Not found articles for media edition version, have someone for update them?
Hi Everyone,
Recently i got xoom 2 me us version (MZ607) tablet, it was supposed to be for kids.
I have trouble with him, I can't login to google app - I get a reply "Your username and password don't match" also when i try login to gmail acoount i get "Device is not allowed to synchronize; please check if the number of devices connected to this account has reached the server's limit" (google account is new ).
So I wanted to flash new ROM (I have already root), but I can't find any working links. Maybe some of You have needed files and could share.
I need:
Fastboot "blur_version.14.5.3.mz607.retail.en.us"
tools (?)
any ROM for MZ607

I've used the search but only found one reply about the Herotab MID816 (and all its equivalent 8" Samsung S5VP210 tablets).
My question is this: anyone building a custom rom for this tablet maybe?

I am only posting here because I can't find the thread that addresses my prob.. I need help with my Herotab MID 816. I can't get rid of the original owners Google account which means no access to Google apps. Can anyone please help?

Did you try to add another Google account first, let it sync, then remove the owner's one?
On my 816 tablet this works.
Another way is to re-flash the tablet and then add your account.
I tried the first suggestion about adding another user.. The new user was added but still could not remove the initial user so I ended up upgrading to the new firmware and erasing the existing data. Thanks for your suggestions!
Hello again guys!
Ok after some (Lots) of searching i finally found firmware update 20110311 i think this is the latest (please feel free to correct me) and i even managed to get into the update firmware menu (power and menu button) now even though i can use ADB to reboot my device, i can connect the usb and transfer files to/from my computer when the tablet is on, the firmware update tells me that there is no driver for this device.
Went into device manager and there's the yellow mark, (cant update driver tried that) here's where it gets odd, the Yellow exclimation mark on the driver in device manager says Android 1.0 Yet i am running Android 2.3.1 maybe thats why i cant get the driver to work (Except for files tranfers) found a driver package but at a loss on how to install them as its a winrar file.
ANYONE who can advice on this, or has had the same issue please post a response
MID816R2 Samsung P5V210 ARM A8 CORTEX
I just installed the official CM12 for the phone but when I try to login to Cyanogen account it says the following:
"Login failed
Invalid email or password".
I made a reset to my password using my PC, and then tried again to add the account - the same message.
I tried to log in to the account on my PC- and I made it!
What could be the problem?
Please any help would be appreciated.
I had to do the same thing. I just created a new account with the same credentials. Seems to have worked Ok and not a whole lot has changed.

did u find the answer or did u do created new acc aswell?
Cyanogen accounts created in 11 won't work with 12 and up. Even Cyanogen has stated it, that you have to create a new one. I do not know the reason why, but it is needed.

i made a new account on my PC and then a new account on my phone but PC doesn't see any device ?
what to do ?

Hi all. I am looking for this file I9505XXUHOC6_I9505OLBHOC2_XSP.zip. It is the Android 5.0.1 firmware for the GT-I9505.
However, trying to download the firmware using a free account doesn't work, because my ISP's (M1 Singapore) transparent proxy redirects me to their caching server, which in turn tries to contact the SamMobile server, which says it isn't logged in. VERY frustrating.
If you do have a premium account, could you help me either by:
Lending me your account so I can download this file
Mirroring the file onto Google Drive

So for starters I m using an LG G3S D722 rooted it with Purple Drake when it was still on Kit Kat, then Lollipop came, root (purple drake) was gone, then after that I tried to go to the Play Store and it didn't work from then, so I thought of signing it out and signing back in again would solve my problem but after attempting to sign in again it tells me
COULDN'T SIGN IN - CAN'T ESTABLISH A RELIABLE CONNECTION TO THE SERVER - THIS COULD BE A TEMPORARY PROBLEM OR YOUR ANDROID DEVICE MAY BE PROVISIONED FOR DATA SERVICES ETC.
So I googled for answers, Checked my time, Checked my Location, Checked my Date, deleted the Caches , the Youtube method (can't log in into google apps) , the I decided to restore my phone SOFT and HARD RESTORE. There's one method though , that I have to go to the file manager find the folder ETC then find HOST then add a Hashtag # in frontof the IP ADDRESS, the thing is I can't root it anymore so I can't modify it. whenever I try to root it fails at the 2nd part where they have to temp root after restarting then the command prompt for purple drake closes.
I really don't know what to do , this is my last resort. Thank you guys .

Complete newb here.... I've forgotten my Unlock Pattern password. I'm on an older model phone (HTC One S running Ice Cream Sandwich, stock). I've attempted to use the Unlock via Google Account, but its telling me "Invalid username or password". The weird thing is:
1) I'm able to login to this account via PC (I'm on it now).
2) I verified that this is the account associated with my Android device (I went under "Recently Used Devices" on my account page)
I've input the username/pw carefully. I've tried variants of the username ([email protected], justplaystore2, etc.)
I'm running out of ideas. The only thing I can guess is that maybe the device expects an older password that I had on this account? I'm unsure if Google has any way to view PW history.
My preference would be to access via the standard method, but I've been poking around how to boot into a recovery environment or mount the storage. Currently when I try and the device is ON it requires the password (windows can't connect). When its in the bootloader or off it doesn't show up as a device.
Any advice on what I should be looking at (for either approach) would be helpful.
