Code:

2. Upgrade to [url=http://www.sharebigfile.com/file/114703/smart1-wm6-pp8mb-NEW-new-exe.html]Smart1 v2[/url] & [url=http://www.meerman.speedxs.nl/files/smart1_wm6_pp8mb_NEW.v2.exe]Mirror[/url]
3. HARD-RESET (Hold down camera button, comm manager button and reset the device keep holding the buttons down until you get the following message on the screen: "Press Send to restore factory default." At this point press Send (Green Phone)
4. Check if the Model no. is correct (if not -> begin from step 1)
5. install [url=http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=35763&d=1174503714]Total-Commander[/url]
6. In Total-Commander type \Extended_rom
7. run ALL cab files manually.
8. soft-reset your device.
9. install the [url=ftp://xda:[email protected]/Uploads/Prophet/Prophet-roms/Radio_ROMs/Prophet_G3_G4_RadioRom_v2.61.21.exe]radio rom 2.61.21[/url]
10. HAVE FUN!!

I think.. stand by, it would be 5 days... because now I used for half an hour Skype!!
And sended 5 sms and made 2 phonecalls
and yes.. it works with USB charging and fixes the Wireless profiles

Dear Smart1, is this a correct procedure? I flashed another version of AKU2.x NVID rom then flashed WM6 v2 rom. The files in the extended rom seem to be from aku2.x's rom. Have also tried to flash the qtek aku2.x NVID rom, after flashing the same WM6 v2 rom, the flies in the extended rom are not the same. I think you included the extended rom files in the core rom, right? So that we don't need to run files in extended rom manually? Plz advice. Tkx.

i've downloaded nvid, smart1 new, and radio rom already.
what should i do?
am i to flash nvid on my 818pro while the device is in standby mode (homescreen) or do i have to set it first to bootloader? correct me if im wrong, but the boot loader that i know is the one with 3-color screen right?
and btw, does the device still able to use IRda and other connectivity such as WIFI, bluetooth,gprs? are they fixed already?
p.s. please bear with me, im a newbie on my 818pro... i just got mine last week

i think smart1 make the extrom to core rom
but it cannot install automatic

I've created another BETA ROM for the Prophet
This ROM will upgrade your SPL to 2.20.000 (2.20.0001 if you have a G4 Model)
This ROM will upgrade your Radio to 02.47.21
This ROM contains the stripped PDAMobiz Final AKU 2.3 OS
This ROM contains the stripped Qtek ExtRom (2.20.7.114)
This ROM has a changed CID (now 11111111) (This needs testing on G4)
This ROM has a standard page pool of 12MB
I've taken the base Qtek 2.20 OS and incorporated the AKU 2.3 files from the PDAMobiz OS, however, I've removed all the extra "junk" so this is a pretty clean ROM.
The ExtRom base came from the Qtek 2.20 ROM, however, it has the qtek links/images removed.
For the dutch users, i've patched this ROM so it doesn't change "wel" into "we'll" when you create an SMS
I've been running this version for a day now without problems, but further testing is needed.

The i-mate screen is in the background. It just stays like this.
What do I need to do?
I then waitied for 30 minutes, decided to: "hold down both the camera and comm manager buttons on the side while pressing the reset button, hold the two buttons untill the screen comes up, then press the left green phone button" it said format complete and went back into the above screen
What do I do now!
Please help!

Then how would I do it.

Yes tried twice now.....it halts after the ipl/spl display.....ie does not get as far as gsm and os display, it must lock out i think.....

OK, sorry about this, I don't have a G4 but a G3, so its hard to test
I will remove the G4 link for now, until I have this fixed.
Please post SPL/IPL versions on which you tried this
People with a G4 having the problem described above, can you please try this ROM and let me know if it works ?

I can change the 2nd splash screen (Windows Mobile logo), but not the 1st one (boot up logo that appears 1st after reset - in this ROM: Jesterz's clown splash)
I tried using both the awizard prog & the splash_bmp_to_wizard.exe but always get the ITWriteDisk error. Yes, I have run enablerapi.cab on my device already.

Hey, if you will flash original WM5 rom you will be able to run it again... its not a problem of device. You just made a mistake and you can fix it by flash original WM5 rom.
After that you will be able to flash it with WM6 again

Whell its kind of strange. I'm dealing with this problem for quite a while! everytime after a few days i have to flash my phone. I also tried to install the original rom and afterwards I install a WM6 rom. I tried a lot of roms!

Hi.
My Problem was BatteryStatus. I checked the option "set clock after soft-reset" or something like that. This caused my wizard to freeze again and again with different roms.
Now everything works fine.
This is a SSPL for use with esteve & pof's JumpSPL along with the HardSPL. It enables you to flash any ROM to your Pharos.
If you wanted to permanently unlock your device, the HardSPL was also available.
JumpSPL & HardSPL Instructions:
Transfer the extracted files (JumpSPL.exe & Pharos_JumpSPL.nb) to your device and execute.
Use 0x10000000 as Jump Address.
After getting the Open File Dialog, press [Camera] & [Power] like you are going to enter Boot Loader, then tab on the Pharos_JumpSPL.nb file (Pharos_JumpSPL.nb).
You will get the grey background screen, you can flash any ROM to your device at this point.
In some case, you may need to unplug and then plug the USB cable again.
If you wanted to permanently unlock your device, why not, simply flash it with the HardSPL once and you are done.
After HardSPL, you will notice your SPL version change when boot;
From SPL 1.11.0001
To SPL 1.11Mobiz
Recommended:
To make it easier, I recommend changing Button 3 (Camera) to <None> or the Camera may disturb you.

It does work for me.
Were you in JumpSPL flashing (grey background page) when flashed the HardSPL to device? Sounds like you try to flash the HardSPL without running JumpSPL.

You can't flash the Elf rom to Pharos.

Hello brianoff,
You should wait for some times, Pharos ROM should be out very soon. To be honest, flashing a ROM builds for other model is not a good idea.

i have saw this uninstallation, but have something i dun understand, so any one please help me.
Uninstallation
*Enter bootloader mode on device (Press POWER + CAMERA + RESET, you will see Serial/USB at top and 1.0X at bottom)
*Connect via USB to PC
*Install ORIGINAL 1.12 or 1.13 ROM. No big storage etc. Install original one!!
[YOU *MUST* REPLACE ROMUpgradeUt.exe TO MaUpgradeUt_noID.exe]
*Now you can flash any other old custom roms.
NOTE: This is ONLY ONE right instruction how to uninstall my rom, otherwise you can have problems with new rom.

Just install WWE 3.03 ROM. I did it on my magician (problem with 3.04 and SAMSUNG touchscreen) and it works fine.

Please note that you can extract the .exe and be sure that you wont use the included ROMUpgradeUt.exe. Use MaUpgradeUt_noID.exe instead. You can get it from here http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=MagicianRomUpgrade.
Hello all, I know there are many threads about downgrading to official ROM but none of them seems clear to me. Some of you could need downgrading to official ROM e.g. because of upgrading to WM6.5.x to prevent random hard-resets. So let's make clear about it...

1. ONLY if you have Radio 1.6x you need to flash Radio 1.58.x (e.g. official 1.58.21.23) + HardReset
2. Flash official WM6.1 ROM with radio included + HardReset
3. ONLY if you want to send it to warranty repair flash official SPL 3.13.0000 + HardReset
--- If you don't want to send your device to warranty repair DON'T FLASH official SPL because HardSPL is MUCH safer!

i think change 2 to 1
and if you have radio 1.65 flashed you must downgrade the radio to 1.58 first...because it stop´s flashing if you flash and have 1.65 radio
(in the past i must downgrade because i must send it to repair service (warranty)
Thanks for advice ;-) BTW it is necessary to flash back original SPL or there is no problem in using HardSPL v2 from Olipro (when you don't need to do the downgrade because of warranty)? And the Radio it must be really 1.58x? Or you can use 1.59x?

if you don´t want to send in repair you can use HardSPL v2 from Olipro...
you must only flash radio 1.58 if you have 1.65 on the phone

BTW I have noticed on pcarvalho thread that he advice Radio 1.59.46.12 if anyone has Radio 1.6x... So MUST it be 1.58.x OR 1.59.x is also usable?

in the past i try some 1.59.X to flash it over 1.65.X and it don´t flash but it was not 1.59.46.12 so it can be that this will also go

hi guy my polari 100(p3650) become problem
1st i upgrade to w 6.5 with exxo firmware after that the problem caming with no sound n ringingtone after that i upgrade radio from 1.58 to 1.59xx when proses untill 99% the flash not done when i restart the phone it's become RGB..wit RUUNDH on the top right coner on screen..until i dun know what to ..try to hard reset n reset with hard spl can be done..any advice from your experience..i need help pls...from junior man
