[help] no sound from speaker when having a phone call

hi all,
i've been using bluetooth handsfree with my o2 mini for a while, but recently i have this annoying problem:
now i cannot make calls the ordinary way (put the handphone close to my ear & talk) because there is no voice coming out from the phone's internal speaker. i already tried with bluetooth turned on & turned off, still no sound, not even a waiting tone.
so now i always have to use bluetooth handsfree or the external speakerphone (the located at the back near the camera) to make/receive phone calls.
i suspect it's a software glitch, not a hardware problem. using bluetooth handsfree automatically turning off the phone speaker & when bluetooth is disabled, speaker will be back to normal. but now, somehow the speaker remain silent even when bluetooth is turned off.
i'll appreciate if someone could guide me how to fix this problem, if possible without hard-reset the phone.
thanks a lot & sorry for my poor english.

Problems during call

Hey, i recently got my Mate 8 (NXT-L29C185B180) and find a problem where during my calls with plugged headphones with mic the other side hears just terrible sound, similar to putting phone next to the speaker. I was used to call with my headphones and this making me sad.
Any ideas how to cancel this terrible sound (not spamming all the time, just occasionaly appears and disappears)?
-tried with 3 different headphones
-tried on different places
-mobile and headphones working fine when calling over internet (TS3, messenger, ...)
Am i missing something? thanks for helping me out

Calling over internal Loudspeaker -> Bad microphone Quality

Hello,
does anyone else experiences issues when calling over the internal Loudspeaker? The Person I'm calling with very often doesn't understand me clearly (often rather low Volume and a bit choppy).
But this only happens while calling via Loudspeaker (and mostly after few minutes of calling), as the Loudspeaker uses secondary microphone. Even in the test-menĂ¼ the recordings of the secondary microphone don't sound as clear as the recordings of primary mic.
This Problem also doesn't just affect the Z3 series (tested with 3 different Z3). Even my girlfriend with her Sony Z1 has the same Problem.
Is there a fix for this or a mod, which switches secondary mic with primary mic in Loudspeaker mode?
Thanks in advance

KLD PX5 Android 8.0 - Person Called Can't Hear Me When In Bluetooth Call

Anyone knows what's causing this issue.
Check microphone. Both internal and external are working with voice commands. Pretty accurate.
Bluetooth music (A2DP) works also.
Thanks.
Bumped!
I haven't seen this issue, but out of interest what is your MCU version? Try v2.94 if it is lower
MCU version is 2.94 already
I discovered that the external mic is not use during bluetooth call. Only the internal one. Resolved it by replacing the internal mic (which I think is defective) by the external mic. I retain the car's stock external mic.
Also soldered a wire extension of about 2 feet to the internal mic pins to remove bluetooth call noise heard by the other person. Removes around 95% of the noise.

Microphone problem in wired earphones

Someone please help me. Recently I bought a poco x3 everything was working fine until I found that while using wired earphones(for recording, meetings, calls, etc.), my voice gets distorted and the person at other end hears metallic sounds. There is no problem in listening to music, just the wired microphones (separate & with earphones) have issues. Please provide a solution for this.
No solution, but I'd advise you to test with a different headset.
And if that doesn't work, audio mods like ViPER4Android allow you to have different configurations for phone speakers, Bluetooth, and headphones. YMMV.
Facing the same problem. Did you find the fix? Or it was a hardware issue?
