Mi5s plus battery life issue

hi i just bought this phone i saw gsm arean review where this phone scored an crazy high rating for 104h so i bought this phone but my screen on time with low usage auto sync off is only 5-5:30 hoursis this something wrong with it shouldnt be the screen on time more then that?
ps: im on global stable rom with locked bootloader

Mi 5s Plus Battery Drain
It is the same problem here, I turn every thing off and at night i use Airplane mode but during sleeping it comsume 25% to 35% and this is upnormal !
I format my data through TWRP and make clean installation on LineOs 15.1 without google Apps but still having the same issue !!
I think there are some programing for the battery it self
one i use it while charging it become very hot + Slow
I use original charger and usb cable ! and today battery was 43% and i use it while it charging and after 15 minutes it become 38% !!!!!!!!
I feel it is dangours using this phone and plan to keep it as spare and buy Note 8 if no way to solve this
MoreOver, i try to install several kernel (phy 0.7) and other compatable with LineOS but it become worst

Replaced my battery now getting 8 hours of screen on time instead of 5:40 mins

Fast battery drain on the Mi5s occurs when the fingerprint reader is active. Disable it by removing any fingerprints registered in the security setup (in other words, don't use your fingerprint reader option) and reboot. You will notice the phone runs much cooler and the battery lasts much much longer. To permanently resolve the issue and regain use of the fingerprint reader, you must root the phone or find some other way of disabling com.qualcomm.qti.biometric.fingerprint.service.
Until about four days ago, I would never consider taking my Mi5s out of the house because it was useless unless I wanted to drag a power bank with me. A comment by someone got me motivated to dig into this issue and I found other people at xiaomi.eu reporting the basics as I've stated above. Yesterday I removed fingerprints, fully charged the phone and today I have 50% battery left and a cool running phone. Normally, it would be less than 20 % after sitting idle overnight. I've asked Xiaomi to consider an app with root permission to fix this. I am not holding my breath.

Im on custom rom everyday i get around 12-15 hours continue backup excessive usage with wifi and gps on. And even vpn is on because im in china so need vpn for google, facebook and youtube.
Look this I havent locked my phone since 2 hours and battery is still 83 %

Im on ViperOS 7.1.2.
Its best with magisk and xposed and even substratum works good.
Daily 13-18hours battery backup.
I have bought my phone two years back on launch Day. So havent changed my battery also.
I wish somebody update ViperOS to latest security patches then it will be more great

I cannot post direct link here, but search "lehehe bm37" on Ali. I use this one. It has the same capacity as original one and temperate sensor is working.

Mi 10 ultra Battery Drain question.

Apologies for my second post here being yet another question. But I've noticed my battery draining quite fast compared to my oppo find X2 Pro. I took this screenshot from battery guru.
Just wondering whether there is a none issue excessive battery using as it's showing around 4% p/hr on standby and 12% p/hr screen on, which seems quite high.

Pocophone Xiaomi Poco X3 NFC possible battery issues (screen battery drain)

Hello everyone. My first post ever, so I apologize in advance if I miss a rule.
I recently got a new phone, a Xiaomi Poco X3 NFC. Previous one was a pocophone F1, and I was extremly happy with it and its battery life. Now, this new phone, while it does have a huge battery and charges fast, I have the feeling it is actually lasting much less longer than the previous pocophone F1. From the battery usage screen, about 60% of the usage is cause by the screen! Isn't this number enourmous? Could it be a faulty screen, so in that case, I should ask for a replacement? Thank you in advance!

Check if "wake screen for notifications" is on and disable it. Reduce screen timeout to 1 minute. Also use 60hz refresh rate.
It would be extremely unfair to compare the Poco F1 to the X3. It's a bigger screen, higher refresh rate. I currently have both phones and my X3 lasts significantly longer than the F1 (Even with a new battery.)

What battery usage do you get? What is the percentage of screen comsumption?

Light usage I get 13.2 hours Screen On Time.
Heavy usage with gaming I get around 8 hours.

Question Disappointed with overall smoothness(on 120hz) + battery life of MIUI

Before Poco X3 Pro, I had a Xiaomi Mi 6 for 4 years, in the last 2 years, I use customs ROMs.
Nowadays, I´m pretty disappointed with some sloppy scrolling with simple apps, like google news, Chrome and even the notifications bar (all but the google news are only noticeable on 120hz). Also, the battery is ends quicker than I expected.
So, for those in custom rom, the battery life got better? What about the overall smoothness? What ROM are you using?
Also, can I use only 90hz in some ROM?
the only thing keeping me away of custom ROMs is the fact that I just got the phone about 2 weeks ago.

Clear system cache.
If it runs better at 90hz, use that.
Lol, I'm still at 60hz

AOSP ROMS handles 120/90hz more better than MIUI

I've had the phone for a week and unlocked and flashed as soon as I could. I flashed ArrowOS, it's very easy to do.

The first few weeks of owning the Poco X3 Pro was a struggle for me, it's my first time using a high refresh rate screen and I didn't know it would half my total on-screen time if I used that feature.

use PPUI room ,has 60hz/90hz/120hz and grate battery life

I'm basically stuck at 60hz refresh rate as 120hz sucks away too much battery juice. I've known that this would be an issue before I bought the X3 Pro, but I never knew it would be sooooooooooooooooooooooo terrible as this way. Even leaving wifi and data off in the evening before sleeping, idle state would eat away a good 5 to 8% of the battery.

I have a POCO X4 Pro 5G (veux) with MIUI 13 since March 24th and the battery usually lasts for up to 90h (~4 day) with my regular use.
On periods I use it more the duration goes down to ~72h.
I feel that it took few recharges to get that capacity but maybe it was because the first days I was playing more with it.
I'm really happy with it, I use to have a Redmi Note 7 with LineageOS and I'm happy with the change. The battery of the POCO feels to me that is a little better that the Redmi (when it as new).
Hope that LineageOS will be available at some point : )
I attach an screenshot of my last charge scoring almost 93h and a 10% of battery left.
