. The screen doesnt work, so i cant see what I'm doing.
When i connect the phone to my pc, i cant active sync because theres a passcode on my phone and screen doesnt work, so i cant input password and establish the connection. Therefore, i cant flash. i get error 260 when trying to flash the ROM (no connection) since its still password locked. So i was trying to hard reset to get rid off password. The vol down, center and pinhole method doesnt work for some reason... i did hit vol up and waited 10 min to be safe, but phone never rebooted as it would have after hard reset. So i figured that didnt work Remember i cant see whats on the screen at all. So what can i do if i'm successful in getting to bootloader screen with vol down, power, pinhole method?...

yep try and get it into bootloader, and then connect it to the usb when you think it may be in bootloader..run the RUU and if its in bootloader it should start the RUU like you remember..if its not and you get the error, then its not in bootloader and try it again. id say bootloader is the best bet even over the hard reset. you really should be able to get it in bootloader as long as the actual buttons work on the phone...good luck mate

I had HTC Diamond before and now i bought HTC Touch Pro.
It has original O2 rom and I am trying to flash a new one. But I cannot enter bootloader. I did Hard-SPL but since i cannot enter bootloader I cannot check if it was succesful or not. I tried all the button combinations (like vol down + enter + reset etc...) but it was unsuccesfull. And i even tried to copy EnterBootloader.exe to the phone and run it. But the screen just goes black and thats all. And when I was trying to do HARD-SPL the screen also went only black. I never seen the three color screen. Please help me!

Well, you're probably doing it wrong. Hold volume down, then soft reset. Keep holding vol down until the tricolor screen appears. Don't hold the reset button down; just push it and release it.

so u re trying to flash via card or not, if you're trying to flash via PC dont forget to connect with active sync before, if you are trying to connect with SD card dont forget to do a clean format of it before
I remembered that I actually had the issue once (no idea why, it only happened on one rom about a year ago). Try doing a hard reset, then go into bootloader (instead of pushing vol up and re-booting). If that doesn't work, then start the boot process, and when it hits the alignment screen, try to go into bootloader.
