yeah I've seen in my other threads also )
should be fixed now
I tried to sideload GoogleSearch to get hey google but now I'm getting "Check your internet connection and try again" when I press unlock more assistant features.
Edit: GoogleSearch worked fine in android 12.
Forget about it I found the problem. Don't know why google setting were disable but after enabling, everything works.
Does this oos cam support slowmotion and h265 video rec ?
"Long press on fingerprint sensor to unlock phone" seems to be broken. It's turning off automatically when I try to turn it on.
Navigation with hand gestures disappears after 1 day!
Thank you for this amazing rom! I recommend using Msm tool (https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/...-for-indian-variant-flashing-as-well.4454357/ and see this video for further help
) if you are coming from Derp android 12 rom like I was. Everything works great, even the oos camera. Unlimited google photos upload works perfectly. I am also passing safetynet and play store settings check after following the youtube video titled SafetyNet ByPass & CTS Profile False Fix, and this is with Magisk 25.2 zip installed after first boot. I think the creator posts a lot on xda if I remember correctly.

The ROM is really smooth and stable. Big thumb up.
The only problem I ran into is that the kernel doesn't seem to support Network Signal Guru. Any idea? crDroid 8 worked fine with NSG.

It's not entirely rom based, if you're talking about an app they probably haven't Updated there app yet to 13. Lots of errors still occur on 13 based ROMs .

Thanks for the Nov 18, 2022 Build. It works fine. However, I did have a problem with the boot-20221118.img file.
It just hangs & do not boot to recovery on my LE2115. I had to go back to the Nov 11, 2022 boot-20221111.img file to boot to recovery & install the new 11/18 ROM.

Same
for anyone using the latest update... DO NOT USE SMART LOCK! when you try to unlock using the normal pattern the system crashes and resets and you are stuck in an infinite loop. if you do manage to unlock it by some miracle and you try to go to settings and undo that smart lock huge mistake or change/disable the screen lock completely settings will crash so you ll still be stuck. do not use google remote lock as i did as that locks it forever, the brain dead people working for google removed the feature of remote unlock

Is it by desgin that the cdDroid ROM defaults to Sound in Do Not Disturb mode?
It not a problem to simply toggle the sound on. I was just wondering since on all of the upgrades the sound has been set back to Do Not Disturb mode.

I think you need to flash vbmeta after official rom, if you don't, you go straight to fastboot
Is anyone able to give a step by step on how they managed to install?
I tried this (from RevOS thread) and afterwards im stuck at Descendat splash screen:
•Go to recovery
•Wipe all ( internal storage, dalvik, cache, data, vendor, system )
•Format data
•Reboot to recovery
...............................................................
tried with and without
• (go to wipe > advance wipe > select cache > repair or change file system > change file system > set it to f2fs)
•Do same with data >repair or change file system > change file system > set it to f2fs)
..............................................................
•Flash only rom
•Flash firmware
•Reboot to system.
Any tips to install it?
Should we install the Firmware, GApps...?
EDIT:
I did:
1) Wipe all;
2) Format data;
3) Reboot Recovery;
4) Installed Firmware;
5) Installed ROM;
6) Reboot System.
Works fine.

Fixed the bootloop (logo) bug? I tried to install the last update (July), but didn't work.
Hi, does anyone know if infared works in this rom?
Thanks
Hi, it worked here. I changed data and cache from F2S2 to EXT4 and installed niko gapps, after flash the rom.
Hello Dil3mm4, first of all thank you for the rom, it's awesome! One thing that I cannot get to work is GPS. Could you please fix it?I tried:
Flashing FW Android 10 & flashing the rom
Dirty flashed FW Android 11 afterwards not working
Clean flash FW10, the rom and FW11, and then first boot
I didn't managed to install it.
Followed every step but when trying to flash the rom, I always get the message : "Update process ended with ERROR: 1"
Tried different recovery versions but I always get this message.
I don't know what's bloking

Do you have a particular gapps that would work, tried nikgapps and mindthegapps both failed . Or it could be just my phone too, Thanks
I don't see wide angle support. Do all the cameras work?
Hell yeah! I was able to extract the boot.img from the rom and flash it and use to sideload and worked fine for me. Glad to see a LOS19 build here!!
I normally use open gapps and i tried using a few older packages and didn't work. I'll go after a few more and try if i cant find anythingt that works ill try and make some work and report back later.
It is 12 or 12L?

it is 12l.
Mind the gapps worked for me from here: https://www.xda-developers.com/download-google-apps-gapps/
reboot recovery after sideloading rom and sideload mindthegapps
edited update: Mindthegapps flashed fine but i had some issues setting upwith adding my account and a scvreen lock right away. Ended up having to wipe again and blow through setup without adding my account or a screen lock. If you use these apps just dont set a pw or restore or sign in to your account right away.. Skip all that.. That's what i did and I added my acoount after i skipped initial setup and all is seems fine.
Its enforcing in case anyone else was wondering..
For what its worth I used Nikgapps S from
https://sourceforge.net/projects/nikgapps/files/Releases/NikGapps-S/22-Feb-2022/
So far so good,, My Install sequence below
Flash boot.img in fastboot
Boot to recovery
Format in recovery
Install ROM in recovery adb sideload
Reboot recovery
Install gapps adb sideload
Format in recovery
Boot to system
If root is needed setup ROM then boot to fastboot flash magisk patched boot.img and then reboot
How is the battery backup on this ROM? Also are there any stutters in any of the animations when Refresh rate is set to 90Hz?
Tempting. I wonder how far away the official 19.1 release is...

I haven't noticed any stutters. To me this seems even smoother than anything prior to it.. Battery seems about normal to me as other roms but my battery isn't great anyway due to wear over time and whoever owned my device before me over charging it. This is a very nice build though! Try it.

So after some more time with this setup, I've found that Android Auto is broken and the Google now home screen won't open links on Rootless pixel launcher. Going to experiment with a different Gapps tomorrow.
EDIT: Android Auto is working fine now. Used NikGapps core, flashed the AA add-on, and had to manually enable permissions in AA app settings after attempting initial setup. Before that it just "disconnected" repeatedly from the car.
Google Now home screen link issues seems to be an A12 problem. I switched back to Trebuchet (which is actually a pretty decent launcher) enabled Google Feed there, and everything works fine.
Only outstanding issue is that the alert slider does not seem to work. Not a giant deal to me.
Nice job on this rom. I'm not a big fan of the A12 design choices, but that's not OP's fault.

Notes:
Gapps packages are finicky with A12/LineageOS-19.1. If your phone hangs on boot after flashing, it is likely a problem with your gapps package.
Pixel Launcher is completely broken in many A12 Gapps packages. It will crash on boot, and even if you use a different launcher, Recent Apps will be broken. It's a known issue https://issuetracker.google.com/issues/204650736. I recommend not installing Pixel Launcher at all (and I have disabled it in the NikGapps package I link below).
Depending on the last build that you flashed, you may have to switch pre-device from OnePlus7Pro to guacamole in META-INF/com/android/metadata
Flashing Instructions:
First time installation (clean flash):
BACKUP YOUR DATA
Download latest CRDroid recovery (download). Do not use the magisk patched recovery for initial flash (we will add Magisk later).
Reboot to Fastboot
Flash the boot.img in fastboot
Code:
fastboot flash boot boot.img
Boot to recovery
Factory reset
Reboot to recovery
Sideload LineageOS ROM
Code:
adb sideload lineage-19.1-20220626-UNOFFICIAL-guacamole.zip
If you don't want Gapps, then boot to system. You are done.
If you want Gapps:
Reboot to recovery (DO NOT BOOT SYSTEM YET)
Sideload Gapps package (recommend using NikGapps with Pixel Launcher disabled: NikGapps-full-arm64-12-20220222-signed.zip)
Code:
adb sideload NikGapps-full-arm64-12-20220222-signed.zip
Boot to system
If you want Magisk:
Only do this after you have finished installing ROM and Gapps (if desired), and successfully booted into system.
Flash latest Magisk zip from here. (download the apk file, rename from .apk to .zip, and sideload)
Reboot to system
Open the Magisk app and perform a "Direct Install"
Update from previous build of LineageOS 19.1:
BACKUP YOUR DATA
Boot to recovery
Sideload LineageOS ROM
Code:
adb sideload lineage-19.1-20220626-UNOFFICIAL-guacamole.zip
If you had Gapps, reboot to recovery
Sideload Gapps package
Code:

Thanks. Should be fixed now.
Unfortunately I still get an error even after editing the metadata to ensure pre-device is set "guacamole".
Error applying update: 21 (ErrorCode::kDownloadInvalidMetadataMagicString)
Any idea on how to resolve this?

Double check that you didn't add any whitespace to the metadata pre-device setting. ROM seems to be working fine for others, so I'm not sure why you're getting that error.

Try this build: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1N4Qdo7OSKZkDwrtj3vOK8i5hjs4xzGhK/view?usp=sharing
It has guacamole set to pre-device.
Did you add a newline after the pre-device line?

Not sure what the difference was but your download worked!
I also ensured there were no line breaks after the pre-device line.
Thanks in any case!
I'm glad it's working now.
Nice to see a fresh new Lineage build for our trusty 7s. I just hope it is better maintained and refreshed than the previous ones. Thank you Skythian et al!
Everything seems to work, including on Verizon. Used core Nikgapps and flashed fine, no issues. Will test run it throughout the day tomorrow and report back on any issues. Thank you!
Trying to uninstall some of the pre-loaded apps via ADB like Camera (using Gcam instead), Recorder, etc.
However using the below command doesn't work for some reason:
adb uninstall -- user 0 com.android.camera2
Any reason why? This command usually works using other roms.
I am using previous build of los 19.1 which is lineage-19.1-20220316-UNOFFICIAL-guacamole along with mindthegapps package.
Can I dirty flash this new build with the same gapps package, will it support?
Edit: Tried it failed and bootloop to recovery. Back to the old build. Followed all instructions, no idea what could've went wrong???
i found little bug with the loaction indicator keep showing in the statusbar even when the location is disabled , the phone services keep getting locations

Tried again, with nikgapps and the result is same. Not possible to upgrade from lineage-19.1-20220316-UNOFFICIAL-guacamole ???
Any suggestions pls...
During installation got signature verification warning...
Red message after bootloop to recovery as below
1. Wipe cache
2. Init user0 failed
3. Clean flash rom

Yes, it's possible to upgrade from the 03/16 version.
You don't need to wipe cache. Signature verification warning is expected for Unofficial builds. Not sure what you mean by Init user0 failed and clean flash rom.
Follow the instructions in OP exactly for upgrading builds. Generally bootloops or hung boots are an issue with the Gapps you are flashing. Try flashing the same Gapps you had previously.
Currently testing newest release. I'll post it tomorrow, assuming I don't find any bugs.

I flashed Gapps and still had same issue with touchscreen. Used the buttons to force boot it into fastboot mode then start it and touchscreen was still not responding. Forced it into fastboot again and reflashed rom and now it's working but have no Gapps. Wondering if the Gapps is what did it or ??? Still playing around yet but holy cats I don't have to wait for Evolution X now anymore because this has just as much if not more customization options... THANK YOU!!!

Don't use full gapps or if you do, don't install pixel launcher as it replaced core crDroid home stuff resulting in crashes
Also do try crDroid home
Imo is a good launcher

I see the installation process is different than the usual factory wipe from recovery, and then flash zip to both sides. Would this process not work?

There are a couple of ways to flash this rom. The important thing is that you are on the latest OOS 11 on the slot you are going to flash the rom on. One way to flash is to follow the install instructions in the first post or what I like to do is flash it through twrp. The problem is decryption doesn't work so you will have to have the rom image on a flash drive. I always recommend formatting data when the android version changes.
Noob question here. Why is it necessary to get the various img files via payload dumper? Why can't they just be assembled in a rar/zip file? Thanks
I love the ROM, haven't ran Bliss since the OnePlus One iirc, not bad at all. Visible works too so that's a plus. Thank you! Aside from going with something like substratum, is there a way to change accent color? I looked in Themes under Blissify settings but can't find where to change it. The only bugs I have had was the screen not coming back up until clicking power but it was literally one time and only waited 5 seconds to resolve.
Does it have built-in phone recorder
Not by default as far as I have seen, not something I looked into that closely. Fun note, my phone is also a bit glitchy compared to others, so don't take my weird issues as representative of the entire ROM, but if I watch videos that have too loud of a noise and I have my volume turned all the way up, my phone powers down. Happened on the daily dose of internet video where they show a slow motion bolt being cut.
Bliss is one of the best custom roms I have experienced, thanks for beating this titan work to support oneplus 7 pro

hey,one more question,How did you flash this, just from the bootloader?Or from the recovery fastboot mode? Thanks
what may be the problem when I use bliss 16.2 in oneplus 7 pro the phone heats up quite a bit and discharges quickly while with other roms everything is normal

Sorry. Didn't see this earlier. Here's what I did......
Extract the boot.img from the payload.bin
From cmd prompt:
adb reboot bootloader
Once in bootloader, and from cmd prompt:
fastboot flash boot boot.img
Reboot to Recovery
--wipe/format (you'll lose all data/pics/files)
--Install via ADB option (I forget the actual option name)
Then, from cmd prompt on PC:
adb sideload Rom_Name.zip
When completed (after sitting at 47% for a while):
--Reboot to System option
Thanks for this Bliss, nice work !
