i have a prophet hanged on dopod, i updated the radio rom from 02.19.21 to 02.20.21, and SPL from 2.15.001 to 3.08.001, i have downloaded ,Prophet-G4-AKU2.2-2.20-2.47.21-Jester-r1.exe, can this file help me start my phone again or should i try some other version, my phone specifications are
IPL 2.15.001
SPL3.08.001
GSM02.20.21
OS 3.0.0.0.

In the Threads with WM6 ROMs you can found manuels to do that or in the documantation in the Archivfile from the WM6 ROM.
Next ... dont update IPL/SPL ... read Wiki about QTek S200 Versions ... dont flash the wrong Version!!! If you dont know your Version ... dont flash any thing! If you do something like that ... dont cry ...
Step 1 ... what Version of S200 is yours :->
So you want to know if you have a G3 or a G4 Model of your Prophet ?
Basiclly what G3/G4 means it the type of DOC used (Disk On Chip)
Soft reset your Prophet (insert the stylus into the little hole on the bottom of your Prophet (to the left of the mini-USB connector)
When your prophet boots up, it will show you a number of things in red text.
For Example:
IPL: 2.09.000
SPL: 2.20.000
GSM: 02.47.21
OS: 2.20.7.34
If you look at the IPL and SPL numbers, you'll see they end in .000 in this case your phone in a G3 model.
So, in short:
IPL/SPL: ending in .000 = G3 model
IPL/SPL: ending in .0001 = G4 model
P.S.
It is not possible to upgrade from a G3 model to a G4 model through software, as the DOC is a piece of Hardware.
PPS ... if you use the wrong verison you can kill your Phone! A lot of ppls do this in the moment with Flashing the wrong Bootloader 3.08.0001 on a G3 Model!

DL it ... depack it ... if you have a documantation ... read it! Its importent!!
For Smart WM6 you must Upgrade your IPL Version to a Version like 2.xx. Best way ... use a Original ROM.
This is the list of available Original Shipped ROMs on the FTP server:

Shut down your Radio ... Hard reset it ... dont set up your Prophet ... start the ROM Writer for the Original ROMs ... after that ... Hard reset again ... start the ROM Writer from Smart ... Hard reset after you are finish.

Read Wiki ... its importent ... my English is very poor!
PS Read for both ROMs all Thread you can found .... i know it need time but you see all errors and learn enough to fix your possible Problem with Flashing and this OS!

I do think you should take the time to read through some stuff. wiki, read some of the threads that netrunner pointed you at.
To be really blunt, if after reading you don't understand what you should do, you really shouldnt be trying to flash a new rom to your device.

I have downloaded several radio rom from wiki and when I run the .exe file it shows my version is 1.2.0 image and it will upgrade to v2.47.21 etc. but when I go to my pda to check the rom version it's not 1.2.0, it's
Radio rom V02.19.21.

Why does the program not show the correct rom version, will it damage my pda as I try to upgrade the rom when I had version

It's stop the battery from charging.
Also since the upgrade from 1 to v2 I get a blank screen when I reply to SMS, couldn't find my phone provider with auto config as the Dopod is from Singapore and I am using it in Hong Kong.

The installer used for flashing the radio rom is "hacked". that's why it displays incorrect info. Just proceed witht he install and you should be fine.

I wanted to update to the latest ENG rom on my S200, downloaded it of MyQtek, but when i tryed to upgrade, it said "Wrong Vendor ID". After a search i found that had to update first with Aku 2.2 NVID, done that.
Then i tryed again, and it said the same, then i took the nk.rom from the original package and replaced the same on NVID package, and it did the upgrade, but now i have:
IPL 2.10
SPL 2.20.000
GSM 02.47.21
ROM 2.20.7.34
Where is the upgrade ?!
I downloaded the latest official radio ROM version for my prophet and ran the utility just as the wiki suggested, with the result that my radio ROM is totally gone and my device doesnt start... remains stuck at the club i-mate splash screen for a while and restarts, continuing over and over... my IPL is 1.00 and SPL is 1.00.000 with no GSM/radio version showing up

Did you used the correct update RUU (for you it must be a G3 update RUU)?
I try to update my dopod to WM 6 using PDAVIET ROM
But now the device stuck at start up screen..

re-flash your PDA with official WM 5 ROM and try antoher WM 6 ROM, you can find it here:
