So, i am in miui 12.5.8 and there is no animations in launcher, thats kinda feel weird, is there any waiy to get app opening closing animations without root or using custom rom?

Hi,
I was on stock launcher on ICS because I thought JB would bring me the buttery smoothness it promised... but it didn't. It runs smoother, especially in stock browser, but the animations when killing and opening applications isn't "buttery" smooth. I don't want to turn off those animations because I think they would look nice at 60 fps. The weird thing is killing an application from within another application is way smoother than from the home screen hence my question: What launcher do you use since the JB update and does it make everything smooth on the Home screen? (including the animations when opening and closing applications).
So far, I've tried the following:
Nova launcher (my favorite so far but has the same problem as the stock one)
Apex launcher (not as smooth as stock or Nova)
Go launcher (looks bad imo and not really smoother)
Launcher Pro (It is smooth for opening and killing applications but the page transition is laggy and icons look bad)
Holo Launcher (not that smooth either)
..... some others I can't remember, but none were perfect.
I've also tried the Force GPU rendering in the Dev. options which doesn't seem to make a difference and change the 3 animation scales to .5x instead of 1x which makes the sketchiness less noticeable but doesn't fix it.
TL/DR: What is your TF700 Launcher after Jellybean update and does it make the animations from killing and opening applications buttery smooth (60 fps).

I re installed Nova and tried those setting and it makes things better. Thank you. Did you notice what I was talking about on stock launcher tho? The animations being sketchy.
not really...my stock launcher is pretty smooth too.
Hello, i'm currently using sense 5 ex, and i'm wondering how to enable the transition, even though the option is enabled in settings, for example when i come back to the home screen there is no transition. Is there a flashable package for enabling transition?

Ok, So I use Go Locker, and i disabled the homekey during lockscreen for security. But I have a problem that I use Nova Launcher, and sometimes when i have apps i sometimes swipe away the launcher, its a bit annoying is there a way to stop the launcher from getting in to recent app list where you switch apps and stuff. I am running 4.2.2. My launcher is Nova. I tried Keep Alive thing in romtoolbox pro app but that doesn't stop from launcher from appearing in the list.
I am using CyanogenMod for few weeks now and I cant found louncher that fits me right...
I have Xperia T and one of big features of its launcher is custom sorting of apps in a app drawer. And that is the only feature I am missing now when I am on CyanogenMod. I tried many lounchers and some have this feature but are ugly and unpractical.
I am looking for a launcher that looks like Nova(Basicly stock KitKat) but enables me to sort apps how I like...
So any suggestions?
I have tried some of the custom launchers as Nova Launcher, Lawnchair launcher, cpl.. ( I feel these applications are better than oneplus launcher and also supports doubt tap to lock under pie accessibility settings ).. all these launcher works fine but while opening some apps.. it opens instantly without app opening animation..
This issue doesnt noticed in other AOSP OSs..
It seems a bug associated with Oxygen OS,
Does any one noticed the same??
