track multiple smartphones

Hi,
Can anyone help me finding an application that is able to track and show multiple mobile phones?
The reason why im asking is that we(my company) are switching from normal nokia 6300 phones to (probably) HTC Snap phone to be use with our incident management system.
I want to be able to track and trace staff on a map to see who is nearest to a new incoming call to help our incident analyst dispatch a call more effectively.
Can someone please help me with this?

TrackMe seems overkill, but GPSToday might be able to do it, with each of the folks submitting their updates to the same private group that you can view? There are likely others as well which work in an automated fashion.

Can dispatcher wait about 2 minutes to get location or must all staff locations be known at time call is received so that dispatcher can advise caller which staff member is assigned?

I am looking for an app that does the same thing, but when I get a call I want it to ignore the call, and text the number my away message.

Why don't you add the possibility to start or stop the service when a BT headset is connected or disconnected? It's good for me (and many others) that use a bluetooth car kit

Fantastic idea, but (maybe its just me) it has a conceptual flaw.
A text message is not a phone call. There's nothing stopping me from letting a text message sit there without a reply if I'm busy. It doesn't ring for as long as a phone call, and quite honestly, if it's not urgent enough to call about instead of texting you, it's not urgent enough for you to put aside your current obligation and respond.

I thought you had to offer a non-paid version available to members if you were posting on XDA forums?

[Completed] [Q] Question about Android SMS in Hangouts

Hi - I don't know in which thread I should post this question:
I have a group of team members to whom we will be sending SMS notifications when there is an available consult for them to claim. Inside this SMS will be a consultation ID that must be entered into our automated call service for them to claim the consultation and move forward.
The initial plan was for the SMS to include the phone number as a link, with a pause extension and the consultation ID so that the Member would only have to tap the link to respond.
"There is a new consultation available - to accept, tap the link below
555-555-5555,,,12345#"
On iOS devices, this is working perfectly well, but it appears that Android is unable to recognize the comma characters as a part of the number, as only the 10 digit phone number is a part of the link.
Is there any way around this, or is this just a lacking feature that Android lacks?

Question Android texts vs imessage

I am needing some help here so any knowledge is appreciated.
I have an android phone and when I text family, it always shows as one colour (the bubble is always the same)
Now I'm not good with my knowledge of this but mu partner has also got a android phone yet all our texts change colour for example sometimes it will be in a green bubble then other times a blue one... bearing in mind we are both on android and no other messages change colour on any other family conversations. My sister has an iPhone and hers shows as the same colour in the bubble throughout, so I have done a bit of research and it says online that the one colour means the one person is using imessage (used for iphones/mac) etc... so could anyone please help me on this as I want to make sure I am right. This funnily enough only happens when I am not with him in person too so any knowledge would be appreciated! We both definitely have android so I find this very strange. Please help if you know why! Thank you I'm advance ☺

When the message changes color, it means that the recipient has read it.
