Hi all,
I would like to ask how to unlock my bootloader while stuck in download mode?
After an unsuccessful flash of a stock firmware, I was stuck in download mode on my Samsung device and can't install any FW.
While in download mode I get the following message:
Samsung Custom binary (System) blocked by oem lock
Is there any possibility to unlock the bootloader?

Are you sure you flash the correct firmware version for your model?
Give more details, because no one can help you if you don't help yourself.

Thank you for the reply. I’ll try to give all information I can.
My version on the phone was:
G887NKSU2CTI2 from the Provider KTC.
My phone was kind of broken (couldn’t update with an existing update possibility and apps closed by itself even after clean install).
So I wanted to install manually with Odin the latest stock firmware from the provider KTC: G887NKSU2CVH2.
This should be actually no problem, but the flash failed and now I can’t do anything with the phone. The only thing I can find on the internet is to open the bootloader, but I don’t know how I can do this.
I’ve uploaded a picture of how it looks like now. It’s translated because original text was korean.

Excuse me for asking such question but I have never Boot Unlocked & Rooted any Sony smartphone so I'm confused here. I have only rooted LG and Samsung before without Unlocking the Boot as it was straight forward process. I have found this tutorial and everything is fine as I have got "Bootloader unlock allowed" in service information which confirms that I can root my Xperia. However when I visit the official website to get my unlock key it says that I need to be on software version 18.3.C.0.37 where my one is 18.6.A.0.175. Do I just use this official website to generate the unlock key and then use the flashtool to do it anyway ? I have use flashtool before but just for flashing the TFT file. Also after I unlock the bootloader how do I install custom recovery mode then install or back up the whole OS ?

Ok, so right now you don't need to unlock bootloader to root M2 with 5.1.1. (At least not on 2306). Anyway, when you go to official website, they ask for your imei (after selecting your device). And then they give you the unlock code, they tell you how to unlock the BL with such code, with some SDK tools, but i prefer using flashtool since it does the job for me. So, after you open up flashtool, click on the icon that sais "BLU", it will ask you to select your device, you do so. After that it will ask for the unlock code, you put it in and click on unlock. After that it will do a procces, when finished, your BL will be unlocked.
I do gotta tell you, i've unlocked BL for 2 or 3 devices, all of the times everything goes right, exept once. After unlocking BL i ended with a bootloop. So for this case just turn off the phone, and flash any ftf. Bootloader will not re-lock after flashing.

Sure no problem, about that i'm not sure, i've never had that android version issue before. For CWM you can get it here:

Go to where it says "Download recovery" and download latest version (V0.7). Of course you have to be rooted in order to install. After you have root, enable usb debuging on your phone, and enable unkown sources just to be sure. Open the install.bat inside the file you just downloaded and follow the steps.
After you have CWM you can flash roms and other stuff.
Hello every one. I have a c2105 from Vodafone and I'm convinced that there's no option to unlock my bootloader, but recently, I found two videos on Youtube which show a software that can unlock it when it says "NOT Allowed"...

There is a way to install a cwm while BL locked. Although in order to flash a custom ROM you need to find a good one and one for BL locked (which there aren't many at the moment)

I got an error msg saying Custom Binary Blocked by FRP and I am not able to boot up now.
Before you ask me
The phone's model is G955-F (it is network locked to 3IE)
I have tried to restore using smasung smart switch it gives me the same error
I have tried used odin to restore the stock firmware which was in device before.
Can someone please help me?

That's probably because you hadn't unlocked your bootloader. The Odin restore method will work, I have done it myself, make sure you select all of the files required in Odin. Sammobile have the 3IE firmware, get version G955FXXU1AQDD

This could sound like a really dumb suggestion but remove your google account and retry. Could it be the factory reset protection?

I have the exact same problem with my SM-G955F
It has FRP lock on it
It originally could boot up, but then the google screen would ask for a password
I then went to try and flash TWRP on it which did not work
I then tryed to install the samsung stock firmware for android 8.0.0 which brings up "Custom Binary(RECOVERY) Blocked by FRP Lock"
I dont know the password, so could not enter one
I only have access to the Download screen on the phone

cant unlock bootloader in fastboot with oem unloock, i guess i have to turn on debugging mode on first, but im locked out of the system.

my smartphone bootloop after an ota manual update via the download mode ruu but I only install the firmware, because if I update ota.zip I get an error. my bootloader version has gone up to version 3 and if I flash the RUU.zip stock always fails with the error writing main ver ... my bootloader is relocked and S-ON .. I've tried various methods even with the qdloader9008 method it still fails, oh yeah every time I try to flash with EDL MODE always fails with the message cant open boot programmer .. please .. i will be very indebted if there are friends who want to share their knowledge about my problem, thank you

I cant promise this will work but i think if you still have access to bootloader you may be able to unlock it again then flash twrp and use my step in this link here keep in mind you need to work with the correct firmware and mid for your device. my issue was a little different but i basically had 0 access to rom . i can only access twrp and bootloader. luckily i was unlocked already
