i search yesterday and right now, i found post with similar problem but not with the one i have.
My Phone is a OnePlus8 with OxygenOs13.
My fingerprint scanner worked perfectly under os12, but after updating to os13 my phone hardly recognized any fingerprints.
Then, when I entered a new finger, I noticed that the display said that the sensor was dirty and that I should clean the display. But that was by no means correct, the display was more than clean.
I then bought a calibration tool hoping it would help. During the calibration I got an error message and since then no more touches have been detected.
I reset the phone to factory settings twice, that didn't help.
Then I did a rollback, also to no avail. If I try to save a new finger under Security, no touches are recognized. All versions were stock from OnePlus, so no costom versions.
Now im under IN2013_11_f.62
Can it be that this menu under *#899# is independent of the firmware? Because the rollback to Os12 didn't help.
I hope that I haven't forgotten any detail and that you can help me.

Hey, I haven't done anything other than try to calibrate the sensor. And what annoys me, it's 4 months after the guarantee that something like this happens. I tried this part here.

I then wrote something about the tool under the youtube video, after which they only left a cell phone number and asked to discuss everything via Whatapp. But that struck me as a bit strange.
Whilst trying to find a way to get my brightness sensor working again I accidentally calibrated my one plus 8 pros fingerprint sensor as well. Now I've got the same issue of not being able to get it back to working order (meaning recognize my fingers).
Have any of you found a solution so far?

Hallo, leider habe ich keine Lösung gefunden. Und auch hier vergeblich auf Hilfe der Experten gehofft. Deshalb habe ich mein Handy verkauft, und habe mir das neuere geholt!

I have bought the new navigation software from Route 66 and installed it on my HTC HD2.
Installation is no problem but when you try to use the programm is return almost always an error message such like "Error! The applications has encountered an exception and it will be closed"
Already informed the help desk from HTC and Route 66 about this; HTC cannot comment on 3rd parties software and Route 66 will have a look at it, but I still have paid for a non working product .
Am I alone with this or are there more people with this issue ?
Perhaps they have found already a solution for this and may be able to help me ?

ein freund von mir und ich haben das gleiche Problem. Wir haben uns die Route 66 Maps (Version 9x) gekauft und auf dem HTC HD2 installiert. Es treten immer wider Application Error auf. Desweiteren will die Version stäündig Online gehen was auch nervt.
Ich hoffe wir finden auf diesen Wege eine Lösung für das Problem.
Allerdings muss man wohl "Kinderkrankheiten" bei einer neuen Software Version und neuem Handy Modell in kauf nehmen.
Version 8 here, no problem... Perhaps you can change V9 for V8 without having to pay again?
I have exactly the same problem with version 9. I had version 8, which was much more stable. Unfortunately, I think we'll have to wait for a new release of Route66 to fix those problems. Release 9.1.8686 is the first release of version 9.
1 year and a half ago, it was exactly the same with version 8 and a touch diamond.... till the first fixes were out...

Same Problem to me. I also use R66 v.9.1 and I got the application error messages. Before I migrated the license from my omnia 900 to my new HD2 everything was fine. I have installed the app on a naked system also together with certain other software-apps. The result was always the same. I've contacted the R66-Service but I still haven't got any reply so far. My ROM on HD2 is 1.48.407.1 GER
Since I have used version 7 and 8 on symbian I was hoping for another good working products from Route 66, however I'm very disappointed at the moment.
According their website HTC HD2 is supported, when encountering the problem and provided them with screenshots I received a reply with thank you for you support, but after not hearing from them for more than 2 weeks I have requested for a refund as I don think it's normal to pay for a non workable product.
And perhaps you already guess it: no respond from Route 66 helpdesk what so ever.

After install of update ROUTE66_Maps_WM_9.1.8963.30393 I noticed a big improvement however the latest update ROUTE66_Maps_WM_9.1.9008.31762 sets me back with again all kinds of error messages, what are the people behind Route 66 doing? I think I will change navigation software as I'm now waiting almost half a year for this software to work on my HD2

NOW i have downloaded the R66 V9.. i will test this APP. then i will report here if it can be work
I just got a message from HTC that the problem is caused by a certain version of HTC ROM (Mine is 3.13.404.0). There is no solution..............
This version has a different type of memory management and that will not work with Route66 v9.
I've sent a question what to do from here since i never could have guessed this problem and i paid for a product i cannot use.

I mean; I use at the present time Artemis ROM V.46 on my HD2 and Route 66 v9.1.9008.31762 and I always get this error message "The applications has encountered an exception and it will be closed", when I try to search for a place or to navigate.
Is this version of Route 66 maybe working with the latest Artemis ROM V.61?
Does anyone has any experience with this combination?

I bought in November 10 a Windows Phone 7 from LG. The LG E900. So, I'm a little developer friend, I did the first Beta on my LG E900. And I did the second and the latest which was leaked. I have to note at the leak: Hidden Networks can't be used oO.
So at every time you have to do Backups. I did it everytime! But my PC crashes and the backup drive crashed too, all files are lose. So I have no Backup of my Windows Phone 7 Mango leaked RTM.
If it official comes out, I can't update. So heres my Question:
Could anyone reset his Windows Phone 7 if it is WITH NoDo to the start, and Backup the empty Phone and then sent me the Backup? I think thats a good idea, or is there another way?

ich habe auf meinem E900 alle Betas installiert zuletzt die veröffentlichte leak Version also Windows Phone 7.5 RTM. Nebenbei gesagt: Es gibt da irgendwie keine verstecke WLans.
Ich habe immer Backups gemacht, immer. Nur hatte mein PC einen Crash und leider ist dabei die Internet als auch die externe Festplatte kaputt gegangen, ich konnte einen Großteil wiederherstellen der Daten die auf dem Server sind.
Wenn bald Mango Offiziell herauskommt, soll man sein Gerät auf NoDo machen und dann Updaten.
Meine Frage an euch: Kann jemand sein E900 mit NoDo auf Werkseinstellung Zurücksetzen, davon ein Backup machen und mir das Zukommen lassen?
Oder habt ihr eine andere Idee? Lösung?

I have the s730 since a couple of weeks. I think it's a very similar device, only that there is no hardware buttons. Has anyone of you ever tried somehow to upgrade to Andorid 4.2 / 4.3 or even 4.4? Do any of you know how to backup the preinstalled apps? (FM Radio, DAB + Radio, equalizer, etc.)?

It's not as simple as that, unfortunately... you would need to know the hardware base and compile against it. If however some of the excellent brains in here would give it a go, I'd test it...

Yes, it was not a smart move, to get me a Samsung Gear S2 classic
in New York on my vacation. After connecting with my german Note 4 it Sees
working well. Language and even time and date format was correct.
Also the keyboard.
But it seems impossible, to install s-voice in german or general voice recognition. Allowed languages are english, french, spanish and i think ... chinese.
And weather shows temperature just in degree Fahrenheit and not in celsius.
Has anybody an idea how to change the firmware to the european version.
The samsung Service here won't help because it's not from here.

It seems some people have figured out ODIN access so it's probably only a matter of time before we can start to edit things like this. In the meantime, a workaround for the temperature thing at least: ask S-voice for the weather, then hit the mic button and say "show me that in Celsius". Two steps required unfortunately, but it will give you temps in C.

Oh as I see now.... you can now change from Fahrenheit to Celsius in the Gear Companion App .... go to App Setting. -》 Weather. (Since the update)

As long as we have no pins...no odin. Maybe they are under the back of the watch but this mean to loose warranty and weather sealing..
I would say that is easyer to sell your watch as it is in germany and buy another with your local customization.

Ich hatte sie per NetOdin geflasht und sie funktionierte auch. Allerdings bekomme ich über dieses ROM nicht das aktuelle Update (R732XXU2CPB7) rein, welches bei der Korean-Version direkt kam.
Habe im Netz aber mehrfach gelesen, dass das Update auch in Deutschland schon lange ausgerollt wurde und verfügbar ist.

SO also ich habe das selbe Problem, nur mit einer Uhr aus Hong Kong! Habe Spanisch und Französisch aber kein Deutsch! Gibt es da jetzt schon eine gute Lösung? Da will man mal einen auf Pfennigfuchser machen und Tada!!!!:silly::silly::silly:

Leider keine Lösung bisher. Ich find es ein bisschen schade, dass im Netz Firmwares für UK oder Russland vorhanden sind, jedoch nicht für DE. Woher hast du die Französische und Spanische Variante?
Ich könnte mir vorstellen, dass doch irgendwo im www die ganzen Firmwares vorhanden sein sollten. Für Samsung-Smartphones gibt es doch auch auf irgendeiner Homepage alle Firmwares zum Download...

My S2 is from Hong Kong and I've got s-voice chinese, English, French, Spanish and Italian language installed on it. But no germany. It realy freaks me out.
My complete watch got german language, but S-voice don't.

When I do a hard reset on my watch, it shows the firmware standard language before first phone connect. Before connecting the gear shows anything in Korean language.

I do the downgrading thing here on XDA, this version is not updatable to the last one.
Then I searched the internet and found a version on "easyfirmware" but I have to pay for a 15day account, if i want to download that file.
The version is R732xxu2bol6 do anybody know from which area this firmware is?

Best version for our MX headunits till now.. because it made for it!!
This is the Best UI that I ever saw, Husky v2.. Best of them all.. Absolutely you guys gonna love it.. I have it just to fast installed, that's means, I need a few hours for finishing and updating and uploading things with my to weak wifi receiving, that is due to the distance between car and home wifi router unfortunately.. will continue with the installations in the afternoon.. I will be back.. no I'm not Arno.. haha.

2. Kann ich meine SD-Karte nicht als internen Speicher formatieren.
3. Werden die Kalenderdaten nicht syncronisiert
4. Das gleich gilt für die Kontakte
5. MTCDialer findet keine Rufnummern zu den Kontakten und kann sie dadurch nicht tätigen
6. MTCDialer kann man nicht auf die Lenkradtaste für die Sprachsteuerung legen da geht nur der Googel Assistent.
7. Buttons können nicht verschoben werden im Standard Design.

Die Bilder mit der Abfrage der E-Mail Adresse ist vom Kalender. Obwohl diese ja im Google Playstore hinterlegt ist.
The pictures with the query of the e-mail address are from the calendar. Although this is deposited in Google Playstore.
Auf dem letzten Bild wird das Problem mit den sortieren der Buttons gezeigt. Ich kann hier keine Buttons auf die anderen Kacheln verschieben oder von den anderen Kacheln auf die erste legen.

Noch was ist mir aufgefallen das die DAB-Z von PowerAmp und den anderen Apps wie Google Assistent und Radio App und Videoplayer App auf pause gesetzt wird aber nach Beendigung von den jeweiligen Apps nicht mehr gestartet wird.

Tested the ROM. This is the best Android 9.0 ROM for PX5 so far in terms of performance and appearance. No time bug and split screen is working.

Das die standard Apps ohne Probleme laufen meine ich nicht.
Ich nutze aber DAB-Z und diese wird von allen anderen Standard Apps oder auch von PowerAmp auf pause gesetzt und nicht mehr aktiviert wenn amn die anderen Apps geschlossen hat.
So wie es mit der Rom von Hal9k die für den wechsel von Android 8 auf Android 9 dabei war.
Was aber im Video nicht gezeigt wurde war die Funktion der Lenkradtasten, sowie das formatieren einer SD-Karte so das dieses als Erweiterung für den interenen Speicher genutzt werden kann.

Tried today on my PX5 MX device. Everything works, I only have a problem when starting the device. When I start the device I get a streaky white screen and after I press the restart button the device starts normally.The fault occurs whenever I turn off and turn on my car.
I have installed MTCE_MX_V3.08

Check 2:10 to 2:25. These are steering wheel controlled actions.
Not sure about using SDCard as the internal memory.

GS is just a manufacturer fo a common platform (MTCD/MTCE based MCU units).
PX5 MTCE ROMS are compatible for all manufacturer MTCD/MTCE PX5 based Android units.
