Hello,
I ordered redmagic 7 pro supernova edition (v. 4.12 eu) but I have a problem with the bluetooth.
I use hearing aids (Starkey Evolv AI 2400 ite) and i have connected them correctly to my smartphone by bluetooth, the multimedia contents work correctly but there are problems during phone calls.
When they call me, the smartphone responds in bluetooth mode, I hear them but they don't hear me. During the phone call, if I switch from bluetooth to speaker, I hear them and they hear me, if I switch again from speaker to bluetooth this time I hear them and they hear me. Can it be fixed somehow without having to switch every time? it is important for me to use hearing aids during phone calls. Other bluetootht devices works correctly.
Thanks

Hi all!
I have a S710, working just fine exept using it as a phone
Placing a call using the phone works ok, without handsfree. People can hear me loud and clear, but when using my Plantronics Voyager 855 bluetooth handsfree, people i talk to almost cant hear me. The sound is sort of metallicfuzz in caracter. And also very low.
Ive now switched to my old phone (Sonyericsson M600i) and paired the voyager handsfree to it, working flawlesly. People can hear me loud and clear.
Is there any tweaks to apply to my S710 to at least increase the outgoing volume when using bluetooth handsfree?
I really like my S710 but now im stuck with the old M600i. I cant live without my bluetoothandsfree.

I have a similar problem. I use SE HBH-DS970 headset. It used to work flawlessly on this same phone earlier, but now the microphone has simply stopped recognizing my voice.
Tested it on another phone, and the mic worked perfectly!

Hi all,
well, problem is there since I purchased Huawei S7 Slim. I've tried it with several BT headsets and always the same problem.
It's paired and connected pretty fast, but when in call, other party can't hear me well while he is talking. It seems like tablet can't send my voice until other (incoming) voice is on. When other party stops talking I can talk and sound is sent normaly.
I've noticed this to be even bigger problem when other party is in some noisy place (on the street, listening to the music etc) and all those noises are sent as a sound to me, so everything I say gets muted (or in best case choppy).
Anyway, I can hear other party good, there is no problem in opposite direction, just outgoing voice get muted.
When I switch to speaker everything is good.
I've read somewhere that this is problem in Froyo, but my question is if anybody else got this problem and if there is some kind of solution. Wired headset works fine but I would like to get rid of it and move to BT.
Headset is Nokia BH 105, but I've tried BH 104 as well. Both headsets works just fine with other phones, and it seems to support A2DP, HSP etc
One more thing... when I try to listen music no sound comes to BT headset...
Hope I was clear with question and looking forward to your responses. Thanks in advance.
I'm stumped, BT calls used to work fine until I reset the OPO to fix something else. Now, the phone pairs fine and all other aspects of BT connected to a car stereo work fine EXCEPT the caller can't hear me. I can voice dial just fine so I know the phone is able to hear me and the mic works but once a call connects either incoming or outgoing I can't talk to the caller unless I switch to the handset. I've paired and repaired numerous times, and like I said before, factory reset the device. Not sure what's going on. I know it's not the car stereo as my Nexus 5 works fine.
Thoughts?
Hello
I’m trying to resolve an issue i have with my Sony MW1 Bluetooth headset when doing Skype or Hangouts calls
For some reason when using a Bluetooth headset (Used a Sony MW1 Smart Wireless Headset Pro, set and a Fiat Blue&Me Car Bluetooth) the sound keeps breaking off both for me and the person I’m calling. I get long brake after witch the sound returns for a while.
I tried LTE/HSPA and WiFi calls all with the same result
When using a wired headset there is no issue like this. nor do I have the issue when i do regular phone calls using the sets
Furthermore sometimes the Bluetooth sound doesn’t turn on at all, so I get no sound neither on the loudspeaker nor on the Bluetooth set although the BT volume is set to max
Any idea how to resolve this?
Hello,Forum Friends!
I have a specific problem concerning a multi bluetooth connection. I use a Xiaomi Mi Note Pro phone connected by bluetooth to headphones to listen to audiobooks while jogging. A few weeks ago I purchased a Huawei Watch which is obviously paired by bluetooth with my Xiaomi phone. I have decided to take the Watch for the jogging- my job requires picking up the phone ( except the weekend) even while running,so I thought it would be perfect to pick up a phone call on the watch, speak to the Watch's microphone but listen to the caller's voice ON THE HEADPHONES. It is not happening like that though- when I pick up the call on the watch, the voice is running through the watch's speaker only and I cannot hear it on the headphones. I must add that the headphones do not have a microphone. Is there a way to make all work like I described? Or should I just buy headphones with microphone?
Thanks! Kris
