Hi,
I'm having some issues connecting my tab s7 FE through ADB. Everything is setup correctly on the computer's side of things my xiaomi phones shows up when running "adb devices" in cmd.
I've enabled developer mode and turned on usb debugging.
I don't get a prompt to "trust computer".
I tried to revoke previous authorizations and disabling adb timeout.
Somehow usb debugging isn't displayed in the status bar, is that a thing in android 12?
Is there some weird extra step to enabling usb debugging on this device?
Surely I'm missing something obvious here, but the problem seems to be device specific and finding an answer with such a broad topic narrowed to a specific device is proving to be difficult.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
EDIT: SOLUTION
Samsung needs a specific driver for usb debugging, you can get it here:
https://developer.samsung.com/android-usb-driver
Guess I didn't do proper research, hopefully this can help someone else.

Hello, another question in quick succession.
I have used the installer featured in this topic: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2588979 - to install all the necessary drivers so I can connect my phone through USB and hopefully install Android 5.1 onto my phone.
I went through every step in the topic and ADB Composite Device appear listed. My phone is also definitely connected as I check for 'adb devices' in command prompt. However, when connected in fastboot mode, it still asks to Connect to USB Device. USB Debugging has been enable on my device, also.
Help would be much appreciated! I'm new to this so it's a teensy bit of a rigmarole.
Could really do with help here, I'm stalling on it and it's bugging me - wanna get it sorted.
Hey guys,
got a massive problem: When connected to both my PC and Surface Pro 2, I cannot get the RSA popup working on my Nexus 5 (Mashmallow) when using ADB. The device just gets listed as unauthorized, no matter what I do. I tried with Minimal ADB and Fastboot, Nexus Root Toolkit, official ADB, Google ADB drivers, Universal and Naked.
Is there anything I overlooked? I also disabled driver signature on Windows 10, to make sure it's not an issue with the ADB drivers.
MTP, charging only and PTP all won't get the RSA popup working, so I just cannot authorize the device for USB debugging.
HALP!!!!

Alright, I've tried installing the drivers from Verizion and also using the drivers from the Android SDK and either way I have the same problem. ADB devices shows my phone, however whenever I try to push, pull, or reboot (the only commands I have any use for atm) the command prompt hangs like it's trying to access the device but no matter how long I leave it the device will not reboot, nor will any files appear in the correct folders on either the device or my computer.
I'm trying to root this thing and this is a pretty major roadblock.
Note:
USB Debugging enabled
ADB drivers installed
Phone shows up on "adb devices"
Also, I don't know if this is normal but, In order to get the notification that "USB debugging connecting" I have to use the internet connection option on the phone. When using MTP, Charge only and PTP that message doesn't appear and I don't see an ADB device show up in device man.
Thanks!

Hello!
Try as I might, I cannot make my Linux box find my HW2. The problem is that adb fails to see an connected devices despite having done all the obvious things such as restart adb, enabled developer mode and USB debugging.
Anyone else have a similar problem?
Hello Everyone,
I would like to learn how to remove bloatware Apps from my Android phone.
I have tried using "ADB commands" but for some reason my computer doesn't recognize/find my Android phone when I connect it to it.
Please help.
Thanks in advance
Download drivers for samsung and enabled adb developer option then type following "adb devices" press enter and should see serial number indicating phone connected via adb

Hello, and Thanks
I have done that exactly, but it still doesn't work.
And I can't figure out why is not working.
I have installed the Samsung driver, allowed the ADB function on my phone from "Developer Options" etc.
In addition to the advices by petiolarissean , check whether the driver works well, please.
In the 'Devices Manager' of your Windows, check the driver for your Android phone.
If this doesn't work yet, change an usb cable and then try again.
Only to have mentioned it:
So-called bloatware typically is housed in Android's locations /system and/or /system/priv--apps what only can get accessed by Android's root-user after successfully mounted as RW.
