I am attempting to go into Recovery Mode but am unable to do so.
Also, I have tried plugging in the TF101 into my Windows 7 x64bit computer and drivers are unable to install properly. I have tried to manually install the drivers from the ASUS website but that doesn't work either.
Any ideas?
Thanks.

What method are you using to try and get into recovery?
What is it doing /not doing when you say you can't get into recovery mode.
are you doing these steps?:
Vol down plus power button
When you see words at top left corner
Immediately push Vol up within 5 secs.
or use this https://play.google.com/store/apps/...sMSwxLDEsImNvbS50cmFuc2Zvcm1lci5yZWNvdmVyeSJd
I am using the volume down button+power button trick to boot into recovery. I then proceed to press the volume up button to load rck and then I wait five minutes for it to stay on that screen with the logo and white text in the top left corner saying that it is loading the recovery image....I'm guessing my device is frozen at this point.
I also tried the Reboot to Recovery application you linked to. It reboots my device then stays at the EEE Pad logo screen....frozen again at this point.
What's the serial number of you're tf? If you have an sbk v1 you can nvflash a recovery image and see if it work.
I got a B70 model...
I also can only boot into my device using a Cold Boot of linux....
I think I have to wipe all of my data and start from scratch.
Thanks for your input and help!

I have TWRP installed and I'm rooted.
I've noticed that apps such as quick boot don't allow me to reboot into recovery. If I select recovery, or fastboot it reboots the phone but the phone comes back to the normal boot again.
The only way I can reboot to recovery is to physically shut off the phone, and use the power and volume keys to go into fastboot and then recovery.
Is this expected behavior?

Can't say that's normal. I use Quick Reboot , or WETA Reboot, or several others. They all reboot into the boot mode selected.

doesnt for me either.
I used the widget option from the TWRP app in the google play store, it reboots in to all options for me.

One, that article provides directions on how to root. The OP ALREADY rooted his device. Two, some of those given commands are outdated. Sometimes, Google is not your friend.
Hello, I am new to this forum and almost a complete beginner when it comes to Android.
I just found my old Samsung SM-G360F phone lying on the floor. I thought I lost it several years ago, but apparently it slipped through the bed mattress and landed on the floor where it has remained until this day.
I connected the charger and it seems that the battery still works normally. Unfortunately, I set up some password on this phone when I used it years ago, and of course, there's no way I can remember it now. So, the only way I can recover this phone is to do a factory reset.
On the Internet, I can see that the recommended method to do a factory reset on this phone is to hold the HOME key and Volume UP key, and then press the Power key and hold all three keys until the recovery mode is displayed. The problem is, I never get the recovery menu by pressing these keys, but instead I always get some kind of "ODIN MODE".
Please take a look at the screenshot I made with another phone of this ODIN MODE screen. The first picture is of this ODIN Mode screen. The second picture is what I get if I press Volume DOWN + HOME + Power On. It's some kind of download mode, which again isn't what I need right now.

Could someone please help me and explain how I can do a factory reset on this phone? Thanks in advance!
Just use odin and flash your stock firmware and it would be good as new
Hi, ive been trying a bunch of things just to make it worse so here is the case:
i have 2 scenarios in my Lenovo Yoga Tab2 Pro 1380F:
1. Power on + Vol+ +Vol- goes into "FastBoot Starting..."
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
2. Power on + Vol+ OR Power on + Vol- OR simply Power on :
BOOT FAILED EFI HARD DRIVE
BOOT SUCCEDED - ENTER SETUP
and enters Valleyview Co Platform "Bios"
In this second case, once entered "BIOS" now, and I say NOW cause yesterday was another case, i cannot do anything, Vol+ and Vol- aren´t working in there (wrong bios flashed although it says its for 1380F? not sure for i cannot tell the difference) so...stucked there. Also, yesterday, before "loosing" Vol buttons, when it was still working, tried to plug a keyboard with zero response.
Lets go to the first scenario:
Once in fastboot neither A) "Phone Flash Tools" (V4.4.4. and V5.8.4) or B) "Minimal ADB and Fastboot" solve the problem.
in case B) responses are "remote: unknown command":
and in case A)
once reaches 9% disconnects and tries to reboot bur falls into BIOS , then continues to 13% and no more until i "reboot manually (power button+Vol)" again into Fastboot and continues to 22% but, all processes (wipe ESP , so on factory2tmp and start_partitioning, failed.
Maybe im forgetting things cause im getting really tired , almost 3 days now on my chair ...I would be really gratefull if you could help me solve this, i like the tablet and want to learn more about all of this.
Thank you all
My phone is android 10 and rooted with magisk and have TWRP recovery installed. My problem started when I updated my software to android 11. I thought everything is going smoothly but when it restart, the screen is stuck in this mode. I did the power and volume combination but it just restarts and stuck to that screen. I searched for a solution to this and found the flash tool but unfortunately, didn't work and won't flash anything although my phone is somewhat connected to the laptop because it does the sound when I plug and unplug it. I really hope that someone can help me with this because I'm not rich enough to buy a new phone and too young to work...

Blinking is forever. So I reflashed recovery for several times
And now, Blinking is still forever..!!... (ha.......)
What should I do to fix this??
There is no problem booting into the Android system and fastboot mode
(I'm thinking of Factory reset or format data)
