Or you can use this ROM http://tom-love.net/Rom/Prophet/WM6.0/Prophet_PV_Temp.zip. It only has AKU2.20 OS and 10MB free Ext_ROM .

I have not got any FRE ROM so I can't, but I can show you how to cook:
- Use typho5.exe to extract ROM file nk.nbf into *.nb files:
Usage in cmd MSDOS: typho5 -x nk.nbf
- You can remove: IPL.nb, SPL.nb
- Use nb2nbf.exeto build rest *.nb files into nk.nbf file with address as follows:
9b000000-Extension.nb: 9B000000
96000000-GSM.nb: 96000000
80040000-OS.nb: 80040000
92000000-Splash.nb: 92000000
9d000000-HTC: 9D000000

You can put "PM300" or "PROPHET" without quotation marks
B'cauze your ROM is French so you can choose "FRE"
OEM, Operation and especially CID you must leave blank.

I had similar situation. I flashed succesfully to smart v1.3, and couldn't downgrade. Just to be precise I need some answers/confirmations:
1. Flashing with smart v1.3 is done from Align Screen of NoVendorID ROM. Is this correct?
2. Flashing of RadioROM is done from BootLoader?
3. Latest RadioROM is ...?

now,i have experienced a big problem like this:
i wanted to change the ROM of my phone to English..then i download a shiped Rom to flash it...
the shiped Rom i used was RUU_Prophet_1001321_100013102_11320_DopodAsia_shiped.exe....
But everytime i tried to Flash, the program said "ERROR(300):invalid update tool..this update utility cannot be used for your PDA phone.please get newer update utillity" when the phone proceeded to a reseting and turned to three colour mode....
So, that is way? someone plz help me..

2nd problem
the qtek S200 is CHT now, coz it ought to be ENG originallly, so it must be CID unlocked sometime ago...
unfortunlly, when i try to backup its Rom to SD card using MTTY by the code" r2sd all", like backing up a wizard' rom....but it said "you don't get the proper security level to download a specific image"..
Then i use the MachinaGod' lokiwizi and RapiUnlocker trying to unlock the CID, but it displays error and seems fail ..
so, guys plz help me ..

I had the same problem with my JAMin. I messed up trying to flash it with a home-made ROM and the tool used to build the ROM put two G4 SPLs instead of one G3 and one G4. This caused my G3 JAMin to have a G4 SPL. It wouldn't boot past the "rainbow screen" and the IPL and SPL levels were similar to what you have now.
The solution for me was to have it repaired under warranty :roll:
My charmer is still under problem.
Actually problem is that.. My phone is G3 chipset.. but someone flashed it with G4 flash files.
and Its spl and ipl is 2.xx.xxx and phone is detect as G4 chipset.. but phone is G3..
NOW ANYONE can guide me how I can write G3 Ipl/spl

As I mentioned my JAMin was repaired under warranty. When it was returned to me they had replaced the main board. So it seems to be quite a problem to re-write the SPL if it has been flashed with the wrong type.
The new board has the G4 flash memory, so no more unlocking/downgrading adventures for me

Extract the RUU_Charmer_2060227_20602110_021921_T-MobileUK_Ship to a folder on your pc, than Extract the file i attached ("ROMUpdateUtility_Wizard_NoID.exe") into this folder. than connect your charmer to pc and double click on "ROMUpdateUtility_Wizard_NoID.exe".

Hi,
Yes You may be right, we need a ROM with only G3 IPL/SPL or only G3 SPL and if we can force this G3 SPL (I think JAFWM can do it but not sure) into the phone the problem will be solved.
But Question is where can we find this "RUU_Charmer_1120223_11202110_11220_T-MobileUK_Ship" as it is not available on net, the file on FTP is corrupt.
"RUU_Charmer_2060227_20602110_021921_T-MobileUK_Ship" have both G3 & G4 IPL/SPL and when we write this ROM into phone it writes G4 IPL/SPL as Phone is detected having G4 by every software.
Otherwise the only option left is "JTAG" but only one guy (ARC but he lives in Russia) know the test points for Charmer.
I solved this problem before using JAFWM dongle
just uncheck skip ipl/spl and try flash
it will flash ur mobile with the correct IPL and SPL

Because JAFWM detects my phone as G4 DOC and the ROM you mentioned has both G3 & G4 SPL so I think It will try to write G4 SPL not G3.

just detect ur phone in JAFWM , chose the nk file for ur charmer , uncheck skip ipl/spl then flash
in that way i think ur mobile will be revived again

Hi, I am facing trouble with my prophet, here is my config :

spl 2.20.0000
gsm 02.61.21
os 10.1.0.811
When I flash ROM, the only one that works is
RUU_Prophet_220734_2207114_024721_QtekWWE_Ship.exe but know the prophet restart when I enter the PIN code, If I dont' enter it it works, but as soon as I enter it, it restarts (wired!).
This one returns error 326 invalid command (wrong nbf file)

So what i am thinking is that the problem comes from the IPL version, because i's the only one who stays always at 2.09.

Hi, nobody know how to fix this? I can install WM6, AKU 3.0 but my phone always do the same bugs and I really think it's rellated to the bootloader 2.09.

extract paradis.zip with winrar to a folder, then replace the old nk,nbf in paradis.zip 2.10 with this one 2.09.zip nk.nbf
use winrar because paradis.zip is not a zip archive you have to use winrar

I have dumped it from the device, and have Part0-3.raw files, but don't know if it's possible to reconstruct and flash without the original OS.NB file.

Well, if you don't want to loose your TyTN II, you only need to power on, and start to using. Sure works for the most of you use it.
This forum is only to learn and have fun with the kaiser. So if your Kaiser works, don't touch...only read the user guide and that's all.
Read a lot is the only way to learn how to keep your device working

If you want to get some help, you need to give more details about your problem (if exsit...).
What have you done before the error happen? What is the error? What happen when you power on the device? What ROM version? What is the start secuence?
Without this info anyone can help you, believe me, peopple here are not magicians
-I launched kaiser ssplv1 on my kaiser
-then i executed RUU.Kaiser.HTC.WWE.1.56.405.5.radio.sign.22.45.88.07.1.27.12.11.Ship
-At 16% of flashing, processes stop and i follow RUU.Kaiser.HTC.WWE.1.56.405.5.radio.sign.22.45.88.07.1.27.12.11.Ship instruction for continue the processes, but now at 1% process stop cause invalid vendor id.
-Now when I started I see the 3 color band (red,green,blue) and these words:

Seems you have a briked kaiser... take a look at http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=334693 to see if helps you getting info about your kaiser CID version...
I suppose you have an Spanish Kaiser, right?
So seems the only way to recover is flashing spanish Kaiser ROM (that we haven't).
The other way is sending to repair...

Yes, i have the same ROM, but the ROM is on my device, i have't the RRU file to upgrade your device...
I extracted the ROM, but for now don't know how to reconstruct it.
So you must wait or send to repair...

The things you are intending to do will definitely KILL your G4. You need to read a little more in this forum, otherwise your phone will become a BRICK.
I recommend you to use soft_SPL and find a CLEAN OS ROM, without radio, IPL/SPL
I use ShellTool which flash only OS (without radio etc.)
@radichev: You have G3 or G4? I see in your signature that you have WM 6.5

I got the file by pulling the IPL_2 and SPL_2 from the official ROM that has 3.08.0001 in it.

G4, I use Soft_SPL, I use G4 safe roms without IPL/SPL
mine is 2.25.0001 and 2.25.11
I already have soft-SPL, but I can find a safe ROM for G4

pls reply it would be of very helpfull
Some people report quicker boot time as a factor. I am not sure I really have any improvement, It is one of those things that has been done so long ago, I would have to change back to see what happens.

i picked this piece of information up from the very first link that u gave
BUT: If you want to update IPL/SPL for G4 after hard SPL, do as following:
-disassemble ROM with IPL/SPL of your liking
Usage: typho5.exe -x nk.nbf
-reassemble the ROM or IPL/SPL with NKnbftool.
Make shure you only use G4 IPL/SPL for your G4, those are the IPL_2 and SPL_2 files created by typho5.exe.
-copy the nk.nbf you just created to SOFT SPL Folder
-start Soft SPL and flash the IPL/SPL.
You will lose the hardSPL though!
Typho5.exe and nknbftool are available in most kitchens.
The new WST also has some nice features to strip a ROM.
