How To Guide Samsung Wallet in Italy with European IMEI, & CSC - Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra

Hi XDA,
I come to you in great need.
So, i bought a European S22 Ultra on Amazon, but Samsung Wallet doesn't seems to work (pic 1). Of course i reinstalled the app, did factory reset, checked Knox count (which is 0 (0x0000)), and yet it keeps giving me the connection error.
I came to the conclusion that I have to change the CSC, but on Samkey my model (SM-S908B/DS) isn't listed among the supported models, but even if it was, won't it trip Knox?
Can someone give some advice about this problem?
Thank you!
Paolo

S22 Ultra csc change
Hi. I bought my S22 Ultra in Poland, I live in UK. Samsung pay refuse to work as the phone is from Poland. It is on OXM firmware with EUX CSC. I want to set the region csc for UK. I read that Samkey does not support CSC change for S22 Ultra...

Help needed: S8+ stuck on AQJ5 and not receiving OTAs since relocation

Hi folks.
I have a carrier unlocked S8+ purchased in Singapore. I received a few OTAs while I was there, but have since relocated to the US and I haven't received any OTAs since AQJ5, which was the October security patch. Manual check and the system says I have the latest, which I obviously don't, and even using Smart Switch doesn't trigger an update. I recently did a factory reset with my AT&T US sim installed hoping it might trigger an update, and tried without a sim too. Neither worked.
Complicating factor is I don't have access to a Windows machine to use Odin, I only have a Mac. I tried looking into Jodin3, but so far as I can tell that program is no longer operational.
I need help with any suggestions on how I can trigger an update, OR for someone to share an appropriate update.zip(s) which I can load to my phone from the SD Card to get me up to Oreo from AQJ5...
Model number: SM-G955FD (Exynos)
Carrier unlocked
Current software version: g955fxxu1aqj5/g955foxm1aqj5/g955fxxu1aqj5
Any suggestions from you all would be appreciated. I've spent weeks googling for ideas.
Thanks

Unable To Debrand Three UK Note20 Ultra

Hey guys. I have a Three UK Note20 Ultra and I'm trying to debrand the device using a BTU firmware version, but it doesn't seem to work. The ugly Three bootscreen and their apps still install onto my device. How do I bypass this? Any help would be much appreciated.
What is the version number of the firmware you tried to flash? What is the version number that's now reported in your settings?

Mate nothing is wrong with the firmware you flashed. You need to change CSC. Change your csc to BTU firstly.
I Successfully Changed the CSC of My SM-N986B/DS (Exynos)

multiregion rom, has issues with Update cards

Hi everybody,
A small but very annoying issue (at least for me).
No matter what I try, Upday spotify recommends region content for the wrong country. It used to be French recommendations now it's Swiss or otherwise German.
Some base info:

}
As you can see I have a multiregion ROM, but somehow it defaults to Austria as Country instead of the Netherlands (PHN).
When I originally had the phone it was a French bougies rom, which was the reason I changed Rom in the first place. (First timer for Samsung, via Odin).
I made sure to download the generic PHN version, which is for Austria, the Netherlands and another I don't remember.
Does anybody know a workaround for this other then cooking a Rom which a single CCIC?
There is a Vodaphone PHN rom available, which I suspect might work, since it is a Dutch provider and the rom is marked PHN.
But I have T-Mobile and do not wish neither the Vodaphone bloats are, nor T-Mobiles for that matter.
The carrier id boggles me as well. (Picture)
I suspect somehow that Upday looks for hw (see picture) for it's recommendations or is it the carrier id?
Thx for reading and hopefully you have some insight on how to fix this annoying issue.
Greets,
Jan Germ van Gogh

OTA updates after changing CSC

Hello,
Hope you all are doing well.
A while ago, I have decided to flash the Russian firmware to get android 11 (Couldn't wait lol). Few days later, I have flashed the UAE XSG firmware. My device's original CSC is MID Iraq. Now, my current CSC code is as follows:
XSG/MID, MID/MID
Based on this, will I have any problems receiving OTA updates in the future? Someone told my the that the first two CSCs must be the same do that, but I'm not sure if this is true because the second CSC only indicates the type of sim card I have in SIM-1.
Here is a picture for more information:

Thanks in advance!
Hie
I also recently upgraded to Android 11. The problem is that now the device gives me the message "Emergency calls only" and won't connect to any mobile network. I am based in South Africa. I updated with the stock firmware CSC "CFA" for Panama (original) then also tried XFA for South Africa but still I get the same message.
If anyone knows how to solve this please help!!

The CSC is within the last line: SPR/XAA/VZW
You can look up some good info here: https://www.droidviews.com/how-to-change-csc-in-samsung-galaxy-phones/
Basically, this is saying that the active CSC is SPR (Sprint)
... and the phone/ROM not able to determine the CSC of your SIM (XAA is the base/multi-CSC code for the ROM)
... and the phone was "born" as VZW (Verizon). This last one cannot be changed normally, and really doesn't matter (except to the carriers - for example, ATT won't activate a VZW phone, etc... for no real valid reason).
Also, the "OYN_SPR" in the ROM detail tells you that OYN = XAA, and that the ROM was built as an SPR ROM, which is probably why the first CSC is SPR. This is also telling you it's a U-ROM, which is a carrier-specific ROM (U1 is truly open-carrier).
If I flash One from U1
Then will I get ota updates, staying outside USA??
No, I don't thnk you will ever get OTA updates on outside-USA carriers.
But, you can flash ODIN updates yourself... since there aren't that many updates left for this phone, you really don't need OTA updates, because they aren't really happening that often.
