[Completed] OnePlus One - Phone boots to fastmode and recovery

I have installed TWRP 3.0.2-0 to my OPO phone. I am trying to figure out why the OnePlus won't boot.
I am happy with the stock rom, but I want to root the phone.
The custom recovery was installed using a tool featured on Xda TV. This is the OnePlus Toolbox.
If I attempt to boot to system, the phone stays stuck on the bootloop process.
I am not sure if I have gained root access, since I was not able to push SuperSU.zip to my OPO.
I made a futile attempt to sideload the SuperSU.zip by installing it using TWRP, but then my phone wouldn't boot into any mode other than the fastboot mode.
So I reinstalled recovery, did a clean wipe and format data.
How do I get the phone to boot normally?

Unroot, Lock Bootloader on OP6

I borked my Titanium Backup recovery after I unlocked/rooted my OP6, and am now just wanting to unroot, flash stock, and lock bootloader.
My issue at this point is getting the stock Oxygen 5.1.9 zip on the internal storage after wiping through TWRP. Should I restart normally, go through the phone setup process, then download the image and restart back into TWRP to flash? Or is there a better way?

Bootloop after flashing TWRP

Hello, I restored factory data, downloaded the newest TWRP for hammerhead and flashed it using `fastboot flash recovery`. After that phone got stuck in bootloop - TWRP launched but with errors and kept booting. I've decided to flash stock rom using `flash-all.bat` ut now phone is in bootloop again - this time it's phone logo bootloop.
Any idea how to fix my issue and finally install TWRP?

Will flashing twrp recovery delete my data

I'm planing to boot android 9 to my lebovo tab m7.
If i flash twrp recovery will it dlete my data
Flashing TWRP requires tablet's bootloader got unlocked before.
Unlocking the bootloader wipes all user-data.
