Question Confused about the betas update path - Google Pixel 7 Pro

So we had A13 betas and then once the A14 switched to beta my phone tried to download it (I prevented it). I thought, let's wait for a couple more releases before jumping ahead.
Then a new 13 QPR drops and I'm left wondering... how does one continue on the 13 train? Is there an 'official' way to stay off 14 until one decided to try it and just continue with 13?

Just ignore the pending A14 Beta 1 update and it should temporarily be replaced with the QPR3 Beta 3 update, which you can then install. Then when A14 Beta 2 drops, ignore that as well and wait for the next QPR3 beta, assuming there will be one.
From Google:
"If you’re currently enrolled in the Android Beta program and your device is still running Android 13 QPR3 Beta 2/2.1 (T3B2.230316.003/T3B2.230316.005), you will automatically receive an over-the-air (OTA) update to QPR3 Beta 3. This update will temporarily replace any pending Android 14 Beta 1 update, which you can verify in the OTA message by reviewing the build number (T3B3.230413.003/.A1).
Devices on Android 14 Beta 1 UPB1.230309.014/.A1 will not receive any QPR3 Beta updates.
If you aren't yet enrolled and would like to join Android Beta, please visit g.co/androidbeta. Newly enrolled devices will receive Android 14 Beta releases."

Oh thanks, had missed this notice. That's what I'm instinctively doing, but it's... messy? Would have expected a clearer path...

Will we see Oreo Beta to C567 US region anytime soon?
Just want to have the latest security updates.
Just like any other devices (Except for Nexus/Pixel devices) its always a waiting game. I'm sure We'll see Oreo within the next 6 months. But no one knows a timeline.
We don't even have 5.1 yet

There is a Beat Build for the C567, Build B302 with EMUI 5.1. (September Security Patch) I am running it currently. It has some quirks as any beta does, but over all its nice. I feel as though the stable build should be out shortly after the Mate 10 launches.
Here is the link to my post on A/C with my review/experience with it.

how did you install it?

Anybody else's Pixel asking them do downgrade from 8.1.0 to 8.0.0 ?

So i'm registered as a beta device. I have taken two upgrades for 8.1.0 and got rooted again.
Now the automatic update is nagging me to update to Public Android 8.0.0?
Anybody else get this? What gives, should I update and than fight to re-root again, or stay on 8.1.0 probably beta I guess ?

Unenroll from beta and re-enroll when there is an actual beta update available

I've gotten the exact same thing. And when I go-to the enroll page it says I have nothing eligible to enroll although I have a pixel pixel XL pixel 2 xl Nexus 9 Nexus 6 and Nexus player did a Google support chat and they were useless and said they would get back to me but that was only after they tried to tell me they didn't ha e anything to do with the beta and can not support it. They helped once I said this is Google support for my Google phone. Support it.

N960FXXS8FUC4 APRIL 2021 UPDATE?

uk unlocked phone So guys I'm on android 10 one ui 2.0 the very first version of it
And just decided to get the newer version of 2.0 the jan or feb patch but the ota update comes up with april 2021 security update
N960FXXS8FUC4 do you guys know anything about this update is it one ui 2.5 or is it one ui 2.0 still ? do Samsung delete older updates off the sever now and just push the latest updates?I'm 17 updates behind I was expecting to be able to update 1 by 1?
Instead of being forced to jump to the very latest version in 1 hit
What? I thought all notes shipped with One UI 2.5 out of the box? OTAs always updates to the latest update available for the unit. It skips older updates.

Thanks for answering my question I'm using a note 9 uk.and posted this in the note 9 forum along long time ago with no views or replies.as that forum is dead .so I posted the question in the note 20 forum as that is still alive .thanks for clarifying that it skips all the subsequent updates and jumps to the latest now Samsung must remove the old updates from the servers.

It hasn't come out yet for the US Unlocked model, AFAIK.
FWIW, if you jump on the One UI 5 Beta (Android 13),it's on the August 2022 security patch.

It's all right here:
How to install the One UI 5 beta on your Samsung phone
The One UI 5 beta is upon us! Here's how you can sign up for the program and be the first to test Samsung's latest OS.
www.androidpolice.com
No data is lost on the upgrade, just as with any stable Android update, but, if you do decide to roll back to Android 12, it will reset your phone.
@vvrrare
If you use any GoodLock modules, some have not been updated for compatibility with One UI 5.

thank you!

Android 13 release date?

Does anyone know when then 8T will get Android 13 in Europe?
No! The first closed beta bricked devices for people who tried to rollback. The current (pulled) closed beta is for the IN region only and as far as I know, there hasn't been a second closed beta release as of yet.
