i have a lg p720 3d max with 2.3.6gb software. I have a lg p720 3d max with software 2.3.6gb. but as google no longer worked i wiped the factory data but when i rebooted it was stuck on unofficial reset clockwordmod i tried all ways to restore it cin flashtool and others but since i can't go into fastboot mode in any way i have it smartphone locked I hope there is a solution I think the phone thanks to those who can suggest some solution I would be sorry if it was not the phone even if it was old it worked well and had some peculiarities that are not there today.

ok so i was using kdz updater to flash my rom on my phone set mode to 3GQCT Phone mode DIAG and my phone is in emergency mode so then i hit launch software update while flashing see some dll msg error's and stuff meanwhile its done and it rebooted my phone then i look at my phone and i see its stuck on lg screen and white flashing screen tried taking out the battery and put it back in no luck tried holding downvolume+home+power still no luck tried flashing again still no luck im using V10F_00.kdz for stock rom btw plz help

Is it the Dual sim L3-e405 or the singles sime L3-E400?
have you installed the the driver?
try to use phone mode to emergency mode. I forgot all the options since I only have the e405 3 months ago. Hope it helps, and maybe you could try to use OS with higher version, if you are using windows xp be sure it is sp3.
i have lg optimus l3 e400 and im running windows 7 i didnt delete the current rom when i wanted to update is that ok? or bad tried emergency as phone mode didnt work
problem solved it turned out that i didnt pay attention to the rom i downloaded was for e405 so now i downloaded one for e400 and it worked

A friend of mine tried to root his lg optimus 3d max, but it somehow failed.
He didn't bring it to me as he should
Now i can clean up his mess, but ok..
For starters, i don't have experience with lg and it's possible problems.
I only used samsung so far, and did not had the oppertunity yet to play with other brands and models.
That's why i hope you can tell me what to do
The problem:
It seems to be bricked, the lg logo keeps coming up, for about 2 seconds, and it's stays in boot loop.
The pc can connect to it,but not restore,because it keeps on rebooting, even while restoring seems to start smooth, at 4% of the recovey process, it disconnects itself.
This is with lg suite, and lg flash tool / UpTestEX_mod2_marwin, all of them are stuck at 4%
I can put it in s/w mode, but then the pc will not recognize it.
The usb drivers are ok, otherwise he could not start the upgrade process of course.
Do you have an idea how i can un-brick and root my friends phone?
Wouldt be nice to give him a working, and possibly rooted phone as he would like to have that.

Ive tried useing the normal LG recovery tool to no avail
And ive tried KDZ
Ive been told by a friend who know a bit more than me that the bootloaders nackerd how would i go about sorting it? cheers

I used LG flash tool 2014 to flash kdz V10F_00 UAE and the tool force close after kdz extract that is in CSE flash mode = log attached
2nd = i used Normal flash mode the force close is gone but it stop at 5% when flashing the kdz and say connect the phone to pc and it is connected and it is there in device manager and every thing is ok and i have latest drivers
what i did = 1. used cdma and 3GQCT mode no change
2. i have all drivers installed right and the phone read right because i own LG G2 D802 and i use the flash tool a lot
3. connect and disconnected the phone a lot in 2nd try but no effect
3. i try to do hard reset but no effect it just restart and stuck at lg again
4. i cant find any other thread with same problem that i can find

Dear friends,
I am in deep trouble. Few days ago I have flashed CM rom on my LG G3 F400L. Now the problem is after waking up today I find my set totally dead. I can't enter into recovery mode with holding buttons. The phone stucked into LG logo. Tried many times to flash with LG flash tool. But it says download fail, device model is different.Check ur phone or dll. Tried generic dll but not working. Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks.
