When I press volume up + power to enter recovery mode, only the recovery start screen blinks for a long time.

Blinking is forever. So I reflashed recovery for several times
And now, Blinking is still forever..!!... (ha.......)
What should I do to fix this??
There is no problem booting into the Android system and fastboot mode
(I'm thinking of Factory reset or format data)

I am attempting to go into Recovery Mode but am unable to do so.
Also, I have tried plugging in the TF101 into my Windows 7 x64bit computer and drivers are unable to install properly. I have tried to manually install the drivers from the ASUS website but that doesn't work either.
Any ideas?
Thanks.

What method are you using to try and get into recovery?
What is it doing /not doing when you say you can't get into recovery mode.
are you doing these steps?:
Vol down plus power button
When you see words at top left corner
Immediately push Vol up within 5 secs.
or use this https://play.google.com/store/apps/...sMSwxLDEsImNvbS50cmFuc2Zvcm1lci5yZWNvdmVyeSJd
I am using the volume down button+power button trick to boot into recovery. I then proceed to press the volume up button to load rck and then I wait five minutes for it to stay on that screen with the logo and white text in the top left corner saying that it is loading the recovery image....I'm guessing my device is frozen at this point.
I also tried the Reboot to Recovery application you linked to. It reboots my device then stays at the EEE Pad logo screen....frozen again at this point.
What's the serial number of you're tf? If you have an sbk v1 you can nvflash a recovery image and see if it work.
I got a B70 model...
I also can only boot into my device using a Cold Boot of linux....
I think I have to wipe all of my data and start from scratch.
Thanks for your input and help!
I have TWRP installed and I'm rooted.
I've noticed that apps such as quick boot don't allow me to reboot into recovery. If I select recovery, or fastboot it reboots the phone but the phone comes back to the normal boot again.
The only way I can reboot to recovery is to physically shut off the phone, and use the power and volume keys to go into fastboot and then recovery.
Is this expected behavior?

Can't say that's normal. I use Quick Reboot , or WETA Reboot, or several others. They all reboot into the boot mode selected.

doesnt for me either.
I used the widget option from the TWRP app in the google play store, it reboots in to all options for me.

One, that article provides directions on how to root. The OP ALREADY rooted his device. Two, some of those given commands are outdated. Sometimes, Google is not your friend.
Yesterday I unlock the bootloader and root my XA. But I commit a stupid action in the recovery mode and the phone don't power on. I was able tu put my phone in flashmode but after a few seconds the phone return to his dead state. I was able to make the phone stay in flashmode If i open flashtool and try to flash the official ROM. This is the image of flashtool

Your for sure lying because if your would have flash the full ROM all your data would be gone and after a reboot you had to insert your data in the phone again.
its not software problem .. here is the way to fix

Hi! I have MTCD with PX5, Android 8.0, 4gb + 32gb. It stopped working overnight. When i turn it on, the recovery appears with a caption: Can't load Android system. Your data may be corrupt. If you continue to get this message, you may need to perform a factory data reset and erase all user data stored on this device.
Try again
Factory data reset.
Reset Button not working so i plugged keyboard OTG and after select "try again" the same appears, factory data reset not working: "failed to mount bla bla.. - i'll add photo on attachment.
What's wrong? How to do the factory reset? May be i should replace PX5 Core Board or I should make USB JIG from one of the threads on xda?
I don't know, help me, I'll be very grateful! Sorry for my BAD english :/

I've also experienced this quite often after upgrading my devices from Android 6 to Android 8. Sometimes it happens once a day. Nine times out of 10, selecting "Try Again" causes the device to reboot and come up normally.
I assume this might be related to Magisk since I never used it prior to Android 8, but haven't been able to confirm.
